Finally the interior renovation finish with a fresher and brighter interior, as expected, still good authentic chinese food and also dimsum, there are new additions to the menu. On this visit the soya chicken is the star as almost close to no restaurant in jakarta can do this properly. Very close to the one in hongkong/china. Now they also have a paper menu for the dimsum section with more picture. Another occasion visit, ordered the peking duck, unfortunately its disappointing, the pancake is thick and when served is not like warm and it overwhelmed the duck in the wrap. Second course for the peking duck there is also additional charge.

Fresh food, some food are so so but still acceptable. Service was good, waiters are attentive. If come during weekend, book in advance for seat, if not you will expect long queue.

New restaurant, saw congratulatory flowers by the door (July 2022) but yet hundreds of reviews? Suspicious. Came by for the Xiao long bao but there were none. The signature carrot cake was not authentic, there’s a gummy feel to it. Soup was great but it’s gonna cost you USD 20 for a small bowl. I would recommend other Chinese places in Jakarta instead.

The top Jakarta dim sum spot no longer. Another casualty of quality control in Jakarta, the customer service is still excellent but the food has declined in quality. Hakau was still good, but sui mai, chicken feet, soup dumplings might have been from wing heng or some dim sum factory (eg Imperial). Go elsewhere like Maystar, Sun City, etc.

One disappointing thing was i found a little piece of glass inside my mouth which didn't clear from the food or the tea. The rest were great! All the food were tasty and satisfied me. The staffs are all awesome,helpful,warm,and informative. This place has a great space. Also, connecting mall to hyatt hotel. Located right in front of escalator. The best chinese restaurant so far

First timer here. I am so delighted by their service, top notch. All the waitresses are so polite and serve with a nice gesture. The food is superb, no doubt. Try their duck and spinach with egg really good. I closed the nite with avocado ice cream, so smooth and sweet, one of the best I've ever tried. Surely will come again in the future. Their Christmas decorations are also beautiful.

One of the finest Chinese Dining experience in Jakarta 👌🏻👌🏻 Located at the centre of Jakarta, in both Plaza Indonesia (one of the most prestigious mall in Jakarta) & Hyatt Hotel, the restaurant was recently renovated with a more modern & clean look while still preserving their strong chinese vibes. The service is always excellent, their staffs are definitely well trained and are always available within eye view should you need to call them. I went there for lunch but luckily their DimSum menu was still available. They are amazing! I tried a wide variety of dimsum and all did not disappoint. Tried a few of their main course also and it was divine. I’ll be sure to add their names to the pics i’ve attached. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will definitely come back for more!

One of the best Chinese food restaurant in Jakarta. The kids love shrimp mayonnaise. Misua lobster is so superb! The duck is tasty. Soup is comforting. Top notch! The private was nice, and the service was good. Recommended!

Stopped in for lunch during my stay in Jakarta, great selection of food and they also have pork which was great. Felt the Peking duck the second way was a bit average and I would have preferred to wrap myself. Otherwise I'd recommend everything I ordered.

One of the finest Chinese restaurants in Jakarta 🇮🇩Their signature dish is their shark fin soup and this is a must if you visit this place. The bubbling soup served with a fried wanton cigar on top is decadent. Everything that was on the table tasted exceptional and the service and ambience was really good. If you need to treat yourself to exquisite Chinese food and want the best then this place does not disappoint. Make sure you book 📕 as this place does get busy on the weekends.

The best dimsum in Jakarta, beats every competitor by miles, fresh bouncy siu mai and har kaw their prawn dishes are all outstanding, more on the expensive side but totally worth it! Whenever i am in town i will always stop by this restaurant for dimsum, place is huge but always packed whenever we came for dimsum, better reserve in advance 🙏

My first time post covid… Food are excellent, from appetizer, soup, bbq pork belly… closed with XO Sauce lobster noodles and onde2 as dessert. Warm, crisp from the outside, soft, chewy, moist from the inside…

The place is quite unique and classic wif Chinese decorations. For wedding it may not suitable since the place is quite narrow inside amd guests must be divided into several rooms. For the range of variety available, it’s quite aetonishing finding that the dishes and the taste could reach exactly the same as the cook I’ve ever have it at Marina Bay Chinese Restaurant Singapore wif shark pin in stone… Dun know whether lack of waiter, the table service etiquette is lacking such as changing the plate for each time the plates have been full or scattered. And then for ordering process it takes quite a long time for example asking for chilly sauce or what… But maybe they have stage for conventional wedding packages and other occasion celebrated there I believe wif the services improved, it is getting the best wif their current taste of food, thus they are deserved to be entitled “Taste Paradise”

One of the best chinese food in town. Reservation is recommended due to traffic on weekend. Not sure of it is done or not, but it has been few months the restaurant closed for renovation. Recommended to dine in with family of few friends, so you can order for sharing. On weekend, the dim sum menu are very popular. Good ambience.

Went here during chinese new year for family lunch, the restaurant was busy but they still deliver excellent service. Yusheng was fantastic , I love the balanced taste of their dressing. They also provide generous portion of salmon. The broth for shark fin soup was really thick and full bodied , pleasantly rich and especially good when you add a dash of vinegar. We also ordered their Bbq platter , jellyfish , sweet and sour chicken , and fried rice, and we enjoyed everything. I really recommend this place for family gathering!

Forget about queing, bcos the stuff keep the table for their own customers. It's so chaotic when you queing, the host always going in and out. I'm sure they arranging table for their preferred customer. Judge yourself... By the way... Food good.

Their recent renovation brought a fresher and brighter feel into the interior. The food, thankfully, is still as delicious as it used to be. They serve a wide variety of Chinese staples including dimsums, abalones, soups, cantonese BBQ, live fish, and many more. On the weekends, the place can get very crowded, hence it is understandable that their service is quite slow. Overall though, definitely recommended!

Awesome asa Chinese. MSG level at the lower end, barely any MSG-related crash. $$$ tho, but worth every penny.
