Placed an order as recommended by a friend. Caramellow did not let me down as it was a risk to order from a new place. Loves the cake decoration it was so precised. That soft that it melted in the mouth and nothing but delicious 😋

The cafe is located in Urban Estate Jalandhar and has good ambience and interiors. The menu has a lot of options to choose from. Our favourite was the Cappuccino and Peri Peri Fries along with Peach Iced tea and Nachos. The only limitation we found at the cafe was that they do not have the option to choose from alternate milks and hence doesn’t bode well for people with dietary restrictions.

Loved the customer service. Placed an order for eggless sugar table for my son’s birthday and didn’t have much time to plan but Carmellow delivered everything on point and in a very timely fashion. My son loved every single thing. They came in and set up the table as well. Definitely recommend them.

This is one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. Everything is delicious!! From the baked goods to the huge variety of meals and drinks, it was hard to choose what to get. The vibe and interior of the cafe is amazing and the owners are the best people who care greatly about customer service. 100% recommend to everyone :)

Ambience & space utilisation: decor is decent but has huge scope of improvement in space utilisation and table placement. Food: limited options and strictly fine.

They have a great taste and hygiene. There is room for improvement but the taste is still one of the best in Jalandhar.

I’ve had the best experience with Caramellow, Anushka is a magician! Her vision and expertise in cakes definitely sets her apart from the rest. The cakes are not only stunning but they taste heavenly as well. Even Neha, who manages caramellow under Anushka is such a doll! Neha accommodates wonderfully. I recommend caramellow 100/10!!❤️

These guys were super sweet and so professional! We had the most fun tasting where they patiently let us try almost any flavour we wanted. They were also super flexible about the design, had an exhaustive catalogue but were also open to our suggestions. They also transparently shared information about what and wasn’t possible (eg: certain flavours are denser so those flavours have to be in the bottom layers) and let us do a whole bunch of customisation including multiple flavours and regular and eggless tiers in the same cake.
