I
really
want
to
inform
the
management
about
this.
I
book
this
hotel
regularly
as
corporate
customer
(RAKA
Trading).
And
since
I
am
your
corporate
client
and
also
you
are
in
Hotel
hospitality
business,
I
expect
you
people
to
deliver
the
best
possible
to
your
esteemed
clients.
But
unfortunately
your
front
desk
male
staff
(females
are
pretty
good
in
assigning
better
rooms)
is
totally
not
cooperative
in
assigning
good
rooms
if
they
are
available.
Instead
they
always
argue
for
upgrade
to
other
room
category
if
I
want
better
room
to
avoid
foul
smell.
Since
I
am
on
business
trip
I
hardly
use
room
whole
day
and
normally
come
late
night.
Usually
I
check
out
very
early
in
morning,
most
of
the
times
without
having
breakfast
due
to
meetings.
At
least
being
your
regular
corporate
client
I
deserve
proper
care
while
assigning
room
if
better
one
is
available.
I
believe
I
should
be
allotted
room
with
no
foul
smell
and
proper
aircon
working,
and
if
that
is
available
in
your
latest/renovated
rooms,
then
your
staff
should
allocate
me
the
new
ones
instead
of
persuading
me
to
upgrade.
I
hope
we
both
being
in
corporate
relations
understand
these
things
well.
Please
teach
Male
front
desk
staff
to
cooperate
maximum
possible
with
corporate
clients.
