Overall, the burger is so tasty, juicy meats, but the bread is too dry. Affordable price, great services ,friendly and helpful staff's.

Burgers not grilled, maybe steaming taste less

I took the children here after 3 days of Indonesian food. They really enjoyed the burgers and fries. Location is good in the basement of the Mall. Service was quick. Personally, I did not overly rate the burgers. It seems the Fat burger in Dubai and LA is much better. Don't know why that is, maybe different source of meat.

I used to love Fatburger. Not sure what changed but my impression is bad. Don't think I will be back again. The burger is still decent, but used to be much better. I was shocked to see the price at 65000. Definitely overpriced. The skinny fries is not different too. It used to look and taste unique and now it tastes no different from any other fries. Disappointing from what used to be one of my favorite burger place.

Just tried their Homemade Hamburg Steak (Blackpepper), the taste is good for this kind of fast food. I waited around 10 minutes to get my order ready. The meat is tender and the sauce is good.

At first I thought it was going to be overpriced due to its location in Plaza Indonesia. But, it is pretty affordable for a large portion of MR Plate Sunny ! My belly was veryyy happy.

The BBQ flavour fries seasoning is sweet. Brioche bun for the burgers brings a dry-slightly chewy experience. Prices are moderate. Place is kids friendly with the dedicated iPad zone. A jukebox is available for you to play music & at the same time to complement the restaurant chain's brand native tradition.

Overall is good, but the burger was too salty. The kids like the chicken nuggets. Affordable price.

Well, the burger it's pretty juicy and the bread is soft but it taste just plain, the most dominant taste is the pickle juice. Thank God I order onion ring instead of fries so it pretty much helps in savory department. Despite the location in basement level, the place is pretty cozy and easy to be found.

When they first opened, I was so happy and went there weekly. Burger was 100% beef and was amazing. However, in last 2 years, they've stared to add bread crumbs or other additives on the burger so you don't get that real beef taste. Why are they trying to deceive customers by cheating them? Are they being cheap to save cost on beef??? I stopped going there. When I went back to the States and tried Fat burger, they still used all beef with no additives.
