I traveled to Jakarta for the first time. Choosing to stay here made me feel that staying in Jakarta is awesome, comfortable and complete. It is easy to get to the MRT and close to many important places such as Grand Indonesia, Bundaran Hi, Airport Rail Link. And the atmosphere inside the hotel is very good, good value

Avoid at all cost. Booked for 4 nights, ended shortening my stay to 1 night! I chose that despite my payment will be refunded in 60 days. here are the reasons: - Mosquitos in lobby and in my room - lights in the room and shower are so dim. - the AC in my room is not cold - I can hear the noise of door slammed in the hall way. - PLUS I can hear neighbouring units every time they flush the toilet. I am not happy; the least I can do is making sure no one need to suffer like me.

Love the locations!! just across jakarta mrt stations, walking distance to the railway and transjakarta! The junior suite room are spacious yet affordable (got reasonable price for accorplus member). nice to had separate livingroom + working desk and bedroom, lots of mineral water and free minibar, wifi could be improved though. perfect for business stay!

Awful place The room smelled of damp. The towels and pillows were smelly too when I arrived, but I was provided new ones after talking with the reception. The hotel isn't clean, including rooms and especially the breakfast area. On the corridors there is no air conditioning, so sometimes waiting for the elevator can be unpleasant. Room lights are very dim, you can barely see a thing. Breakfast was very basic, not really tasty and it wasn't replenished regularly, at 9 am the egg station was already closed. The hotel is centrally located but the surroundings are not very welcoming, and no decent restaurants around (the nearest in the shopping mall). On Saturday evening there was a loud music coming from the top during the whole evening. It was a very uncomfortable stay for me. The only good word I can say, is about the reception staff, they very professional and efficient.

Booked 6 months prior and asked for an extra bed. The hotel did not confirm and informed that it was not available H-1. We would have paid for the extra room but we would never know since we were not informed. The room itself was nice and felt spacious because it had an open space sink. The breakfast service at 9-10am was chaotic. Overcrowded with insufficient tables and seats, ran out of foods and utensils, and the eating area was smelly

Overall it’s a good hotel with very good location, in the heart of Jakarta. The building is nice, the room is big, nice and clean. Had a Jr. Suite for the evening. A good environment for working in the room and to have a restful evening. However the breakfast menu is limited and the staff service could be improved. There might be training in place but not everyone adhere to the standard of a chain hotel. I’m happy with a note for the in room dining. The first day was fairly quick but on the second day was a big disappointment. I hope they improved the quality of service (soon)

I recently stayed at the All Seasons Thamrin and was pleasantly surprised by the great view of the city skyline from my room. Although it is a 3-star hotel, it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a large window that offered a beautiful view of the the surrounding cityscape. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was also a nice bonus. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a great view at an affordable price.

I recently stayed at the All Season hotel in Thamrin and had a fantastic experience! The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and even though the toilet area was a bit small, it was still functional and clean. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and polite, and made my check-in and check-out process a breeze. The location of the hotel was a major plus - it was in a great area with easy access to all the major attractions in Jakarta. The breakfast was also quite good - there were a variety of options to choose from and the rooftop breakfast area had amazing views of the city. I especially loved hanging out on the rooftop at night, when it turned into a cafe and provided a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. I would definitely recommend the All Season hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Jakarta!

Very strategic location, near the Sudirman Baru/BNI City airport station, near MRT station, near to Citayam Fashion Week, haha, and u can enjoy car free day at the Sunday Morning.. there's also ATM inside the lobby, clean room, and friendly staff

Stay here for 2 nights. Can't expect more for budget hotel. The room was minimalist, with toilet and shower separated. The staff very kind and helpfull. Advantage of this hotel was the location, near Sudirman train station, and 5 min walk to airport train station. And also we can access Dukuh Atas MRT station just few step.

Visited the Restaurant in the Rooftop. The view was amazing with city ciew, the waiter was an excellent. And the foods are tasty. Only one thing was missing, the toilet bit dirty. Will try to stay over next time

High standard 3 stars hotel. This hotel location is super strategic. Next to Sudirman train station. Near to many office tower and mall. The room itself is not too big but well decorated. They seperate between bathroom and toilet. View from the room is nice. Restaurant is very nice. High floor with Jakarta view as the background. Breakfast is nice. Lots of option for its class. Love their croissant so much. I asked the waiter to warm up my croissant before eating. The staff are all polite which is nice. Outside the hotel, there are lots of bluebird taxi who’s ready to take you to your destination. Thank you for free cake and towel arts. Love it so much.

Nice view city but Rp.10.000 for 1 glass of ice , that melt very fast , not recommended , and the chiller also does not working

The hotel is located very conveniently next to BNI/Sudiaman station making it easy to get to both the airport and central district. Nice restaurant on the roof! The staff was wonderfully warm and friendly! Special shout out to Sena - one of the staff there. I had left my card in the room and she was so kind and found it for me! Thanks Sena!

I arrived very early at the hotel and the hotel was fully booked. The staffs (Wulan and Rizky) were very kind and helpful. They informed me that the standard check-in time is 2pm, which I am aware but they went beyond their call of duty to arrange and prepare a room for me when one of the guest checked out.

There's a lot of good things about this hotel. The staff are great, polite and patient, the hotel is clean and conveniently located, room service is generally quick and the prices are affordable. Do note that they don't accept some forms of digital payment that is accepted in other countries, so you should have a credit card on hand. They're an eco-friendly hotel, so the main lobby and common corridor areas don't have much air conditioning, and it can get really warm. You'll need to go to a specific guest room if you need to do any ironing as well. For ladies, please get someone to accompany you if you're going to do any ironing as it can be dangerous if someone else enters the room. Rooms are decent though the open concept sink can be weird if you're staying with friends and not with your significant other. The Sky Lounge has a great view of the city, but you should wear a mask due to the pollution/haze just in case.

About the bathroom, the glass doors are very revealing, and also cannot be locked. The toilet does not have enough space for anyone who is plus size, handicapped, or needing to stretch their legs. There is a very inconvenient to use bidet, with a very small amount of water. It splashes constantly, getting me wet many times. Although it seems to be quite old, it is not a problem. It's a bit dark here, and the aircon is a tad bit noisy, which will hinder sleep, especially for light sleepers. The hallways tend to smell quite bad, but from inside the room it cannot be smelt at all. The workers are extremely polite and friendly! Came here at around 4 pm, tired after a long flight, but instantly felt welcome! The TV (SHARP) is quite old and small, but has great audio. Check in was convenient, and the room was ready very quickly.

Stay for 6 night on the hotel. All good, except my room. Realized after check out. Other room more better than mine. For 1 night stay this hotel is good, not recommended for long stay and book from travel agent, book directly to the hotel, if you want got a better services

This is the first time we have chosen this hotel for (husband who is going to a meeting) to stay overnight. Please be careful with this hotel's policies, especially when we book through agents such as Agoda, etc., because the hotel policies are very rigid and inhumane. I just had a booking for my husband on 17 September 2023 and as a human being I made a mistake in choosing the date, when I contacted the hotel it was explained that the hotel could not do anything to change the date from 25-27 to 18-20 tomorrow because related to Agoda's policy, but when I contacted Agoda, Agoda explained that Agoda had sent an email request to the hotel to change the date and was just waiting from the hotel whether the request could be granted or not. and it turns out that the hotel cruelly stated that this couldn't be done. I really felt that the hotel management was very cruel and had no feelings and no humanity. even though we didn't ask for cancellation but only asked to change the date because we chose the wrong date and the transaction took only a matter of minutes. but finally after I read on Google that someone had committed suicide from the 13th floor of this hotel on July 8 2020, I was grateful because God allowed this to happen so that my husband didn't have to stay at a hotel like this. and of course we will never set foot in this hotel forever. and we will always remind this to our other relations too.

The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. It is quite close to the malls "Grand Indonesia" and "Plaza Indonesia" (10 minutes walk). Our room was spacious, clean and had a great view over Jakarta. The staff was always friendly and helpful. A baby bed was provided immediately after we requested it. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of different delicious and healthy food choices everyday and we never got bored. The roof top bar is an amazing plus.

Love this hotel as its located in strategic locations, comfort, and has a nice view. The price is quite high but it is worth the money. Recommended for couple and family vacation while in Jakarta.

The location has great view of city skyline building facing BNI city and Scbd The bathroom need to be improve especially in the floor drain. Great rooms with decent and complete amenity. Although some part of this room a little bit old, but overall overshadow by its luxurious and new modern fully furnish amenities.

Very strategic location. It's just by the exit/entry point of MRT station as well as train station. Many food stalls at night. There are also multiple convienence stores reachable by walk. Room is ok, spacious and decent. Breakfast is spectacular as the resto is on top of the building. You will have a nice view of Jakarta during breakfast.

MRT users will find this place convenient. Being in Thamrin, this hotel is walking distance to 2 large malls, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The neighbourhood becomes quite lively at night. After a long day, I like to unwind at the restaurant/bar up the top for awesome views of the city. For those who are fussy with water pressure, the room I stayed in had weaker than usual pressure so keep that in mind.

Hotel with the best location in Central Jakarta. Near the Sudirman train station, BNI City airport train station, MRT and LRT, also the busway. This hotel also near two of the best mall in town, the Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia with ±10 minutes walk. Don't forget to join the car free day event every sunday if you stay here at weekend. The room hotel is good, clean and tidy. The staff is always ready if you need an assistance or if you need an extra towel or toothbrush. I stay for 5 days in here for business purpose, room with breakfast and the food is good and many option you can choose. I like the restaurant because is at the rooftop so you can see the view from up there, they also have a bar at night if you want to have some wine or refreshing mocktails.

First of all, the location of the hotel is gorgeous. It's near to all types of public transportation in jakarta and if you like to go to mall, there are two big malls which are in the walking distance. Apart from that, the service of the staffs are marvelous. They are attentive and supportive towarda our need, especially the receptionist Irvan/ Irfan who has been supporting me during my stay here. The Breakfast is also one of the best that i have ever had. It's a rooftop breakfast with a variety of foods to choose from. It's worth the extra pay. Last but not least, the room is quite okay. The bed is comfy and some of the room has an extra chair and table so don't forget to request that if you are thinking to have friends or family coming over. Fully recommended

Best value place to stay in sudirman-thamrin area. Their clean hardwood bedroom is basic no joke hygiene standard. Opt for big glass windows corner city view junior suite if you come with family. Thumbs up to their diner which so far best among 4stars in downtown Jakarta. Strategic location with widely accessible public transports. Sadly their internet connection and TV is rather basic.

Stayed for more than 2 months in this hotel on my business trip. Very friendly, good and accommodating staff. Location wise, the best location since it is in central Jakarta. Very minimum option for food in the hotel but plenty of options available near by and they also added new menu towards the end of my stay. Highly recommended for business trips and solo traveler’s.

Baby roaches crawling in my room every single day after staying here for 4 nights. The staff though does a good job cleaning my room daily. The roaches are more of the management's job in having pesticides in the building. The breakfast options are decent but do not expect plenty of options. The sky restaurant though is well kept and has a great view of the city. Facilities are also new and well kept. The area around it doesn't have a perfect state but it has a mix of the real local cuture of the city not hidden by the glitter of a CBD if you stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. I like that you will still have access to street food and local food around the hotel. The nearby train station helps everyone to go around in an easier manner.

A very nice 3 star hotel, almost 4 star. Strategic location on the city center Bundaran HI. If you want to have nice view of Jakarta skyscrapper, book a junior suite room on higher floor. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is average, some has no good taste, even salty. But the restaurant has a very nive view, located on rooftop of the hotel. The shower smells bad when first opening the water. Recommended for family, young traveller, or transit.

Had a pleasant stay in All seasons Hotel Thamrin yesterday. Located along big buildings on the edge of central "HI" Jakarta. The room was quite clean and we couldn't happy more with the view, that was so amazing. We got a city view just like we wanted in superior room wherefore the receptionist said we couldn't get one cause it's only available for deluxe room only, How Lucky and happy we were! Maybe the contrary of this hotel was just the small toilet and shower. But that's okay:) we also had a good breakfast and this is the first 3 star hotel that served meat bacon! , had I been woken up early, I would have been more satisfied, because I woke up as late as 8:30AM. And last but not least, "The express check out" you just put that key card inside the box, and VOILA! Done. You don't have to wait for the receptionist while he or she is serving other customers.

Good sized room. Junior suite. Breakfast good selection and included free with room. Laundry not so good. Overnight delivery if picked up before 9am. Also shirts come back not ironed properly. I have to iron again. Hotel doesn't provide iron and board but have a ironing room. Irons are old and leak. Had to put up with shirts that have creases.

The hotel is good and the staffs are warm and polite. It is located in the center of Jakarta. Moreover, it is not far from BNI City Train Airport Station. You can get a breakfast and rooftop and see the cityview. I suggest that, the hotel give ramps for suitcase and wheelchair to make the facility better. In addtion, between the wastafel and bed didn't have a glass window. The water a bit spill on my bed.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Wulan and Ms. Rosa (pardon if the names were incorrect). They were so helpful during my check-in. So I always request to stay on higher floor , but when booking this hotel I forgot to do so, and yet somehow the front desk office gave me the highest floor (thank you so much). Overall, my stay at this hotel was nice, however during my stay, there was this party which was really loud so I was a little bit disturbed but it was ok.

The room I stayed in has separate shower and toilet area. The problem is the shower area is too cramped (I'm claustrophobic) and dark (even with the lights on), the toilet has glass door and it isn't full door (there's an open gap between the door and the ceiling). The restaurant for breakfast is pretty interesting since it's located on the highest floor. The security guards were really friendly and helpful. The hotel location is really strategic but when I checkout on Sunday, there was some kind of car free day (?) on the main street, so I can't go anywhere with car. Technically I can but I had to go through an originally one way street.

The only complain is, I ask to order room service and pay all in one in my check out because I have foreign card and is expensive pay every time for a small amount..... They refuse and I don't understand why ( I already paid the room in advance and they have my passport) how they think I can don't pay???????
