Ashu and his sister are super friendly and helpful, that alone is worth the stay :) The place is simple but has all the necessary for anyone to feel comfortable. The proximity with the metro station is a big plus, 12Rs and you are in the city centre (metro is never busy). Also nearby there is a super nice restaurant with yummy food priced for locals, perfect for a meal on the way back to the hostel!

I had a great time staying at this guesthouse during my time in Jaipur. It’s situated on a quiet backstreet just off the main roads leading to the main city attractions. Also comfortably on walking distance from the train station. The room is very spacious and has whatever a traveller requires. It’s the people though that make it a great go-to accommodation. Fluent in English, service-minded, a keen eye for hospitality and broad smiles all around. A lovely family to hang around with. Totally recommend and would happily stay here again in the future, should my roads lead me to Jaipur once more.

We had a great stay in this guest house! Price is low and don't expect luxury, but offers all you need: a spacious and clean room with private toilet. The bed was very comfortable, with a brand new mattress. But what really makes a difference are the people who run the place: the siblings are very friendly, speak a perfect english and are always eager to help you and give you advices to have a perfect stay in Jaipur. They are also always ready to help for any trouble and trying to improve the quality of their structure (we met the owner in a shop buying new pillows). Strongly recommended for foreigners who want to feel like home away from home.

Great, affordable, spacious and homely guesthouse just a short walk away from the heart of the pink city. Close to the main train station and long haul bus options to just about anywhere in India. Ashu and staff are eager to accommodate in any possible to help with arrangements and to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Will surely return on my next trip. Highly recommended πŸ‘Œ

I felt comfortable arriving in Jwala Niketan. The atmosphere was easygoing and welcoming. The siblings managing the place were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and reasonably priced. The place is undergoing improvements, which felt good, as there is a sense of wanting to take care of it.

I had a very nice experience in this hotel. The palace is a little bit ancient but is very well managed. I booked in advance and I stayed for 4 nights in a very comfortable room with a new mattress with memory foam and clean sheets. It was the most comfortable bed I found in India. The hosts were very pretty and gave me a lot of advices about what I could do and see in Jaipur. One thing that I appreciated very much is the solar system, a very rare though for the environment, in India.

Finally a place to relax ☺️ Located in a quiet street, the team of Jwala Niketan welcomes you with an open heart, breakfast and sometimes even lunch, recommendations on what to see and you start feeling like youβ€˜re part of the family. My room was quite big with a nice balcony and overall clean. At midday people selling fresh coconut water and vegetables stop in front of the hotel. Close is the bus stop and some nice restaurants. I had my best stay in India so far here.

Great guest house located walking distance (15min) to the train station and nearby MI. Rooms are simple but good enough. Staff is super friendly and helped us to sort out a lot of things like getting an Indian SIM card. Would definitely recommend :)

Stay in Jwala Niketan Guest House for me have been a very good experience. The family is very hospitable that helped me in all the bookings I had to do ( train, bus, hostel), the guy at the reception Ashu is very friendly and helpful he gave me a lot of advise about where to go in Jaipur, he suggest us the best place to eat and have a good coffee. The rooms are very clean and whatever you need the provide for you. The position is in a very good location because is near the Pink City but at the same time is far from the noise of the Traffic, and nearby about 1 km is the Train Station. On the top of the Hotel is a very beautiful and suggest roof where you can enjoy the sunset and the sunrise in a good relax and calm environment. Highly recommend!!!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights and can really recommend! Their communication beforehand was also very quick and helpful. The rooms are simple but you have all you need, closet, big mirror, big bed, chair,… The infrastructure is old -just like in most places in India- but clean which is the most important to me! Price wise I think it’s fair. The blankets were also soft and smelled fresh. The area is really calm, it was nice to not wake up for once from cars honking/ loud hostel guests :) Its walking distance to the cinema and restaurants. The owners and employees are so friendly and are at any moment ready to help you from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It’s really the best service i’ve gotten since arriving one month ago in India!

Very friendly reception. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The location to the city is perfect. halfway quiet but in 5 minutes you are on the main street. Best host I've ever had! The two siblings will help you with any problem and try very hard to find a solution :) we really enjoyed the time on site.

The hotel is on a quiet back road that gives you a buffer from the constant noise of the main streets. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable with multiple chairs to lounge in and a full sized wardrobe to store our stuff. The owner is extremely helpful and speaks excellent English. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The atmosphere was very friendly, we received many good recommendations about what to do in Jaipur and got help in finding a city guide. The hosts are very helpful and reply quickly to any questions/needs. The room was clean, there was no problem with hot shower within given hours, it was easy to find nice places to eat nearby.

One of the best stays we had in India! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - giving us great recommendations on where to go. The location is perfect as you are so close to the metro to travel but in a quiet area so there is no noise at night. The beds were also very comfortable - this place is great value for money! We were also able to check in and out early as we arrived at 6 in the morning!

You will enjoy your stay in this place. Room and bathroom are really clean. The family will welcome you and you will feel in a peaceful place, far from the hectic in the city. Location is awesome because the facilities are not so far away and you can get the metro in order to visit the city center β€œpink city” ( only 6 Rs for 2 stations, it will maybe change with the time but still cheap, comfortable and fast ). The porridge in the morning was delicious with fair price, we definitely recommend it to start your day and thank you as well for the good coffee. The family will help you with any questions. Enjoy Jaipur

I stayed at this guest house for five nights. My room was clean, not loud and had a private bathroom and access to a nice and cozy terrace. Everything at reasonable prices. What made my stay great was the host Ashu. He was really helpful with providing me with hints and picking me up from the airport (even though my train was eight hours delayed). He also showed me his favorite places in Jaipur and we had a great time together.

The hotel is very clean and convenient, and the price is low. Most importantly, Ashu and his sister are the most welcoming and kind people we met all over India, they were always ready to help and to give advice. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this family-run hostel in Jaipur. The siblings managing the place warmly welcomed us, even in the middle of the night. They were incredibly friendly, offering us various room choices and a flexible check-out experience. It is located in a considerably quite and still central area of Jaipur. Additionally, they provided valuable information about the city of Jaipur. We appreciate their hospitality and thank them for having us.

The host is a really friendly guy and helps you where he can and gives you recommendations for the city. There is a family atmosphere at the place and the communication is very easy. It is close to the railway station and not too far from the pink city, city center. The rooms are clean. We had the lowest budget room, which was without windows, but okay for one night.

We stayed in Jwala guesthouse with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. Rooms are spacious, clean and the location is very good, not too far from the pink city. The nicer part of the stays was to see other guests and sharing our experience. Bana and the others working in the guesthouse are such a nice people and they made us feel like home. We felt very welcomed. If you're in Jaipur you should stay in Jwala Niketan guesthouse.

The most friendly and responsive hosts we have met in India. They genuinely go above and beyond to accommodate guests needs and requests, to make you feel welcomed, and to help in making arrangements. Rooms and amenities vary from good to ok, but are fine for a modest traveler. Location is good. Drinking water is filtered through a reverse osmosis filter.

Lovely guesthouse, and the owners are very helpful and nice. It is the kind of place where you can enjoy chatting with the owners and with other guests. Even though it is quite big, you feel like in a family. Excellent location in central Jaipur but on a quiet street.

Peaceful family-run guesthouse located close to the center but in a calm neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Special atmosphere in the entry hall, where guests can meet each other for breakfast or a tea.

Very lovely family running the guest house. Good location, close to metro. In a quiet residential area. Bana, one of the owners, was very helpful when we got Delhi Belly, and before that texted us bus instructions and helped us naviagate the metro. Comfortable, welcoming stay in Jaipur.

We stayed during the peak Christmas-New Years season. The hosts greeted us with a warm smile and a nice converstation. You can count on them to give you advice and help on anything! The rooms are basic but clean and have anything you need. If you need transportation, laundry, recommendations, the hosts are there to help. They are the reason this place is always a good idea! Will definitely come back 😍

Low prices, clean bedrooms, excellent position. But what makes this place really shine is the hosting family. Optimal english speakers -not a given in India-, they welcomed us warmly and helped us many times during our brief stay in Jaipur. 10/10 Would recommend

We had a great stay. The hosts are super friendly, easy-going and very helpful. I was contacted by one of them weeks before my arrival In India and received useful tips for travelling India. The rooms are simple, but large and clean. There is a water filter and a laundry service. I would definitely stay again.
