My sole purpose is to enjoy their buffet breakfast here. Less then 100k per visit, ready after 6 AM, 10 AM they close order but we can stay until 11. The food is marvelous, the Silverspoon provides from local varieties, Western, Oriental, Middle East, and other condiments. As expected from 5 stars hotel, the service is excellent, fast to respond, clean tables and silverware, and the room is gorgeous. I am planning on becoming their regular for the morning buffet. My only suggestion is that Silverspoon Diner needs separate marketing and promotion, as it can reach bigger market and customers outside the guests who stay. Best of Luck at 2023, SunLake!

Came here from Melbourne Australia for a conference/ business. The hotel itself is located in a close location to where meetings are held. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also got a cheap upgrade to a higher room. Thanks and will be back. Highly recommended

I really love this hotel! It's really a 5 star hotel listed as a 4. It's situated on a lake, surrounded by mansions, so it feels like a resort. They go the extra mile with a full gym, beautiful outdoor pool, large grounds with tennis courts, playground and zoo, mini golf. The rooms are beautiful. It's a very classy place. The breakfast is terrific. The restaurants, and for me especially the Korean restaurant on the first floor is amazing! This hotel was a great discovery for me. And the management, the gracious Miss Nina, and her staff, were very kind. I attribute my success in Jakarta to this excellent abode in the middle of Jakarta.

The room was large and the price was very reasonable. However, the whole feel was dated. Traveling for work, it was really convenient as it was near the venue I wanted to go however for leisure I will not choose here as there are no convenient access to restaurants and shops outside. Breakfast was included and selection was varied but overall I felt the taste was average. Staff were very friendly and always smiling. Service standards were below expectation slightly. While water was replenished daily, tea sachets were not. Similarly, laundry bags were not replaced. This are areas that could be improved.

Pros: generous in space, very clean, very hospitable staff, everything works well from; hot shower, tv, ac, etc, transparent elevator overlooking sunter lake is a plus. Relatively quiet as it good distance away from traffic. it is a nice hotel in the middle of the business area of Jakarta. location is great rooms are big but I guess the hotel needs renovation and it is a little old like other hotels in Jakarta, room service is good enough

I really want to inform the management about this. I book this hotel regularly as corporate customer (RAKA Trading). And since I am your corporate client and also you are in Hotel hospitality business, I expect you people to deliver the best possible to your esteemed clients. But unfortunately your front desk male staff (females are pretty good in assigning better rooms) is totally not cooperative in assigning good rooms if they are available. Instead they always argue for upgrade to other room category if I want better room to avoid foul smell. Since I am on business trip I hardly use room whole day and normally come late night. Usually I check out very early in morning, most of the times without having breakfast due to meetings. At least being your regular corporate client I deserve proper care while assigning room if better one is available. I believe I should be allotted room with no foul smell and proper aircon working, and if that is available in your latest/renovated rooms, then your staff should allocate me the new ones instead of persuading me to upgrade. I hope we both being in corporate relations understand these things well. Please teach Male front desk staff to cooperate maximum possible with corporate clients.

The staff is polite. However it takes ages to get anything done in this hotel. They don’t give face towels and when I asked about it, I found out that face towels are only for executive suits. Weird huh? On the breakfast service, they have no knives available. Very few western options. If you don’t want to have Indonesian lunch food for breakfast, there is almost nothing you can have. The hotel is really old and not in great shape. The cleanliness is questionable. Looks like they do the bare minimum and deep cleaning is not done. You can see that it is not well managed. Ac in the room is very loud. Carpets are full of stains. Not a 4 star hotel quality. Even 3 star would be pushing it. Kids play zone is filthy dirty. Location is good.

It was an old but tidy and clean hotel. The room is nice, old but no bad smell. The Aircon was so cold (nice) even in the hot days like this. Ordered the in dining, but the food taste wasn't so good, especially the shrimp cracker (smelly).

This hotel has its new name: Sunter Waterfront Resort and Convention. Located by the Sunter lake, it has a surrounding full of food stalls. It has a great option of facilities; such as playground, tennis court, swimming pool, bicycle rental, little patting zoo, indoor playground as well as outdoor one.

I've been here for two days in a Medical Formal Training. Vintage furniture, shower, balcony facing to the lake, king size bed, central air conditioner, hair dryer, refrigeratir but TV deactivated in day-2. I order Mie Tek Tek on Room Service and they bring it to my room, it's not tasty at all and in a big portion not worth it for IDR65K exc 21% PPN. Include breakfast in Silver Spoon from lobby turn left, but if you coming down from.lift turn right. Silver Spoon open at 6 AM, All You Can Eat, food 8,7/10. Room 8,5/10. Service ten out of ten.

FYI, we booked famili staycation room, located in 8th floor. Our view is directly to Sunter Lake with balcony. Personal opinion, this room has best value for family with 2 children. We've got it during best deal on long weekend. It's room has mini pantry (along with Electric stove and kitchen utensils, what a Nice surprise!) and nice balcony. Other than that, It has pretty standard features from a hotel room. Unfortunately, It didn't provide shampoo/liquid soap as we usually got it from other hotel. If only they at least provide these, It would've been a 4.5 stars experience.

Comfy place for family with kids. The hotel offers various physical activities, namely archery, tennis etc. The room was clean and well organized. 3 minutes walk took us to the lake in front of the hotel.

Wow! This a very good hotel. Before my family came here in 2018 or 19 I'm not sure when. When we first came here. It was a good hotel with swimming pool we rated this 3 stars. But when we came back to this hotel in April. There were big changes. The sunlake buffet provided ice cream. The playground was big . And they also had rabbits. And the provide with warm hospitality. Good. But you can improve just a little more. I'm not begging. But just Im very happy I came here.

Overall, a really great experience. Staying here for attending my sister's wedding. The service is really good, the price of everything is reasonable. A big surprise is the wifi... it is using WiFi 6 which really makes differences and I get consistent 100+ Mbps DL/UL Breakfast buffet is okay, I guess? Like there is nothing you can really complain. Table was clean, staffs were accomodating, decent food choices, mostly Indonesian and western such as Nasi goreng, eggs, pasta, bread toast, coffee, ice cream, cereal. If any, I want ice tea as drinking options. Ah... the biggest complain might be in the shower. There is no real indicator of which is cold or hot water. The saving grace is its hot water is not scalding hot, so even if I spin it at wrong direction, I can manage the heat. P.S. Buy the room directly. The sales, hello Mr R, gives us great prices, like significantly cheaper price than in the app. "App tax" is at least 30%. Better call the hotel directly and get the best offers.

The first impression of the sunlake hotel is a large and clean room. Friendly services from the entrance until to the room. It is a most diversified facility that can be enjoyed with our beloved family. It's our third staycation here, particularly soothing. We were greatly helped with one of the receptionist called Mr. Hafid, he gave us a free upgraded room because during a previous staycation I got a balcony overlooking of lake sunter. Hopefully sunlake hotel can continue maintaining their service and give the best experience to their guests. Go forward sunlake hotel.

Staying here for a day, unplanned We were looking for hotel near Ancol but with the great room, so here it was We stayed at triple bed room. A queen bed and 1 single bed, 2 sofas, carpet floor, big pillows but a little bit smelly, yes it was little bit outdated, it does need improvement but overall we love it. The bathroom is indeed clean, nice water and exhaust fan so the bathroom floor always dry. We got aminieties for 3 persons and we also got a nice price The swimming pool is big n nice, they also have playgrounds for kids, jogging tracks, tennis court, we love it so much. The changing room at the swimming pool also good The breakfast they served is nice. Lots of varieties with good taste too We sure will come back again One thing that bother me is just when we first came and the receptionist seemed to look downward at us and it was so unpleasant moment. I dont know whether it was because we were looking for that room that will fit us with the kids or other reason. They can be better by being polite like how they treat other guests too Other than that, it was a great stay, thank you sunlake hotel.

Old hotel with old facility. Big room, and comfy, excelent hospitality service. The front desk is very kind and informative. Breakfast not too good. Breakfast start at 6, i have to wait for around 45 minutes till coffee is served. Around 30 minutes till the egg station is active.

Sunlake hotel Jakarta indonesia is best hotel to stay near central jakarta. Its old hotel but with modern amenities. The view from hotel room is amazing. We can see many greenery from room balcony. Room are very spacious and with all facilities. They have non smoking and smoking room also. In hotel they have spa services also. Which give you relax after busy day work. Prices of room is not soo expensive. Its worth to stay there. The breakfast they give was amazing.international breakfast they served. And optional is also there if u have to order for ur own menu. Staff are polite and well manner. Love to stay there in future.

The location is strategic near Mall Of Indonesia,,, the service of staff are excellent, and the area clean like lobby and swimming pool,,, my children like stay here because have playground with sand.

I stayed for 6 nights , lovely huge rooms for family with good rates , friendly staff ,there was just one dissapointment of not having indian breakfast , which earlier was there. As i was vegetarian had to survive on fruits

Large rooms and balcony, reasonable price, bathtub and warm water, variety of breakfast. Nice lake view. Olympic size and children swimming pool. But some other guests sometimes act inapproriate, make some noise, smoking. You can ask non smooking floor if they still have it. I stayed here years ago..haven't checked whether non smooking floor still available
