Not recommended for big wedding with thousands of guests here. They have quite big parking space, but it takes 40 mins JUST to get out of the parking lot. Really need to improve the car flow management. And also the foods in the wedding are so so, even when you’re hungry.

I never regret choosing this hotel to stay with my friends. They have nice, comfort, & big enough room with affordable price. My room had a view of the pool and it was amazing. I didn't try their foods, but I tried the gym & sauna and it was great. Staffs are nice and very welcome. Near the hotel you can walk and find Podjok Halal minimarket. Will come back to try their pool ^^

Been couple times spending nights at this favorite place not only for us, but also as been told by some friends from out of Jakarta, whose visiting the Capitol although maybe just for a while. The first interest thing for this place is the classic nuance and romantic ambiance, starting from the lobby until the room. One of lovely gimmick is the free parking, compare to other similar places, this one thing is quite vital yet significant. Maybe this been done to compensate the limited quantity for guests’ vehicles which visiting the accommodation venue. The Air Conditioner is great, but something things gone glitchy with the toilets. Sometimes the problem is coming from the flush, the shower, or maybe the condenser that leaked some water to the floor in front of the bathroom. Still wondering with the All You Can Eat Buffet Menu of this place. Really looking for it next time visiting here.

The room, breakfast and service was all excellent, as was the architecture and they have this stunning lobby. What has nearly ruined the experience was the appallingly bad room dining. We paid extra for a pizza and a bowl of Tom Yum, the pizza was under cooked and bland, no seasoning. The Tom Yum had no veg and the shrimp where not properly cleaned,

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. 2 years ago I stayed here. I arrived from a long flight, and the pool is under construction. Then, when I wanted to extend (only until 2 o'clock) the receptionist insist that I pay straight away (for god shake I was on the way to appointment, feels like they afraid I couldn't pay my bill or something and my belonging was still inside the room. They wasn't even care if I am late for my appointment!!!) Then when I was arrive back at the hotel, they called me in the room, asking if I want to extend while I already say and pay that I will check out at 2 o'clock! And when I was complaining at the front office, everybody there stood up and watching me like I am some kind of physco. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!

The hotel needs more signage at the entrances... I was confused upon arrival, although I was using the Google map and wase. One of our rooms has a problem with the rooms' keys and has to wait long enough to fix it. I do understand that old hotel, but the HK/FO needed to do the room inspection before the guest checked in, so the hotel at least informed the guest about room condition if they insist to stay at that room. The swimming pool needed a siganage for slippery floor

Had a disappointing experience in the hotel's gym LADIES bathroom. This cleaner GUY entered without knocking, disregarding privacy norms for such facilities. This incident, in a supposed 4-star hotel, reflects poorly on their standard procedures! Be careful ladies! It seems not safe place you'd expect.

I didn't try the breakfast menu. For me, the location is strategic. I got a room which can see the city view. The room was so quiet, spacious, and clean, but the electricity was turned off-on-repeat in the morning.

10/10 for this spot. Spacious and beautifully-furnished rooms, marble and chrome theme in the bathrooms, almost silent (but fully-effective) in-room air conditioning, amazing ambience and attention to detail throughout, great restaurant, stunning Jakarta city Golden Triangle views... this hotel has a lot of class and offers absolutely amazing value for money - it will be my first choice for all my future stays in Jakarta.

This hotel is really old and rundown. Some of the room fitings are broken, torn or stained. TV has only fuzzy reception, with no HDMI port. The service staff are slow and often can't get simple requests correct. The buffet breakfast is sad; you're better off having food delivered via Grab/Gojek. If you plan to relax by the pool in the morning, be prepared to listen to loud techno/trance music the lifeguard loves to blast through a huge speaker. Location wise it's great, but be warned that there are constant protests and demos at the government building next door, and the sound carries through to the hotel rooms.

A four star hotel located in the center of business district of Jakarta, Kuningan, next to KPK office. Surrounded by many office towers. The room is clean, well maintaned. The breakfast is ok, there are lot of option to choose. The service is good.

A good hotel, clean and spacious room with a city view. However, it would be better to keep toothbrush and footwear for TWO people, not just one. It is not convenient to ask and get.

This is my review for Royal Kuningan: (+) The hotel room is neat, clean and tidy. (-) but they just gave one set of the amenity kit (toothbrush, etc) in one room that occupied by two people. (+) The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is standard and the taste is just so-so, but you had many option (mostly indonesian cuisine). (+) They had a great city view swimming pool in 1st floor and big parking lot. (-) You must wait for the shower in the bathroom to produce the hot water.

The room was OK, clean and comfort. The breakfast was so so, good in service, but needed to improve. The location is very quiet, far from the crowds, so it's not suitable for vacationers

Well they are beyond my expectations. The location is very good near to rasuna area can walk there. And the staff is very helpful, its bit sad because the hotel is empty and nice because the pool is just for us. Bed is comfy, staffs are great, hot water works, toilet is very huge!!

Try it yourself.. Nice 4 star hotel at kuningan.. Jakarta room was awsome.. What makes me enjoy cause of the water flow on the bathroom are so powerfull with water heater.. And the shower they used topper flow which are very enjoyfull while u take a bath..

It is old hotel, but still worthed to stay here. The price is quite cheap with breakfast and facility. Service is good, breakfast is good, and the location also good. For me the minus is only the corridor interior, the floor mat is dirty and some wall need to be repaint. The interior room is old woody but it well maintained.

Fulfilled my expectation. With the offered price got pretty big room. Clean bathroom and appliances. The downside was the television often had bad connection and the furniture not so new. Overall this hotel still worth the price.

Good ambience, and good service especially Mr. Reza at Front Office to give me directions to the restaurant. Security have to improve to welcoming the guest and give the directions to the guest, not only stand behind the table and talk each other. Overall good

This hotel have strategic place, comfy ambience with classic european interior style. Maybe need improvement on breakfast menu, especially the taste of fish fillet.

The food was bad I didn't want to remember... The ice cream served wasn't fresh and almost inedible... but still, I appreciate how well the hospitality off the staffs...

Ein Stern ist eigentlich noch zu viel. Vielleicht war das Hotel vor 20/30 Jahren mal top, aber jetzt will man nur noch weg. Es stinkt in den Fluren, der Teppichboden in den Fluren ist dreckig und das schlimmste ist natürlich das Zimmer selbst. Veraltet, modrig, heruntergekommen, es stinkt ekelhaft, das Bad stinkt und ist dreckig und auch die Betten stinken und sind dreckig. Wir haben es tatsächlich 3 Nächte hier ausgehalten. Danach sind wir zur Erholung noch eine Nacht ins Holiday Inn. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Wir können wirklich jedem nur raten die paar € mehr gleich in die Hand zu nehmen und einen weiten Bogen um das "royal" Kuningan zu machen. Wie bei eigentlich jedem Hotel in Südostasien hat auch hier die Lobby selbst noch ein recht prunkvolles Erscheinungsbild. Viele der guten Rezensionen sind, so wie ich das sehe, wohl von Hochzeitsgästen die nur den Ballsaal gesehen haben. Das Hotel selbst ist wie beschrieben zum Vergessen.

4 star hotel use to be, but really creapy since pandemic. Stay for 4 night, and accepted with any kind of Situation. Room: To dark and old but really nice bed and pillow. Spacious room, there work table, sofa, 32' LED TV (too small) Shower room is nice too, but there's no hangging towel. Note: i ask for more chair, but not accept. Restaurant : Food was ok The air con off when we just sitting there. Day 2 we got bfast at room, it's ok since low occupancy. We just accepted. When we book for last 3 day, it's cancelled from hotel with cause for reason PPKM.

The hotel is kinda old, and you need to go to the second floor to check in which is weird and no elevator to basement. But still one of the best mid class hotel

As their class.. *4 hotel... With complete ammenities, great location, and great service also. I can relocate from smoking room to non smoking room as fast as they can provide it. Really enjoy to stay at Royal Kuningan Hotel.

Rooms are quite old. The tv was not working. The Aircon is so loud I couldn't sleep, and there was no way to turn it off unless you cut off all electricity for your room (aka unplug the keycard from the door). It's located in city center but there's a n annoying u-turn on a one way road so it takes an extra 5-10 for any pickup and dropoff.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. The hotel has gym, sauna and swimming pool for public as well. Everything is so clean in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel again and again.

The car lane should be reversed, between the way in and out. It is a long lane and circular to enter the lobby main area.

4pm and the room haven't ready.. Clearly call and asking for twin and king size bed.. come to the hotel to find out that the reservation has been set for 2 king bed. It's only the check in but too many flaws. Didn't deserve for any star actually

This is really a 3 star hotel. Only 3-4 items available on the room service menu and the WiFi is surprise surprise.. Slow and full of hackers. The best room is still small and very dated.

The room is comfortable with a beautiful frame of the big screen. The staff is friendly and nice. The food here is delicious but If the hotel offered other unique and special food it will be great

I visited here to attend a work meeting using the royal ballroom.the facilities offered by the hotel are quite complete, the service is quite good, food taste also good enough (i really like their beef black pepper). but I didn't find a proper prayer room. there is only a small and unkempt space in the parking area. in the prayer room there is no separate "wudhu" place and toilet for men and women. it would be better if the quality of the prayer room was improved.

Friendly and very helpful staffs, clean and comfy room. My favourite part of this hotel is the double-sided wardrobe: the wardrobe can be opened either from the bedroom or from the bathroom. Trans Jakarta shelter also just about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Came to staycation with family but the staff need to learn what is hospitality services are. To much rules on pool area, guest cannot take a picture with pro camera and cannot use all the facility. I think our visit before will be the last.
