The room is quite spacious, location wise also good as the convenient store are also there. Staff are friendly but there is no coordination, i booked 2 room for 2 nights. One through booking.com and the other one direct to the reservation agent of the hotel by phone. Both room supposed to get breakfast but the one that I booked through reservation agent doest not include breakfast according to restaurant host. My mistake that I didn't ask for confirmation through email , but i did repeat the reservation detail before hung up the phone, so i need to pay extra breakfast for this. Second, i booked for 2 nights but the Front officer only charge us for one night when we are check in. I just realize when we cannot enter our room on the second day and they asked us to go down and queuing up again to make another payment and update the access card, its very hassle. Thanks

Good hotel. Bigger rooms compare to new hotel. Fast check in and out. Feels the Best Western services known overseas, the US precisely. Food court under the hotel, is a plus. Branded foodstall available onsite. Minor things are the lift from parking lot to lobby and to your room need to change in separate location.

Though the room and general services were on par. Felt the hotel SPA staff were more interested in looking at their phones than attending to guest.. went separate times today and what was advertised on their pamphlet wasn’t offered. One staff said not offering in the 180mins package while later time another said no bath only massage and scrub. They couldn’t be bothered with explanation. I took the traditional massage 60mins since not having proper clarification of the treatments offered. Thought that was the easiest, until upon payment they add on 50k extra for oil! Their pamphlet stated traditional massage with oil and cream. Only additional request of bath 30mins/aromatherapy oil charge extra, printed in pamphlet. I wasn’t informed by counter staff nor did I request additional oil etc..I was told massage is massage no oil and oil charges compulsory?! Been to many places and countries for SPA and massage, such practice is first for me.. Massage ended in less than 60mins (50mins to be precise) and even 50k extra amt is negligible but the attitude of the counter staff during my enquiries at different time 12.30 noon and 4.25pm and unscrupulous practice of hidden charges leave disgusting impression. The worst spa experience I had in Indonesia and even Asia!

The most idiot and ancient hotel I've ever visited with uneducated and bad manner reception staff. Ngakunya bintang 4.. just because I need 30 minutes delay for deposits payment (IDR 200k wowwwww) because need to attend an urgent online meeting they preferred to cancel my booking that I've already paid. Wooowwww!!! First time in my 35 years age having treatment like this from hotel reception staff. and nowadays, with this pandemic era, who keep some cash? Hello!!!! I am not the one who don't want to pay your deposit rule! I just need a little time to withdraw my cash. I need to attend meeting first! IDIOTTTT!!!!

Such a neat place in strategic place at Cawang. I hope the rooms belonging got more checking cause there are some parts who can't used optimally. But overall the service was good 🤗

Love the hotel and rooms The room was clean and spacious, it was worth the price also, since the price is lower than other hotels. The staffs are friendly and great. Had no problem when checked in and out. They had only 2 elevators to serve a lot of floors thus it was not that fast, i had to wait longer on elevators but it was not a big deal. Overall it was a good stay with good price also. The pool is not that big but had a good view and clean.

We choose to stay 1 night with my family and invited my brother to join. It was very nice experience. We enjoy swimming in the hotel and the hotel lobby was very magnificent. wifi very good, The room was huge, we've got upgraded by hotel staff into 1 category above and it was bigger than I imagined. The view from our room was also breathtaking. We loved our stay and would like to come back in the future

What a comfy place to stay in a center of town. The location is easy to access, the parking is clar and safety. The room is super clean and all the facility is good, the front desk office is very kind. I think the air con didn't working, because the room was super hot even the air con is set at 16°c

Not a pleasant staycation here, stayed in room 1110, i believe they need to do some deep cleaning for the room, the curtains was gross, bathroom was dark, and need to upgrade the shower. The door is also need to be fixed, i can't enter the room using my own key, need to ask housekeeping to open it. Got a long waiting list just to have a decent breakfast, apparently the food is almost run out, the food left was almost looks like leftover food. The swimming pool is lack of regulations that i don't really understand is diving allowed here? And when come to change, there are 2 men plumber, and 1 man INSIDE the WOMEN restroom, like, how could? However the view from corner suit is gorgeous. Deeply disappointed, hope the hotel will took this as evaluation and provide better services (and places) afterwards

Booked the Super Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights. Hotel was great and room was spacious. I also had a breakfast and they had a great food, my favorite one is bubur ayam. However, i think the sink pipe leaked and caused puddles on the bathroom floor.

nice hotel, delicious breakfast menues, nice hospitality.. there are also convenience store, food stalls near hotel.. sometimes there queue while waiting for the elevators.. so, you have to go 5-10 minutes early if you need to meet somebody or pick up your online orders in the first floor lobby..

Great hotel, but i think you guys should pay more attention to small details about the tv remote that you guys fixed with a tape.. the wallpaper.. the sofa bed…and also please put someone incharge (security) at the night at b3 or b2 because its so creepy (i mean that) its not comfortable when you wants to go out and when comeback to the hotel straight to basement and found something creepy there.

I like their breakfast, so yummy :) Check in time starting at 2 pm, because i just came in BWPTH at 1:42 pm, then I'm kindly waiting with patient and happy cause their also serving us with welcoming drink and snacks.

I choose this hotel because of reviews all the people in the internet and tiktok, but what i got ,its really bad. I do celebrate my wedding anniversary, when I come to this hotel, concierge on the 1 first floor is bad service he is not help me to bring my luggage. Until I check in on the front office in 5 floor, the staff FO was very bad too. I got room 1916 super deluxe and no view!!!! I really hate. But I around 2 minutes house keeping knock my room and he said to I move to another room 1917.. yaa I got better view there. I don't know why your staff on FO and Concierge was dont have hospitality! I have high expectations with this hotel, but I got really bad, your service and your room But thanks to house keeping to ask me for move! The Air conditioner is not working, I call number but didn't pick up the phone until I call emergency they pick up, and I told the AC is not working so hot in this room 1917. The engineering said to we move another room, I really hate this hotel, and this is my last to stay in this bad hotel!

I chose corner suite view. The room was so spacious. I reserved for 2 rooms. One room was so bad, probs with ac, shower and the phone. However, the good thing was that the hotel moved to another room.

Strategically located, however don't expect too much on the quality of service and facilities. It's the kind of hotel just to put your luggages and you spend most of time outside the hotel.

Love the staff, the pool was nice and clean. The garden area at the restaurant was quite nice. The restaurant was fabulous with a very good selection of food. The buffet had alot more choices to eat and drink than the Best Western in North America. That's pretty good! The room is 90% clean and brightly lit. The washroom has a strong smell of urine as if the staff forgot to clean or use bleach to wash the areas around the toilet. If the smell wasn't there, it would have given them 5 stars

Good service recovery! The check in process took almost 30 mins. It was a bit long for a checkin process. However during our stay, the service officers, Uki and Asep, gave us complimentary cake and tea and were very polite. We felt appreciated by them.

This is the second time we had another event here . The place was great , alot of parking space and great food and service. Recommend for family weekend and staycation 👍🏻

There are not many photos, bcs staying here just to sleep after work and wait to go to the airport. The staff is friendly, the room is clean. I tried breakfast with soto lamongan and avocado juice. The soto is tasty and the portions are large. Thank you.

Used to be a hotel with great value for money. Not anymore. Rooms are priced at a higher rate than an ibis but size of the rooms are more or less that of Ibis. Room service is aweful. Quality of food average Price of food way way too high. Nasi goreng 100.000 rp, got to be a joke. Would love to see this hotel go back to the level it was 5 years ago.

This place has access to Starbucks, KFC, Indomaret, and other restaurants. Breakfast menu is also quite good. However, there are 2 lifts to serve more than 20 floors, it takes a long time to wait. It also very packed, and small. Including the Lobby. Some rooms have no view.

Didn't stay just step by to have lunch. We've booked for 7 pax and per pax cost us more than 200k. Less variety of food, but tasty. The place has a good outdoor view and great spot to have a pic with. The AC in the dining room needs to be checked since the room feels a little bit hot, less comfort.

as a solo traveler, i feel so comfortable staying here because first the location is near with halim perdana kusuma airport, the rooms are clean and wide (it’s very worth the price) also the breakfast menu is varied and taste so good especially the fried rice! all the staff are so helpful and informative :)
