Well the place is nice, at the heart of the city But there's an incident, we all went there after company meeting. The food has already been served (great btw). But when we ate one of the food, there's a little cockroach inside the soup in one of the bowl. I bet the chef and the staff have already did their best to make the food clean as they should be, but they should've checked several times before serving it to the customer. It was a horrible experience for us, to see that tragedy. But we appreciate Penang Bistro for total replacement of all the food that has been served on the table (all of them, even the ones that has no problem), good crisis management, surely they have asked apologies many times. Please don't make same mistake.

Best for family lunch or dinner. They have various options of veggies, chickens, beefs, seafoods, etc. We ordered chicken something with special sauce, turned out it was too many chicken bones - I am not a fan. Kailan tofu is the one I would recommend!
