I have stayed at Horison Ciledug twice and left with severe food poisoning both times. The first time I thought it must have been caused by street food. On my last visit I ate no street food and so my suspicion falls firmly with the hotel. In addition to falling ill on both my visits here I must say that customer service is hit and miss at best. On my last morning I needed medical attention. Their in room hand book specifies that they will assist with same. What actually happened was they called 2 hospitals, said no doctors were available and that was the extent of their help. They did not say when a doctor would be available for offer any other direction or help. A visiting doctor was booked via another service. To my surprise, despite seeing a doctor wearing scrubs, announce why they were there and then visit guest, no contact was made by the hot to ascertain the health of said guest or get a situation update. When the doctor said I had to have something to eat prior to taking medicine the restaurant would not let bread to be taken out of the restaurant. They insisted on taking the bread too my room. This took them over 20 minutes despite being told it was essential due to circumstances previously explained. Upon checking out from the hotel (I went to stay somewhere else) I was incredibly thirsty and craving a cold sweet drink due to dehydration brought on by the food poisoning. I asked the cafe bar in the foyer for a cold sprite. 10 minutes later I was told they had to Sprite but I could have coke. I agreed for a coke. 5 minutes later I was told no coke, only soda water. This sums up the Horison. All promises and no delivery. A quality hotel is more than shiny tiles and a smiling doorman. It is well trained personnel, taking an interest in guest welfare and cleanliness.

Its a wonderful experience stay in horison ciledug, we were really lucky to visit this hotel in weekend, there is a barbeque event during weekend and we charged only 70K IDR for all you can eat buffet, it have a good quality ingredients, meat, poultry, fish, sea food all is fresh and taste magnificent. The staff hospitality is quite remarkable. The pool not too big, but quite good for children. But there was thing that i would like the hotel management to take care for, during the stay i'd experience with broken water pot heater, i had called the front office to replaced with good one, but unfortunately no one came to the room to replace it, thats quite a shame for a big and starred hotel like Horison Ciledug. I hope in the future no costumer experienced the same experience like us. In spite of bad experience, I would recomend the people to stay here and try the weekend barbeque buffet, thats magnificent!

Was stay here for 10 days because my husband and mom in law got covid. So me and daughters stay here because we have negative result. Cannot believe that this hotel is soooooo goooood. Staffs are friendly, all food are ok and delicious. Just take 5 minutes from my house and will stay here again for sure. Great job horison ciledug 👏👏👏

Staff friendly, good meeting room arrangement, simple but tasty food menu, wide area hotel. But the linen not clean smell not good, 😙smokes gets in the non smoking room when cek in, bad idea for the ramadhan hampers syrup, tanggo can, cookies🙈

Located in busy area of Ciledug, and thanks to the promo we got a very good stay. Besides our agenda as bridesmaids, the stay also enjoyable although it’s not in some tourist place and the room view sooo good. Staffs are helpful, health protocol very good and food are tasty 😋

Room is clean, near the transjakarta, service is good because some students are training in there...

I was one of a member in this Hotel Chain Membership Program, one of the best Hotel in South Jakarta Area, special mention in Ciledug Area. From scale 1 to 10, I will give 9.

The hotel is located on a busy street with many food options within walking distance. I stayed in an executive room with a bathtub, but the hot water in the bathtub was not functioning. When I called to ask for help, the staff said that a technician would be called, but he never came until night. What was strange was that I ordered food twice using online delivery. The first time I called the receptionist and it was delivered by a security guard shortly after. However, a different receptionist for the second order said that food delivery was not allowed and it had to be picked up by myself. Customer complaints on Google reviews are only answered with a template response. This is unfortunate for such a large and well-known hotel group.

Abit dissapointed with the executive room that we booked through traveloka app, the app said to be no deposit required, but we have to pay during check-in. the bed was suppose to be 1 big bed but instead its 2 single bed put together so it looks like single bed. the size of the room exactly like deluxe room with additional bathtub. the hot water wasn't hot at all so I had to call receptionist to get it working. the breakfast menu mostly tasted like warmed yesterday's food (cold, chewy and bland). if you consider the pool when you pick a hotel, forget about it, too small and the water is rather dirty, also somehow you can smell "garbage odor" when you sit at the corner of the pool. i don't think i would consider book this hotel again

We booked a Deluxe Room but I'm not sure what less commodities you'd find in a non-delux Room;-)

We asked for extra clean room and I could see their best effort. But still there were some spots and stain on bedsheet, little smell in the bathroom, and during night, we could almost here everything surround us. Door bangs, kids knocking on something in the next room, people walking in the isle, so yes, it's very noisy. Every corner in the lobby also crowded with guests with children. Though breakfast is okay, I don't really recommend for a quite rest or meal.

This Hotel has surpassed our expectations. Perfect experience, compact hotel offering nice quality foyer and restaurant areas. I would say the room size and fitting are superior for the price range. Small swimming pool and outdoor area. Fantastic menu for breakfast. Great around offering

I was surprised to discover the Horizon hotel at Ciledug, after a google map route via small road from central Jakarta, the hotel was full with 3star rate = unbelievable

A good 3 stars hotel. Room is relatively large, clean, and comfortable. The staffs are friendly. The foods are not bad
