I always love Mercure Hotel for its customer service and strategic place. I came here to travel Jakarta and this place is the best, despite the narrow parking spaces, this place is very amazing. I really recommend you to be a part of an accor member because you can get free upgrades, which is pretty amazing 👏. So far my experience in this hotel is very satisfying.

5 nights in Mercure Cikini, here’s my feedback. verdict: value stay as it is a very strategic location and the breakfast buffet is decent. staffs are very friendly and helpful. caveat: near to train station hence you might hear the train passing by anytime. things they can improve: - sound proof is not very great. you can hear baby crying next door. - the toilet is not properly scrub. they can improve in this area - the water tab is not working properly as adjusting the water flow causing the water to flow to sink top. - toilet door hinge needs to be lubricated - bit stingy on the toilet tissue as they don’t provide spare. not a big concern if they can replenish timely - gym room is not very clean and there is only one very broken looking yoga mat - the pool water doesn’t look clean. not sure if it is old or just not very clean.

I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights in a business trip. The room is comfy with good facilities, including a built-in hair dryer. The hotel is close to Ampera food stall that provides Sundanese cuisine. It's also close to the Jakarta Planetarium & Observatory. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast menus. They provide various meals from Indonesian food, Asian food to western food. Lots of choices.

Only dinner due to got invitation for birthday party.. so..i can not review about the room... For the food (appetizer...main food and dessert) very delicious... View very beutiful due to we have party in swimming pool area

Breakfast,lunch n dinner almost the same quality n quantity. Aneka sambal is great . Do come on time for food otherwise you will face d empty buffett stove . No more tissue as napkins and utensils . Dining area is too busy most of the time.

Strategic location, near train station and several interesting places. The services need an uplift, especially in the schedule for room cleaning. I stayed 4 days, and two of them the cleaning team came up late, eventually I asked the cleaning team to skip. Food was OK, nothing bad come to my mind (and neither special). The staffs are super helpful.

Stayed here for a 5 days workshop. Food and location are great, the pavement on the street in front of the hotel are great for walking. The hotel is very near to a train station so occasionally you could hear the train coming and going until night time especially on the rooms located on the back part of the building, i.e. the room I stayed. Unfortunately I got the smoking floor. I couldnt smell the smoke from inside the room but once I got home some of my unused clothes smell like cigarettes.. so I realized how bad it is to be a passive smoker. 😔 Overall this is a good hotel with great food. Their latte machine is a must try. 😊

Such a gem of a hotel with impeccable rooms that are a perfect size to really stretch out and admire the district canopy of leafy trees n surrounds. The real stars are the employees. the hotel is quite clean. Service is quite good. A welcome drink is only available specifically for accor members (I was asked beforehand if I was a member, if not, the receptionist on duty was not allowed to take it, even though the receptionist was willing to help register but it was quite difficult just for a glass of orange juice). The restaurant is quite small, especially when meeting participants who will enjoy lunch or group check-in who will enjoy breakfast come together at restaurant

Unfortunately this time around, my experience with this hotel was only so-so. Check in took forever. And even after that very lengthy process of check in, once I got to to my floor, I couldn't use the key, so I had to go back down to receptionist. Breakfast was also so-so. Pity, since the hotel was in good location (albeit very busy street).

Though the standard room wasn’t that huge like Novotel, but somehow I do find stay at Mercure Cikini much more comfortable. And the food I may say more tastier than Novotel.

Mercure cinkini has a great location and a wonderful team. The rooms are still modern despite being 5 years old. The service was excellent and i have received a whatsapp message from the front desk asking for my personal preferences for my room and breakfast. This is the only accor hotel i have stayed in that offered this wonderful service. My needs are attended to swiftly. Special thanks to misy, my first point of contact who delivered my first experience. Of special mention is deka, federick, nandang and nada who helped me address many local enquiries. House keeping did a wonderful job keeping my room clean and spotless. There are no missing amenties throughout the 3 days i was here. The only small change i feel that is required was the breakfast. I found the food a little too salty compared to other accor hotels. Perhaps the food was catered more towards the taste for locals that form the majority of the guests. My feedback was swiftly attended to. I will be back again.

We chose a privilege room with a really high expectation for some easiness. But there were few confusions when we arrived at the hotel. It was 1.30 pm when we checked in, receptionists said, room wasn't ready yet since we arrived 30 minutes earlier (we understood, that was normal). They asked us to wait at lobby and suggested us to use our privilege card (they gave us before) and enjoy free afternoon tea at nearby restaurant. First confusion: waiter said we can only use privilege card at 4-7 pm. Okay that wasn't a big deal to us to be honest. Then we bought some meals at resto on our own. Second confusion: again our privilege card was rejected when we asked for discount. Previously we were informed that privilege card holder will get 10% off for every meals we purchased at resto. But we didn't get the discount since we weren't officially guest hotel yet (because we didn't get our room at that time). Third confusion: It was 2.40 pm when we finished our lunch. We asked whether our room was ready or not. It was almost 1 hour since normal check in time, but room was not ready yet (again). We had to wait again and saw so many other guests checked in and got their room immediately while we were still waiting for our room, and wondered what was the point of being privileged guest? Anyway rest of our stay was good and we really enjoyed our time so much, we hope they can fix check ins, particularly for privileged guest. Check in 3/5 F&B 4/5 Facility/service 4/5 Kids activity 5/5 (our kid really enjoyed the cooking class) Check out 5/5 (finally we can use our privilege card for late check out) Many thanks

Staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The moment we arrived until hotel checked in, we’ve been helped a lot. They represent the company and assets for the company. Room is clean, and spacious. Certainly will return again in the future.

I love their lunch buffet, it has a wide range of choice from soto lamongan to nachos. Went to this hotel for a meeting and the snacks for coffee break were exceptional; tasty fried dimsum, macaroni schotel, and chocolate cake. Their breakfast buffet is also good. The room? The room is alright.

I was originally booked a hotel room for one night by my company but because of one thing and another, I need to extend my stay for two nights. The hotel staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to Mr. Indra for going out of his way to find me a room when it was all full-booked. The cleanliness of the room was also spotless thanks to the housekeepers, worth mentioning that one of them was Ms. Rita, thank you Miss😁

Had an amazing staycation at Mercure Jakarta Cikini. The location is perfectly strategic, room is good in size, cleanliness and aminities. Unfurnately, the size of TV is quite small for an hotel room nowdays. Big thanks for kak Nadia as Receptionist and kak Rhany as Guest Experience team who gave a verry personal wellcome greeting at my room. Every sunday they have a kids cooking club at lobby area and i asked for a cotton candy even im not a kid anymore and they gave it with smile.

Great room and service which easy enough parking under the hotel but the help with this wasn't so great as cars were parked everywhere and there was only one way in and out. The rest of the experience was really good overall Room service was pricey but the food was good. Breakfast really good. Shower pressure not the best Will return as the room was overall great and very comfy and the staff very helpful.

It's a well managed hotel albeit it's small area. The location of this hotel is right on the busiest area. What I like about this place is the food, although it's a bit hit and miss, sometimes I thought some food belong to the higher class of hotel. Motorcycle park is on the basement, you don't need to register your plate.

The hotel has a good location, one the best Jakarta culinaries are in this area. Breakfast and lunch in a good restaurant. There’s also a activity room for children in the corner of the lobby. The swimming pool in the roof top with all around view and there is a rooftop bar.

This hotel has perfect location, especially if you have to work and shopping at the same time 😄. I stayed here for a 5 days of intensive training, and yet the food was great. My tips don’t ask for 1st floor room, they have meeting rooms there so sometimes a bit noisy when there was wedding event.

Went there for a meeting. It's a smaller hotel than any other Mercure hotels. Location is very strategic, but maybe the lobby is the issue, because there's only one gate is opened for in and out. Meeting room was decent, quite good for a medium meeting. Their lunch menu was variative. Overall it's a nice choice if you are going to held a medium meeting.
