With a competitive hospitality market in Jaipur, we chose this property due to the good reviews and convenient location. However, the real pain started after we arrived. Please don't get fooled by the images in the booking sites which are outdated in my opinion. Pros: Location to city center Cons: Untidy linens, No Kettle/water bottles at room No lifts if you are placed at any of upper floors (Be careful you have to tow your own luggage) Preferential treatment to Foreign tourists Inadequate toiletries/ replenishment TV console was not recharged - effectively making it useless.

Atithi guest house was a warm, cozy stay and is an absolute value for money. I had found this location on Google maps and had booked the room directly through call and whatsapp. It was a convenient process, and the communication was simple and to the point. On reaching, the check-in was effortless. The rooms were of good size, my room had 3 single beds. One can easily host 3 guests at this room. The decor was simplicitic and local, giving a very homely and safe feeling. Being in service for many years, the look of the room is a bit vintage with big sized bathrooms and a small wooden cupboard. In terms of service, the staff was very helpful and Anoop jee was always happy to help. He guided me on the safest ways to travel, and the cheapest ways to reach my destination. He even arranged a rickshaw on call. The food here was of high quality. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner, everything I had here was not only delicious, but of great quality and large quantity. The menu seems slightly on the higher side, but that is absolutely compensated with the great quantity. Only downside to the food was that the meals are to be ordered Ala carte, which is absolutely fine. But they provide limited kinds of dishes to your room. To enjoy a more hearty meal, you'd have to go down to their restaurant, which was a delightful, cozy place in itself. Last but not the least, the most major highlight of this property is its location. It is centrally located with many of the attractions at a very close radius. The area is happening, the metro is a mere 5 mins walk away, rickshaws are available and the sindhi bus stand is also a 5 mins walk away. Only disadvantage here is that the property is just a 2 mins walk inside a lane, which is absolutely fine but this is the only thing that isn't worth the 5 stars. And so I'd avoid this one point. There are many restaurants nearby, highlight being Rawat, the famous Kachori place. All of this above came at a very reasonable price and great service. Must visit if you're looking for a perfectly located, budget friendly, warm cozy place that serves great food and kind hospitality.

An amazing experience over there I went to this hotel with my Fiance 2 weeks ago and we reached there too early in the morning and it was way too early to check in the hotel somewhere around 6am even after this they provide us a separate room to rest and freshen up . They exactly ready our room before check in time and then call us and transfer our language to our own room. The best thing about them they are so so humble they never say no to anything they happily accept all our requests. Their inhouse kitchen food was super delicious and worth every penny. In this hotel mostly people were from foreign countries and it is situated in the best place close to the main road but was not busy or noisy it was very peaceful.

Rooms were good.... Perfect place to stay with family or friends. Reasonable rate... Also nearer to bus stand and railway station...also nearer to market area... Best is to rent a 2 wheeler shop for the same is on walkable distance from them.

Even after advance booking and we checked in early morning at 4 am due to flight timing they allocated us rooms on 3rd floor and there were no lift. With heavy luggage we climbed all floors with my old age parent. Felt like I made mistake by making booking here. Owner didn't pick up the phone. Security person simply just said we don't have staff available to carry luggage towards room and he didn't even helped us. I booked hotel after going through each review but after getting this treatment I felt disappointed. Even room service wasn't prompt. Only appreciating factor is 2-3 ladies whosoever, i didn't remember name.. the way they making food are tasty and worth to have breakfast and dinner..

I stayed there for three nights and four days in the small double bed room. The room is spacious enough for two people. The most remarkable thing about the guest house is the ambience and the cleanliness. A lot of effort has been put into putting together the furniture and decor. It is minimalistic, simple yet artistic. The guest house has a lot of plants and trees which makes it peaceful. Secondly, the staff members were polite, warm and helpful. There was no problem when it came to amenities as everything was pretty much available for a comfortable stay. The guest house is nearly a kilometre far from the jaipur junction railway station which is good if you're coming via train. I gave four star because sometimes the surrounding area can be slightly noisy at night and mostly on weekends. Regardless, I highly recommend the guest house :)

The management here is good they will provide all the things required to make your stay comfortable. The food in the restaurant is good and freshly made by order. I recommend this stay to anyone looking for budget accommodation which is also near the railway station. It has a quiet restaurant and I saw people working here as well.

Though it's marked as a guest house, it is one of the most premium hotel in Jaipur. They have an amazing service coupled with tasty breakfast all along. They make sure that the stay is comfortable and perfect for your liking. Recommended.

So far our favourite hotel in our trip in India. Huge room facing a lovely terrace, clean and safe, walking distance from bus and train station. Also, the restaurant offers amazing food. The best is the kindness of the staff, the receptionist Anoop and the manager Tanmay were really helpful with us, we definitely recommend this place for a stay in Jaipur

Wonderful experience staying here with family during my trip to Jaipur. Location is ideal for moving around the city with road or metro option at your disposal. In house restaurant serves THE BEST food in Jaipur. Staff are courteous and special shout out to the owner for being so approachable and available to help you with what want. I surely recommend travellers (family, group, singles) if you are looking for value for money on your travel and don't believe in paying high bucks for uber luxuries unwantedly. This hotel provides all the basic necessities at very affordable price plus the service is really professional and top class.

Very good staffs with cozy rooms and facilities. You’ll get local site-seeing map with description and suggestions from the owner. Good place for foreigners.

We stayed in this cute and lovely place for one day. Location is on MI road ,very close to all places of interest in Jaipur. Very polite staff. Appreciate their help to do early check-in. Only one negative is smell of urine outside premises. May be unbearable due to rain. This is true for jaipur, dirtier than other cities.

One of the good stays in jaipur. Pro : 1) They allow sudeen early check-in if rooms are available with some extra charge. It was so nice 2 ) good hospitality. They even provided a route map of jaipur. 3) hygienic Rooms. Cons- 1 ) The one of the light was blinking continuously. It was the main bulb in the room 2) Another bulb needs a tap on it's head to lighten. So high-tech. 3 ) The description at the time of booking promised TV unit. But there was no TV in the room. It was Removed (we can see the screwas and stand). We booked small Budget double room. But TV unit was only for premium rooms.

I truly love this place! I was hesitant about going there at first but when i came across the pictures of senior citizens staying there, i found it a little more like home. Vibe is amazing and more cleaning service can be available if you reach out to them. Overall a good stay!

Horrific experience with this hyped up property. Pathetic and worst hotel staff attitude. Was Deined entry to hotel at the time of checkin because they don't allow local jaipur people. Can you imagine having guests from all over the world is fine but not one of their own. More importantly this was not mentioned on the Agoda website. This is a discriminatory policy. Also, the staff was rude and not accomodating. We were left stranded without any help. Such unthankful and inconsiderate hotel towards guests should be avoided at all costs.

Everything is good in this hotel. Manager is very helpful, he may give you a detailed map of Jaipur to roam around. Rajasthani people are very good and generous!

Nice ambience, very peaceful and a good rate. It is situated on a back street with no traffic outside. You can hear some of the traffic from the larger roads nearby, but that is the price you pay for staying in the middle of the city. Sure, you notice that the place is not newly built. But I still think it is a very good value for the money. Make sure to book an upstairs room with balcony. The hotel also has several different sitting areas, both inside and outside for hanging out or dining. They serve both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was also possible as a continental, but for dinner I think it best to keep to their Indian specialties. For us traveling in business, the location, close to M.I road is also a bonus. Traffic in Jaipur is terrible, so book near where you need to be.

When we reached hotel we were suffering from heat stroke. The owner went above and beyond to help us recover with doctor's reference and guided us with proper diet. Also a follow-up about how we feel goes a long way. We are definitely staying here again in our next visit

Atithi guest house is a hidden gem! Once you've passed the little gate, you arrive in a super neat, quiet, spacious and tastefully decorated world! The staff is extremely friendly and Shambu has helped me in so many ways! The food is good, fresh and home made. Super well located too, the metro at 300m, and Jaipur City Palace only 12 rupees and 3 stations away. I highly recommend this place 🥰

I stayed here for a whole week because it was such great value! Every TukTuk driver knows this place so it’s very easy to get around the city. The staff are very attentive and the proprietor is very professional and extremely helpful. I enjoyed having access to an in-house restaurant and room service if you want a quick cup of chai or a simple and easy dinner. Highly recommended staying here in Jaipur and not in a hostel.

We stayed 2 nights and 3 days at the Atithi Hotel in Double Deluxe. The place is situated at the center of the Jaipur City. With an ease of accessible transportation nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well furnished with a friendly and positive assisted staff. A special thanks to Reception Manager "Shambhu" and staff "Tapas" for guiding about Jaipur and delivering the positive experience of the stay respectively. It's a must stay hotel for any traveler. Hugely recommended!

The location is too good. Metro, Railway Station and Bus Stations and literally under 900 meters. I would highly recommend this place if you are on a budgeted trip. Given the price at which I got the deal, it's absolutely worth it. The staff is too good, I reached at 1 at night and showed them my plan to cover the city and they gave me a map and explained how and what should I do. They also recommended me to HIRE BIKE on rent in order to save the cab cost which was extremely helpful. They also have a restaurant (which I didn't try) but heard other guests praising it. Additionally, they also provide laundry services. You will find a lot of foreigner travellers staying here. [Since the bus station is around, early morning around 5:30 am and till a little late in the night around 12:30 there is a lot of honking].

Guest house located in a beautiful architecture, obtained from the renovation of the original family house of the owner. The original architecture and finishings are precious, both in rooms and common areas (I hope they will remain visible, despite the constant renovation that such a building needs, and that are undertaken carefully by the owners). The owners are extremely welcoming and kind, we really felt as we were at home!

I stayed here for 4 days and slept on dirty old linen on all days. This is despite me bringing it up and the room was not clean as well. It could take 15 mins for hot water to turn up in your shower after switching it on. My room didn’t have a phone or an exhaust fan or a working shower even though I paid for a premium room and had to ask housekeeping for clean towels, toilet paper and soap that they forgot to put. Other than the negligence, the property has street cats in the balcony and veranda. Important for those who are allergic or phobic. Most things on the menu are not available and The wifi comes and goes. Walls of the room are thin enough that you can even hear a person sneeze in the other room, toilet flush noise, common area noise ( sometimes after bedtime). Balcony overlooks a garbage pile and has a foul smell. You can hear trucks at 5 am in the morning as it’s located next to a bus stand, so definitely you can’t sleep in peace. Do not recommend.

We love Atithi! Spacious, clean, and peaceful yet with everything at our fingertips. A Wonderful owner who helped us with advice on little local eateries that he thought we’d enjoy! He was right, we did! The building design is modernist style and so calming and interesting with thoughtful details. The restaurant is spacious and lovely to spend time in. Kind helpful staff, really can’t fault Atithi and will definately stay again. Thank you.

The best stay when you are in Jaipur. Food is soo tasty in their in house restaurant. It's near to all main attractions. Keep this stay as your first preference when you are coming to Jaipur. The owner is very humble and will provide you all the information. They treat you like family

near to railway station ( 13min walk), metro (6 min walk) and in an happening place for eateries. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Believe it is a relatively new property and is tastefully done. They have a restaurant as well. Again spacious and well decorated. Highly recommended

Even though the rooms are not very pretty (lots of stains on the walls etc.), they still feel comfortable and the showers are great. Plus, there is a great rooftop with lots of plants and the people are really nice. Laundry cost 25 per item, which was very convenient (within 24hours) as well.

Cleanliness and Hygiene are the most important factors when planning a stay. At Atithi you can be rest assured, they have taken a really good care of the property. Moreover it is away from the city rush so very silent and relaxing experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay at atithi. The staff is very well behaved and welcoming☺️

The hotel stay was enjoyable with a seamless check-in process, allowing for an early check-in that accommodated my schedule. The room was well-maintained and comfortable. Additionally, the flexibility of a late check-out provided extra convenience, enhancing the overall positive experience.
