    Book for two days separate booking 1st day without breakfast 2nd day with breakfast Suddenly my employee got it mixed up Asking the reception and supervisor to help change How many food can a guest eat..that they got so afraid to make these request being approved..haha so funny Thats ok Spend almost 200 usd for two night and being reject for simple request like this make me realize that these great hotel dont know Whats the meaning of hospitality means And mostly They dont need a small and normal customer like me to come back here again Thanks for having me here For the first and the last The bell boy which do still do really help and have a good attitude that make me still give one more star.. Actually for this experience you dont deserve a star at all

    I came here in new normal phase. Well, the buffet is not varied at all. I thought it was because of pandemic so they didn't serve various food for their buffet.
