Grand Deluxe Room Type + Bedroom facing the window is a fantastic view. - Toilets drainage require melioration, though they tend to dump but the stool actually come back up for some reasons, - This hotel will charge you for additional mineral waters, - Breakfast was not feasible during my stay, they provided only chicken meat. Finding dried rice, inconsiderable main course and all sort of minimum number of menus as well as coffee machine was nowhere to be found are a mess for a 5-starred hotel. Servers were lacking of knowledge when it came to serving food, specifically he didn't know which was breast or thigh part of chicken, - Parking space seems quite confusing as there are many ways to be going to the hotel and 'spacious' isn't in the hotel's dictionary wherefore they tend to put lanes everywhere, knowing not any motivation or whatsoever, - Kitchen area in the room without a gas is an absolute genius. Whoever was in charge at the shift is worthy of clapping hands. This hotel doesn't deserve to be 5★ in my very own opinion to make a conclusion.

Certainly located in a very strategic location near Kuningan area, this hotel provides wonderful services and facilities. I recently came here for meetings, and we usually use the rather smaller rooms for focus group discussions. The services are good, Staf are friendly and helpful, coffee break, as well as refreshment are great, with a lot of delicious cakes and munchies plus coffee, and tea. Lunch provided is very satisfying, with a complete buffet of rice, one choice of beef, fish, vegetables, noodles, and chilies, as well as crackers and salad, bar and fresh fruit. Desserts are divine, with a lot of choices of cakes, ice cream, and Indonesian traditional beverages like es cendol or es campur. They also provide live cooking, like beef, short plate, Singaporean Laksa, and oxtail soup. Indonesian tradition food is also available, like telur balado, ayam woku, mie goreng, gorengan and more. Room is nice, with comfy bed and pillows, as well as amenities. Pool is also available. Parking is available as well. The hotel area is disability friendly, including the facilities like toilet and lift. It’s so close to some malls and attractions in Kuningan area, including Pasar Festival, Epicentrum and many Embassies as well as Government offices.

Good value but no longer 5*. I lived at the Grove for a month in 2017. During that period I benefitted from a true five star experience. In my opinion the Grove has now repositioned itself from top quality player to good value alternative. For the period of time I was booking the Grove was half the price of Shangri La and a third of the price of Pullman. Unfortunately the Shangri La was fully booked and the Pullman was not in the right part of town. The reduction in price is reflected in the quality of the stay. The room was not prepared as well, the breakfast menu is much reduced from my previous stay with very few cooked western options and the service does not deliver the required level of professionalism. Don't get me wrong, the staff are extremely polite and willing but seem to be poorly trained. Overall I think the Grove is a really good option if you want to spend a substantially less on your hotel room and are prepared lower your expectations a little accordingly.

Hospitality 2 out of 10...food was so so...the bathtub and room were dirty...especially the rug....got small cockroach in the room... there's so many mold inside the bathroom...the small fridge has strange odor..... the manager Ms Nova and the porter named Jainal and the security were the best among all of the staffs and Managers. The rest of them... were not polite , especially the trainee named Ambar whose only judge people from their outer appearances. Will not come back here 😃 Prefer to stay at other hotel Nearby this area.

Overall experience: very good with a little room for improvement. First impression: easy parking spot, very warm and welcoming front staff, helpful housekeeping upstairs and security in the basement, tasty welcoming beverages (my niece went back for more banana chips), nice small children playground and clean swimming pool. Location is great. Within walking distance to malls and food options. Did not try the breakfast but it smells delicious. Room for improvement: the housekeeping should check the freshness of the pillow in the extra room (the small one). It kinda smell so I did not use it. The room has a nice view but the window is not that clean. All rooms cleanliness meet my hygiene standard even though they ran out of hot water at night. Considering the price and the service I got, this is one good staycation option in Jakarta.

A great place to stay with your loved ones; parents, kids, friends, etc. The staffs give their best services, the rooms have a great view, the space of the rooms are big enough and clean. I really hope the tools in the fitness centre can be more useful and get attention to be maintained regularly. But overall the price is worth to spent.

Best experience in Jakarta so far! Really clean rooms, the softest bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast!!! The design of the room is quite unique with many mirrors which makes it spacier. Was lovely to have dinner at thr downstairs restaurant and hear some local music played live. Very nice calm atmosphere. Very pleasant stay! I would come back ❤️❤️❤️

The bellboy ridiculously didn't bring my luggage to my room. Waited for 1.5 hours and it's just there in the lobby. Even called the receptionist they just didn't do anything until I went to the lobby myself and bring my own luggage. This hotel don't deserve 5 stars which this kind of service.

The room was spacious with a stove and a sink. It's set up like a luxury studio apartment. There's a bathtub. Staff is friendly. At the time of my stay the hotel is a bit understaffed maybe because of the pandemic. Took a long time for the room service hotel staff arrive to our room. But overall we had a nice stay.

Overall it’s a good experience to stay at The Groove Suites. One of the best places when you want to have short escape in Jakarta. Our room is so comfortable with the kitchen and also decorate tent for kids. However feel little bit uncomfortable when the hotel must hurry us to check out at 12 pm (though it’s the rule) lolll until 3 times through phone and staff who come to the room.

The rooms are very very clean. Breakfasts and dinners were awesome with lots of options for everyone. Other facilities (pool, gym, etc) were amazing. Stuff with name larasati is very welcoming and helpful and were lovely to talk to. No doubt we will be coming back 🥰.

The breakfast was one of the best in Jakarta, and the room was so spacious and clean. They provided every single amenity, and beyond. The price is also extremely reasonable, special thanks goes out to Cerry and the front desk staff all of them were so friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the hidden gems of Jakarta.

We stayed in room 1501 and the check-in process was very fast. After finishing check-in, we enjoyed afternoon tea that provided drinks such as tea, coffee, infused water, and fruit juice. In addition, various sandwiches, fruit slices, and cake pieces were also available. The room was very spacious. We got a room with a pool view, but since we were on the top floor, we had a better view of the surrounding Epicentrum area. The hotel has access to Epiwalk, which makes it easy for us to find food. There is also access to an Indomaret store at the entrance. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. One thing that could be improved is the lack of security personnel and bellboys

Great service. They remember your name everytime you return. Breakfast spread is excellent. Location is convenient. You can eat local at rasuna garden across the street and there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Afternoon tea every day was a pleasant surprise.

Located in the middle of Jakarta, in Kuningan makes this hotel near to some restaurants, malls, or offices. Only came here for the wedding reception, but it left a huge good impressions of the restaurant, lobby, and parking lot. The design is so fancy, the staffs are friendly. But for wedding catering, I think the staffs are fully occupied so sometimes my friends and I cannot found any spoon or plate to get the food. The outdoor pool party also great with the entertainment section on the second floor. They have a very huge and plenty parking spots which I love the most.

Our stay at the grove suites By Grand Aston was very pleasant, the front office staff ka zain very nice, The bedroom is so comfy and clean for sure also the bathroom is very nice. In the morning, we had our breakfast at the restaurant, the food is great and the staff is very nice and welcoming. the pool is awesome and a great spot for taking a picture.

All the staffs were so nice and helpful from the start, the room was great, all the facilities within the room were working perfectly. I stayed at the smoking room and there were no annoying smells in the hall nor the room. It was a great experience, definitely would come back soon!

This is probably the best hotel service I’ve ever had while staying at any hotel ever. The staff are always attentive, checking whether your stay is going well. The receptionist Zain was particularly exceptional, helping me solve a couple of issues during my stay. The complimentary high tea every evening is a cherry on top!

Great staff & experience! Sadly my condition wasn't so good so I ended up spending majority of my time in bed, but the room is comfy so I don't really feel going outside. Stayed in one bedroom suite, spacious room with sofa, bathub, kitchen, & fridge. Ordered for my birthday staycation, the staff( mr. Ahmad) brought me slice birthday cake & congratulate me (thankyou!). Breakfast is nice with broad selection, but the yellow rice is a bit too dry. Check out smoothly helped by mr. Hari, definitely coming again for longer stay.

Big room with kitchen. We had fun staying at The Grove. Their location is very near to Epiwalk and Plaxa Festival. So it's very easy to find food. I accidentally left one of my clothes in the room. Their staff immediately email me to let me know about it. And i'm very thankful.

The Grove Suites is located in Kuningan, Jakarta. The strategic location gives us opportunity to reach the Jakarta city center easily. It is near to malls such as Lotte Shopping Avenue, Grand Indonesia, Pacific Place, Kota Kasablanka, and also diners, café, and minimarkets, yet the ambience is tranquil and great for those who seek an escape in Jakarta. The food is delicious, the pool is large and serene, the staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and spacious, the city view is mesmerizing (especially at night for me), plus, the hotel has received CHSE certificate, thus we shall not hesitate to enjoy our times here. I would love to visit The Grove Suites again next time and yes, this place is highly recommended.

i spent a couple nights at this hotel/condo/apartement, in my opinion this place has such a nice and comfy atmosphere. i had breakfast at the restaurant too and i think the foods and drinks were quite good. i hadnt got the chance to try to swim in the swimming pool tho i had planned to. oh and a point that i would like to share is the lobby was quite far to the lift that connects to the rooms so the guests has to walk some distances. but that was okay. keep it up 👏🏻

The room is nice, it's a bit old though but the view is extraordinary. I get to see the light of sunrise mirroring the skyscrapper outside as well as the sunset through window. a lillte disapointed on the breakfast menu, we order bubur ayam and the condiment was a bit smelly, but thankfully the staff respond quickly and give us replacement for the foods, ❤️

Price was affordable for a very outstanding rooms and services. I mean, room was very spacious with living room and bath tub like a small luxury apartment. Breakfast was also OK and totally in line with the health protocol.

Very nice hotel as part of Rasuna Epicentrum Shopping Mall. The room is huge and I believe the smallest room has its own living room. Location is very strategic. It is also next to The Holy Wings. The environment is very elegant and peaceful. Totally recommended.

The Grove Suites for a wedding party was ok. There are indoor and outdoor parts, but unfortunately, when there was a rain, you can't use it properly. There are also some tables for 6 person per tables, which was good for me and my partner. The food was delicious but a tiny bit salty. The desserts was great! My girlfriend love it. I like the ambience of this place too, to bad we can't use the outdoor due to rain. Since the building is kinda old, the elevator is something that bothers me. There is only 1 elevator that can be use from the basement and can only fit for 6-7 persons with very little space for social distancing. The buttons of the elevator are not "covid free" neither. So, if you are really afraid of covid, don't forget to bring your hand sanitizer and spray the buttons before you touch it. *As far as i remember, i don't see any hand sanitizers in front of the elevators. Stay safe, stay healthy and don't forget to be happy.

The room is spacious and the bed is facing the window-wall, which allows us to enjoy the city view, especially because our room was on the 25th floor. The room and the bathroom are clean; however, the bathtub size is just a bit small for 2 (grin). There were two minor problems though: - the keycard was too sensitive and was not working when we tried to enter the room during the check-in process, then it had to be reprogrammed again after breakfast in the morning. - the air conditioner, at the highest setting, can only bring the room temperature down to around 25C, which makes it okay for activities, a little bit too cold to sleep without a blanket, and yet too hot to sleep with the blanket (sweating a lot) Breakfast was just okay, nothing special to mention about

Excellent stay for 2 months in Jakarta. Worth for money. Super clean rooms, super friendly staffs. Kitchen was available with cooking utensils and crockeries. The staffs from the restaurant were very polite. Only comment which i would give for the food menu is that, more vegetarian options could be included. Being a vegetarian, the choices were less compared to non vegetarian menu. But then whatever I requested when needed, the hotel team made sure it is met and fulfilled. Will definitely choose this hotel whenever I'm in Jakarta. Will definitely recommend.

Hotel is a bit strange as the reception is on the back of the building but the lady bringing us to the back was nice with a smile same with the security. One of the supervisor lady was not nice at all. Looks like she frowns all the time. Not sure how the other friendly staff deals with her. Otherwise room was big and comfortable. Location was ok. There was construction on one of the roads so there was a detour but the area seems ok.

Amazingly comfortable place to stay with kids. -super helpful and warm staff - lovely breakfast spread - coffee is yummy - kids area and pool area are great for outdoor activity - kids indoor play area for the weekend is a steal :) - very comfortable room with pantry where we stayed - soothing spa facility - comfortable gym - good eateries/ entertainment and utility stores just walking distance Overall had a pleasant 15 days stay and would recommend this place to individuals or family :)

Seriously the most comfortable and loveliest rooms I’ve stayed in for awhile. Also the food was epic. That breakfast was amazing and there were so many different juices. The lunch buffet was incredible also. I’ll need to stay here again
