I like cats and dogs, as long as I stay at the inn, it feels like I'm at home with a friendly, helpful owner, the price is very affordable for workers, especially for job seekers who are allowed to stay with a maximum of 3 people at the same price. I had a chance to chat with them and the prices were very helpful for job seekers. In my opinion, negative comments are better off looking for a star hotel and not staying here, you have to understand the definition of this accommodation like abroad. Residents reject the existence of homestays because it is known that there are many "couples" coming in and out who are not their muhrim The rw has been monitoring it & was raided, only today did the residents demonstrate at the homestay at the same time last night.

Very bad homestay. The room very small, dirty, and smelly like pee. Worst bathroom ever I saw in the homestay. This place is not recommended.

Cheap but not worthy

nice place to rest..close to the UNJ campus and friendship hospital and culinary place..good for taking a break after traveling around the city of Jakarta..the waiters are friendly..a good place to refer to friends, especially bag packer friends..prices are cheap according to with expectations..close to Way By Pass Ahmad Yani bus station and near Jatinegara Kreta station, Manggarai station and Rawamangun terminal..didn't disappoint..a comfortable and safe place..unfortunately the receptionist and home stay guard are sometimes not available..

Very small, dirty, cockroaches everywhere, and smell like a pee of cat

I felt helped by the presence of the EVlyn Homestay accommodation where I was stranded in Jakarta.. Got cheap accommodation around Jatinegara station that could be checked in in the middle of the night before dawn which still opened the door 24 hours for me as a traveler.. the place was also comfortable and quiet for resting.
