The gym is significant. All types of equipment are available. but don't be there between 7 pm to 9 pm. Because I go there at this time and I want it less crowded.

I jointed this gym few days ago. Now I can see the extrem result in my body . Special part of this gym is trainer who is very supportive and hard working especially they pay attention on every person that we cannot find in another gym. So I highly recommend to those who are willing to join and want good result should join this gym

I am really curious, people who said about the safety have they ever visited this area, it is full day and night working part of Rama mandi with police petrolling all the time. The gym is above one of the most visited family restaurant in rama mandi. Why they would visit to such place if it was not safe, kindly do right research before posting and defaming any person who is working hard to start and sustain.
