Jaipur is like home to me , my stay always at my old graduation house or at my friends place but during my recent official visit to Jaipur I have to stay at lazy mozo as sankaranti is there and things was some what different during sankaranti but I want to say that for the money I paid it was a lovely experience. They arrange sound system and the most important thing grn stuff at thier own Chef was great from the moment I arrived, he served great food and was always there whenever I needed anything! The staff was also really kind and we all streamed the cricket together enjoyed the kite festival with a great snacks lazy mozo team u'll are the best for the sankaranti thing, I never ever think that in this affordable rates u'll provide so much to the Traveller and gives so much memorial things in hostel like place (basically it is home for backpackers) . Lazy mozo is not for the uptight/fussy backpacker but the beds are highly comfortable and the kitchen is neat and tidy. Place surrounded with positive environment and a soul soothing ambience. The best thing about this place is, it is really affordable. The interiors are beautiful and make you feel at home. You can enjoy the yoga sessions in the morning, the hosts are very helpful and amazing people who are are always ready to help. Hostel is utterly clean and has hot water 24/7. Also is located in the Porsche area of jaipur civil lines also known as political colony so you one need not to worry about anything about safety and late night thing. The chef is just incredible no word can define the taste! I feel incredibly awesome being there after a lot of new things I learned like spinning the rubber cart ,and painting . This hostel chain is just like the zostel but as it is in their nurturing stage they will be providing the best facility and I will hope the will be continuing the same through out the face of their all stages by full filling the the memorial moment to backpackers Keep going like this dear lazy mozo team Just take care of us 😎

I called Aditya two days before leaving Noida and booked the AC dormatory bunk bed and informed that I would come on Monday. I asked if I would get a cupboard with a lock n key and I was told that I would. When I reached there today, I was made to wait outside on the front porch for over 15 minutes till Aditya came. I asked if they serve anything.. They said Aditya will answer that too. So finally, I waited till Aditya came. He saw my luggage on the bike and he said it would be difficult to fit in a cupboard. On checking the so called cupboards, I was given the boxes above the cupboards which didn't even have a lock. He said okay if not by tonight, he will arrange for a cupboard till tomorrow. I unpacked the luggage.. He got them moved inside and made me wait for another half hour. Meanwhile I had already ordered for food and he said it would take about 45 minutes to be served. Latwe he had a talk with his boss.. Some Mr Sharma in Gurgaon and said he can't give me a dorm bunk.. If I wanted to stay there.. I should take a private room. His reason was because I had too much luggage. I said my luggage will be in my cupboard and on my bunk if needed, so his claim of "inconvenience to others" doesn't make sense. He then told me that I should look for another place. I had told him earlier that I wasn't well. Plus riding from Noida.. I had to load my bike up all over again and go looking for a place without a damn clue in an unknown city. The cherry on the icing was that I was refused the meal after a wait of almost one hour for an excuse that they were out of cooking gas and it won't be available till next morning. I have travelled half of India but never felt so humiliated.. I would ever recommend this place to anybody. I will also upload the picture of my bike and luggage. BTW AC room is only AC for 9 hours at night.. It the day it is chargabld.

I reached Jaipur at around 2 AM with my girlfriend. The hostel was closed and no one was there (No Security guard as well). After waiting for around 20 minutes, panicked, I saw a guy a guy in a window at the ground floor and asked him that I have a booking, he said call kar lo and turned the light off. After sometime another guy came outside to drink water, maybe and happens to be the care-taker or maybe owner I don't know. He said that you have to come at 10 AM to get your room which was booked. I requested that I am accompanied with a female standing next to me. Then he said I can give 2 beds in the dorm and would charge β‚Ή500 per bed. I agreed because of the situation it was night and an unknown place. We kept our bags are went to sleep in the dorm beds and the availability was at the top. I slept in a 3 storey bed (at the top) and let my girl sleep on the 2 storey bed (at the top). No blanket was given and mind you it was november, spent our night anyhow. But still wanted to go with the booked room in the morning. When I asked to allot us our room, to the same guy who met in the night said, we will allot you but first you both have to submit your passport. I and my girlfriend resides in delhi went to Jaipur for weekend and we are supposed to submit our passport, the guy said as we have booked the rooms through booking.com so you have to have a passport, I said I will leave and will cancel my booking. They were not allowing as first but eventually let us leave. Conclusion: 1. First of all, when I had booked room in this pathetic place I called them and asked that I will be reaching there at around 3 AM, will I get my room ready? they said on phone, YES. 2. Charged a premium amount for a night but didn't get a normal bed and not even a blanket. 3. The passport thing was so annoying, I mean who the hell carries his passport during a trip to Jaipur and belongs to Delhi. 4. Location was calming but very awkward location for backpackers, totally residential. You will not find a store to even buy a bottle of water. 5. My experience was too bad. 6. Either do not book this place or do not book this via booking.com PS: For the curious souls out there, I am attaching my booking confirmation for my authentication and 2 stars for the help at night and the ambience, which was fairly good.

I am staying with them for last 20 days. They offer food, accommodation for reasonable prices. It is really a fun to be here. Always make me feel like home. Its good to see that it is a hotel plus a hostel plus P. G to some extent. Masala Chai is the best among all. I truly admire their eager to help you and assist you all the time without any Hassle. Lazy mozo is a place which really gives a feel of your home from home. All the best lazy mozies..

Awful. Cold welcome from the owner when we arrived. We booked a double room with bathroom but he put us in filthy room with no bathroom, with paint crumbling off the walls and thick with dirt. He then admitted he had put us in here because the room we had booked wasn’t ready so he’d tried his luck at putting us in there. We then waited an hour and a half for our original room to be ready. There was food and drink smears on the surfaces and when I asked them to clean it they just wiped it with a dry rag. The sheets they offered us were filthy, the toilet broken and disgusting - not clean, the shower didn’t work and the owner said he would bring us up buckets of water to shower with! Customer service is at an all time low in this place and we are amazed that there were previously good reviews for this business. We also met two friends who we had met at another accomodation in a different part of India and they too were planning their departure.

I stayed there for 3 days with my friends. They gave us 5 a single room with one double bed and 2 mattress when we asked for bunk bed room. In breakfast they provide us with tea or coffee only. There was a strand of hair in our coffee. So unhygienic. Their menu price of overpriced a lot. Maggi is for Rs. 99 which is not that good in taste and taste like normal. They provided us with common washroom which is used by all the people living in the hostel. There were pieces of cigarettes on the floor of washroom. On the last day there was no water available in washroom to even brush in the taps. We had to use bottled water. You won't be able to find anything near the hostel for food. Though, WiFi service is amazing there. Owner of it is very generous. Hostel is located in a very posh area which is Civil lines. The painting on the wall there are super cool. Drinking water facility is there.

The stay at this hostel was wonderful. The staffs are very co-operative. The Rooms are not too clean. The washroom area was clean. The location of this Hostel is in prime location and locality is very good. I must recommend to all the backpackers to stay once and experience the hostel.

Their rooms was good but their behaviour was very bad. If you are foreign people they will respect because they will get more money from them but from indian peoples they cant cheat. First they talk very fantastic after you get inside they will cheat you. If you are solo traveler they will treat as worst. They asked amount for food i told no need i dont want they comple me and make me to pay i also payed. At morning they didnt serve me food. Atlast i asked where is my food they asked me u pay for food? I was shocked. I told yes and asked them u get money from me then you didnt maintain any registers or software to details about that? He told we have fantastic software bought from mumbai. I asked it didnt told u to give breakfast? He changed the topic worst fellows can do anything for money.

Really nice place to stay while visiting Jaipur. Interiors look very good, with some interesting paintings. Rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Surrounding area is safe for tourists and offers nice chances for a walk. The owners are wonderful hosts, very helpful and friendly. We had some really interesting conversations with them. They may also help with organising sightseeing tour. Food is made by the lady of the house, so it offers everybody a chance to try some real homemade rajasthani cuisine for reasonable prices. All in all, one of the best places we have stayed so far in India, highly recommended.

Location is good, peaceful,no noise. Staff is good. No arrangement of filtered water,so you have to buy water bottle from them that too of local brand. No nearby markets. Bed was okay, but in my dorm no cleaning of room or changing of bedsheets.
