I visited the showroom at M.I.Road, Jaipur. The sales executive was telling that " Hallmark" Is useless.. & showing so many news paper's cuttings stating that " Hallmark " is fake. He stated that Now Govt. had introduced a new system called " HUID" which is misleading & created huge confusion.. According to me All Hallmark itself is having " Unique ID" number which is called " HUID". They are trying to make us Mad / confused.

What a terrible place I went there with my son to buy a gents earring found one I really liked and the guy told me the discounted price was 15500 rupees it was a little more than I wanted to spend but we agreed on the price when it came to check out he changed the price to 16290 I told him that is not how I do business and we walked away he followed us and then gave us a 3rd price of 16000 I told him to get lost and walked away I would advise anyone to look elsewhere particularly Westerners this is a despicable company with unethical business practises I'm now questioning the authenticity of their products

The employees are nice to customers. We were welcomed, and provided with a seat. They show their collections, and offer their suggestions as well to choose better. The owner also sometimes connect to build a personal touch with the customer. JKJ jewellers are famous and oldest in Jaipur. A must place to visit for your gold shopping.

Worst Shop. No value of words. While taking order, statements and way of talking are different and while delivery made of jewelry statements and way of talking are completely different. Very egoistic manager and staff. Staff and manager said its our Terms and condition. If u have any T&C than needs to told customer in advance. Very worst experience ever. Even i am regular customer since 2008. But new staff and manager are very pathetic and disgusting guys. If there is any negative points in review will given to these peoples. Negative rating.

After 14 years when we came back they didnt give us the current gold price ;they only gave the price from 14 yrs back. Plus they said that, when returning kundan jewelry, 15% of the original price would be deducted. We had all the original bills, warranty cards yet they did not budge. Always remember to get itemized bill from them and a confirmation on paper for their return policies.They did not give us the current gold price for the gold and diamond polki set that i brought. Their making charges are extremely high. Very bad experience. Never buy kundan jewellery or any jewellery from here. 👎🏿 One star.

I visited JKJ and sons jewellers recently and I was more than satisfied with the hospitality and warm nature of their salesman and staff . Met Sanwarmal Verma ji , he's a very humble gentleman , he attended us nicely and helped us choose best of jewellery. I'm happy to do my jewellery shopping from JKJ and sons and will surely visit it again and recommend it to others. 😊

Gifted the beautiful Diamond ring to my wife on our first anniversary. They truly have a unique style collection. The ring was beautifully crafted with diamonds embedded on white gold. Also, they helped me with little alteration in size. Excellent collection, Great service. This is definitely my favorite place for jewelry shopping, also my father used to buy from here only.

I have a bad experience, yesterday on my anniversary I went to buy earrings, we selected one, in one of the earrings, one part of the earing was loose,I have drop it for almost 15 days to repair it properly and they assure us to coorect it, after 15 days when I was collect it they said that it has been corrected, and when my wife was wear it that part was lost due to not fixing it properly , we checked & found that nothing has been corrected we are totally shocked, When we went there again and asked them about this issue, then the owner of the Mansarovar showroom, Jatin Mosun, told us that this is your fault, not ours. Its a shame for such a reputed firm, very poor workmen ship with very high making charges & nobody bothers about it as it is a small buy for them, Please check twice while purchasing from them. One of my family friends faced the same issue in the past. Dear JKJ team, whether it's a small or big purchasing, please maintain at least quality assurance if u can do it. Don't fool customers.

Very Bad experience...you are happy that you fight for reduce the making price but actually they bitten you in Gold rate...they have hike price like rs 2600 per 10 gram like Kalyan. In a single pcs I was bitten by rs 12000 even after reduce the making charge.

You will find a wide variety of jewellery at this place. They deal in hallmarked jewellery which is also a best thing because many jewellery shops are looting customers by selling them impure gold. Although they charge good making charges but it is totally worth if you get a pure gold jewellery.

100% fake jewellery. They don’t accept the jewellery you buy from them. You buy 22k & when you get it inspected from them after some time it becomes 19k. Buy only from TANISHQ. I have been cheated recently by this jeweller & might go for legal action against them.

Bad quality of collection. Cheap behaviour by staff and the owner ! Will never visit this shop again!
