I stay here with my friend and we are very happy with our stay. Alas, my friend encountered a scary event here. While she was inside the lift going down to the lobby, the lift suddenly broke and she was trapped inside for a couple of minutes. But the staff handled this very smoothly. Many of gym equipments are broken as well. But overall, still a nice stay.

I was very happy because I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn! The room, food, facilities, and cleanliness were good. Also, the staffs are helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back for sure!

I like the hotel room. It is big enough for my family. The swimming pool also nice. The breakfast is delicious. Hotel staff are friendly and fast response when I asked the bell boy. The location is also good, near many restaurants and there are food court also.

Overall, I like the hotel especially the breakfast selection that have variety of food from western and local. The service from the staff is superb. Ms Anissa is very helpful, caring and attentive to my family. She is very sweet and caring to my son that needs some drink not in the selection. I also like the reception and concierge that very helpful and caring. I ll definitely come back here to stay in north Jakarta.. this ambiance is very relaxing that I call it a vacation.

Book this place only for the location (close to Expo) and international networking, but if you stay in the 11th floor (non-smoking), expect your rooms to smell like cigarette smoke. The rooms are maintained generally well, but the room I was given (on a non-smoking floor), ONLY smelled like cigarette smoke. This was after 2 room treatments done by the housekeeping team. While I appreciate the friendly and prompt service, it was ineffective and caused issues for my asthma. I also understand that they could not move me to another room due to the hotel being full, but after the room treatments were done, it took only about 5 minutes for the cigarette smell to return in full force. It seems to be carried by their central air-conditioning, which does not bode well for the other rooms. They really should check their rooms for the smell before giving it to guests who request a non-smoking room. Other than that, the rooms are decent, close to Expo, Starbucks on the bottom floor, and it is almost necessary to book this place when an Expo is happening if you are here to network.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever slept at. The room is neat and clean. The service is excellent. The staff are also super friendly, especially to kids. They give out a really cute complimentary pancake for kids. On the weekend, they have amazing activities for kids, such as movie night and face painting on Sunday morning. Not to mention the food. The food is OUTSTANDING. It's perfect for everyone because there is a lot of selection and all of the flavor is on point, whereas for foreigners or locals, they have it all covered. The pastry and desserts are amazing too. Not only beautiful, it's also not too sweet and kids love them.

A couple week back we had two nights stay there, room was amazing, bed brings you to sleep soundly. Breakfast was huge. Meanwhile on their lunch buffet, so called Flavorasia. We found a lot of variety food, price was quite affordable. I met the Chef, he's kinda generous guy named Nur Deslianto. Service: beyond expectation

Had one of my event held here, and despite the busy and crowded place, the staff didn't fail to deliver the best service. The food was really good. And the hotel rooms are spacious too. Celebrating with holiday inn is the best decision we made.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone that's looking for a place to stay either it's for a vacation or a business trip. It's a very nice hotel. The hotel room is great because the place is spacious and clean. I choose the room with a bathtub, I love that I can relax after a fun day outside traveling around the city. The location is very strategic and convenient since its close to the downtown and there are many restaurant close to the hotel. The service there is incredible, there's a 24 hour room service (you will never feel hungry at all, which is amazing). The staffs there are so nice and helpful. The pool is nice too! You will get an amazing view.

I have less expectation for this hotel but I have to admit it's more than what I expected. The layout of the bedroom is quiet good. The bedroom is spacious. The buffet breakfast is very good. I love how they put a lot of Indonesian food and fruits. The staff is very attentive and friendly. One of the staff is very friendly in the restaurant when we have breakfast. He is short and have stocky built. An older man, unfortunately I don't know his name. But we live the friendliness gesture. And cantika is very friendly too. Here for the wedding celebration of a relative. Nice hotel, clean room, excellent service and hospitality especially the staff of Botany restaurant, Annisa. She is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and great time for the whole family!

The lobby is huge, easy access to pool, gym, and restaurant. They have a solid gym and pool, great for adults and kids. I rent the 2 bedroom suite, the room was huge, clean, and love all the facilities. Staffs are very kind and polite, good hospitality!

I went there for a wedding reception in their Grand Ballroom. Elegant and spacious. Also have enough parking space. So you don't have to worry not to get a space. The washroom was also cosy and clean. Too bad I didn't get a chance to explore a little more.

Had a holy matrimony here and took their package. The room is so spacious, clean, cool and comfy. They have a bath up and shower in the room, along with towel, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The amenities is complete too. The food is really yummy. My breakfast was so full of delicious food. From chinese food, western and Indonesian food, thumbs up. I've been here multiple times for work-related and I must say I like the hotel! Good service (not perfect, but still good), good food, nice ambiance. The only problem I got is that the hotel feels so dim, with yellow lights everywhere yet no white lights. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at Holiday Inn for 6 days in November 2022. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted and served with a Complimentary Coffee by Reception. I requested her to provide me Room at top floor and she provide me a room at 15th floor with great view. The was quite big, clean and with all the amenities. Right from day one, they greeted with my name and provide all possible support. There was a lounge and a restaurant and I love my daily breakfast as they provide so many varieties with great taste. All the staff were highly trained and professional and very quick to respond to all your queries. I truly loved my stay at Holiday INN and would recommend to everyone to experience it.

Stayed here for a week. Room was clean and comfy. Not very spacious but good amount of space for sure. Worth the amount you paid for. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good too with great variety. Especially the fried banana!

Stayed here for the first time on a business trip. I've always stayed at IHG group hotels & enjoyed excellent service & facilities, however, this one had mixed feelings for me. If you stand near the outside, further from the lobby sometimes you can smell the stench of the sewers. Check-In process is not as smooth as expected, not sure if it's system or staff related but took a while to get me the room. I was hungry and once I checked-in, immediately went to the Habitat lounge for a bite to eat. Sat there, scanned the QR code for the menu and then waited for someone to attend to me. After 15 minutes, gave up and left disappointed no one took my order. Rooms are clean & well kept. Suitable working desk & International power points make it convenient for business travelers. My room had a bathtub but no shower, not a deal breaker but most would have preferred a shower. Staff service is good, they're friendly and greet you whenever they see you, especially the concierge & bell boys. Breakfast has a good enough variety to cater to the majority of guests. It's one of the highlights of my stay looking forward to a good meal to kick start my day. Overall, the check-in process & lounge experience for me wasn't a good one, but still managed to get a decent night's sleep & good breakfast.

Overall bagus. Kamar bersih, fasilitas kamar berfungsi dengan baik, pelayanan cepat. Hanya saja fasilitas gym dan pool hanya buka dari 06.00 a.m sampai pukul 18.00 a.m karena status Pandemic Covid-19. While, I've traveled and stayed in many hotels in Jakarta. Even they were still in Pandemic Covid-19 status, yet the gym and pool is open from 06.00 a.m to 10 p.m. Acara sy mulai dr pukul 08.00 pagi - 18.00. It means, the gym already closed when the event just finished. I really wish that the policy could be relaxed as well. This is so heart breaking, I need to hit the weight at night to relieve the stress in the workplace.

Breakfast has quite wide variety of food, but some food tasted bland. Fast check in, and they asked for some deposit money, you should pay it with cash or using cc. Room was clean. The best part of the room was the sound system in the bathroom, so cool, my son could watch tv while playing bubble bath. They also limit the guest who wanted to swim during these days, so pool wasn’t too packed. However, the iPhone dock on the side table beside the bed was too old, it just compatible with the older iPhone version.

Everything is good. It will be more entertaining if you consider a small room of kids club/playground. Anyways, i have an issue with the cleanliness of the bedsheet, the morning i woke up, my feet got bitten by bed bugs (?) That i got small bumps on my feet.

Excellent service and hospitality! This is the only hotel I've ever stayed with the delivery of outside food into our room policy. Delivered every of outside food and package for the guests right away from their Concierge. Great policy and thankyou very much for that. Really helping such a mother of two like me, I cannot leave my kids just to pickup my food. And the restaurant service, outstanding. Good food and good staff service. Keep up the great work👍

Nice hotel for stay with friendly staffs welcoming the guest. The hotel policy isn't accepting quarantine guest and for guest stay longer than 3 night has to show a negative antigen or PCR. Please like this review and follow to get update of places I'll visit

The location is good. next to food centrum and near KMN (eyeclinic), the hotel is quite nice.. the room is quite big..but unfortunately.. the matras is too old, if we have back pain trouble it will become worse... And the cleaning service did not clean our room properly... But overall the service is good, and covid-19 prosedural is quite strict so we feel more safe.
