Stayed
here
for
the
first
time
on
a
business
trip.
I've
always
stayed
at
IHG
group
hotels
&
enjoyed
excellent
service
&
facilities,
however,
this
one
had
mixed
feelings
for
me.
If
you
stand
near
the
outside,
further
from
the
lobby
sometimes
you
can
smell
the
stench
of
the
sewers.
Check-In
process
is
not
as
smooth
as
expected,
not
sure
if
it's
system
or
staff
related
but
took
a
while
to
get
me
the
room.
I
was
hungry
and
once
I
checked-in,
immediately
went
to
the
Habitat
lounge
for
a
bite
to
eat.
Sat
there,
scanned
the
QR
code
for
the
menu
and
then
waited
for
someone
to
attend
to
me.
After
15
minutes,
gave
up
and
left
disappointed
no
one
took
my
order.
Rooms
are
clean
&
well
kept.
Suitable
working
desk
&
International
power
points
make
it
convenient
for
business
travelers.
My
room
had
a
bathtub
but
no
shower,
not
a
deal
breaker
but
most
would
have
preferred
a
shower.
Staff
service
is
good,
they're
friendly
and
greet
you
whenever
they
see
you,
especially
the
concierge
&
bell
boys.
Breakfast
has
a
good
enough
variety
to
cater
to
the
majority
of
guests.
It's
one
of
the
highlights
of
my
stay
looking
forward
to
a
good
meal
to
kick
start
my
day.
Overall,
the
check-in
process
&
lounge
experience
for
me
wasn't
a
good
one,
but
still
managed
to
get
a
decent
night's
sleep
&
good
breakfast.
