The hostel stay was very nice, the stuff was extremly friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and you could probably rest, no sounds complaints at all. The hostel has a restaurant included which serves Breakfast, dinner and lunch. The Quality is surprising good for a hostel and so are the prices, and it easily competes with outside restaurants. Because of the nature of the dinning/chill room it might not be the best option for introverts since you tend to meet a lot of guest, but we liked the company. Besides that we took a toktok which was alright, saw some stuff in and outisde of the city. The metro is also 5minutes walking distance away, which brings you to either the railway or the city center if needed. overall a very pleasant stay

This was one of my favourite stay ever, the rooms were homely, clean and comfortable. The service and staff were cooperative and polite, I loved the whole experience especially the cute kittens that are a permanent resident of this place. For them, I’d have given it more stars if I could. Don’t worry if you have a cat allergy, the kittens stay away from the rooms and can be reached only if you want to. Strongly recommend this place!

Wonderful service! We arrived at 5am and they took us in, helped us sort out everything we needed and were so helpful. Rooms are clean and the ropftop has a great vibe! Its also close to the metro, so getting into the City was quick and easy. Really recommend it! X

This was a great place! My partner and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the restaurant here! We got the opportunity to meet the owner and some other travelers. Food is delicious here. Overall I would say that it is a great place. Only downside is that it is a bit farther from most attractions.

Stay here! We had an amazing stay in Jaipur at Pachamama. Rooms are very comfortable and shared bathrooms are very nice and clean. The communal space is great place to chill and meet people. The two cats, Aalu and Gobi are a big bonus. The owner is super lovely and will make your stay really comfortable. The location is not bad as the hostel is very close to the metro so you can get into the old town very quickly and cheaply (about 10rs)

We really enjoyed our stay at Pachamama. It’s in a residential location by a metro station. The sugar cane juice by the station is really yummy with mint and lime. Ashok welcomed us and has been very helpful and kind on all fronts, e.g. blankets, laundry, money exchange, kitty play time. The hostel has two super cute brother-sister kittens called Gobi (Cauliflower) and Aloo (Potato, pictured). They are so sweet and it happens to match the yummiest dish at the comfy rooftop restaurant. They often play really nice music there too, from meditative/spiritual to satisfying bass.

Wonderful hostel, close to beach and local shops. Well thought out set up and the couple who run it are amazing, very welcoming and happy to socialise with you. There is a cat and kittens which is a massive bonus.

This is a great place to come to for a little break, its clean, they give you toilet paper (which for us two Australians was a godsend) and the service/food/rooftop was just incredible. Not to mention we got to play with two very cute kittens! Its perfect for if you're on a budget but need a few days to relax away from all the craziness. Added bonus is the train which costs nothing to get straight into the heart of it all! Thank you to all the staff and the owner, we will be back!

I’ll write here my review because I had to cancel my reservation on booking. Even is the owner of course think the opposite-telling you that paying almost 20$ is because the quality of the installation, if you really think the rooms of this place are nice and comfortable well, let me say you have a poor standard of what something at least decent and comfy can be. Worst shower EVER. The hot water is so hot that is almost boiling and when you try to mix with the cold is just..cold. Noises all the night from the kitchen around 00:00. We had to go up to tell them. And now is almost 9:10, I have to leave from airport at 10am but nobody is here even to ask for a the, even if said that breakfast is served from 9am.

Staff has been courteous to make the stay comfortable. Good fresh food options available in the cafe.Liked the vibe with chats on the rooftop over dinner. Location is very close to civil lines metro station which makes it quite accessible to the market.Vijay and team had been amazing hosts!

The owner and host is very hospitable, welcoming and kind. The rooftop restaurant/area is very lovely with chill vibes. I do habe to say that the pictures are a bit misleading. Although the room and bathroom were clean, they were very shabby. The place was for „European standards“ not taken care of properly. Especially opening and closing the doors was a challenge, as the bolt was old anf used. The window to our room couldn’t be totally closed which led to the room being very cold. The bedding was basically just a fleece blanket, so no real sheets, which was also quite cold. They did give us another one upon request. Again, lovely people, clean place, bit could use some proper taking care of as it lead me to not feeling comfortable, which is quite important when traveling in India for the first time.

Great place to stay. Its my first time in India and this is the kind of place you want to stay in. Super close to the Metro Station, so it's easy to reach the city center and for very cheap, only 12 INR! Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is available and happy to meet all your needs. But most importantly the environment is great, the host is so friendly and eager to help you out in any way and the cafe upstairs is a great environment to make friends, connect with other travellers and decompress after a day in the city! The food is amazing as well! Super recommended!

The best hostel I have stayed at in India. If you are going to visit Jaipur, I cannot recommend Pachamama enough. Vijay and his team have created a great hostel with the friendliest atmosphere. It is such a social place, we made some great friends whilst we stayed here. Vijay will advise you on how to travel around Jaipur and all the sites you should see. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the showers are hot and the rooftop is the best place to chill in Jaipur. The food you can eat at the hostel is also some of the best I have had in India. The menu choices are endless! Thank you Vijay for such a great stay. Hopefully we will be back!

It was my solo trip to Rajasthan. I was staying at a place where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I contacted Pachamama at midnight and they responded so well. Next day I reached their place and found it cozy and safe. Being a lady solo traveler I found this place quite safe. Staff response is very impressive and they guide and help. One thing I would suggest them is to have a non-smoking zone at their rooftop fir non-smoker eaters. They are kind. I found the room & property clean and tidy. It's at a very good location, you can get metro from nearby.

We loved our stay at the Pachamama Hostel. The rooms and the toilets are clean. The Owner is a traveller himself. He is very nice and makes sure you have everything you need. We loved the backpacker-reagge-hippie vibe of the rooftop. The veg burger was very tasty - we had it three times. If you don’t know where to stay - come stay here, you won’t regret it! ☺️ Kasia&Kuba from Poland

Staff is good and cooperative. Fellow people were also friendly. I had a Browne and it cost me 120 rupees. Very expensive though. Owner seems bit arrogant. He was not talking to Indians as he was talking to foreigners.

Amazing hostel to stay in Jaipur. Wow, can't rate it enough. Great vibes, amazing Vijay, wonderful food. Right next to the metro. Rooftop to chill and enjoy. Definitely a must in Jaipur.

Such a great hostel and experience. Vijay is an amazing host, you feel like part of the family when you are there. They have amazing food (with good selection), clean rooms and a lovely rooftop. The location is right by a metro station that takes you right into the city and Jaipur station. A tip if you are coming by train, get the metro to the hostel and walk 5 mins (which is easy) or ask for a pick up - to avoid being swarmed by drivers at the station. Couldn’t recommend the stay anymore, we would have loved to stay longer if we could :)

We stayed for 3 nights and definitely coming back. The cook makes very tasty Indian food. The staff is amazing, super kind and gives you great tips what to do in the city. The location is close to the metro station but there are not really shops or restaurants around.

This place is fantastic, a definite highlight of my time in India. Vijay and all his staff are super helpful and welcoming, and the atmosphere is fun and sociable - good place to meet people for solo travellers, with a cool roof terrace. The room and food were both great, and really good value.

Pachamama shines bright. The location in Jaipur was close to the metro and Vijay and his staff are super accomodating and knowledgeable with any questions or queries about where to go and what to do. The best food I had in Jaipur. Wherever this hostel sets up next you wouldn’t want to miss the loving colourful set up. 10/10 vibes, food, people and energy! FULL POWER xxx
