overall
this
was
my
second
stay
at
the
Jakarta
property.
Service
was
excellent.
The
staff
is
very
friendly
and
welcoming.
special
mention
has
to
be
made
about
Billy,
Farhan
at
from
desk
who
would
always
go
above
and
beyond
to
assist
guests.
The
chef
at
breakfast
really
went
out
of
the
way
to
accommodate
special
dishes
with
my
dietary
requirements.
That
really
felt
special.
When
landed
there
was
a
slight
issue
with
the
concierge,
who
was
supposed
to
arrange
the
VIP
service
at
the
airport
which
was
not
present.
I
called
the
hotel
after
much
difficulty
and
it
was
promptly
resolved.
I
guess
mix
up
like
these
can
happen.
the
room
manager
miss
ria
cam
and
apologized
to
me
while
checking
in.
she
was
very
professional
and
accommodating
and
understanding.
I
was
very
happy
with
her
professional
and
curious
attitude.
Rooms
and
location
of
this
property
are
amazing
and
you
cannot
go
wrong.
Lastly
some
places
of
improvement
:
1.
the
room
did
not
have
any
laundry
bags
which
I
had
to
ask
for
separately,
it
is
a
simple
thing
that
is
expected
to
be
in
a
five
star
hotel
room.
2.
the
kettle
in
the
room
wasn't
working,
I
mentioned
it
to
the
house
keeping
staff
who
assured
me
that
they
would
look
into
it
but
it
was
not
changed
and
I
didn't
bother
following
up
again.
these
small
things
are
expected
to
be
checked
in
the
rooms
,
specially
for
a
hotel
of
mandarin
standard.
they
can
improve
here.
