Absolutely horrible service. Went there for a haircut thinking the reviews are good and it’s in model town but had the worst experience! I asked the guy not to cut my hair too short and he ended up cutting it short. Asked him to straighten my hair but he said they only blowdry it. After washing my hair i was left hanging and he decided to go and talk to another client without saying a word to me. The staff were arguing in front of clients which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The worst bit is my haircut, when I straighten my hair the next day, the layers are not blended and my bangs are so uneven. I got the haircut done for a family wedding and now im left with a hideous haircut. The hairdresser literally done the opposite to what i told him. No stars from me

Excellent services..I got hair and makeup done for me and my family. Went there twice..Tanvi ( the manager) was extremely responsive and professional. Amrita ( their makeup artist) was exceptionally talented and did a great job! Would definitely recommend.

Ricky did an amazing nail art. I asked for simple nude nails and he did exactly what I wanted. I loved his charming personality and loved that he himself suggested me to add a bit of glitter to make my nails stand out. Definitely recommend him.

Had several services done by the team at Headmasters Jalandhar and they were all phenomenal! Got a facial, mani/pedi, hair spa and hair coloring, as well as gel nails with extensions (plus removal after some weeks). Loved each service! They offer several other services as well that I didn’t get to try but will definitely be back to check them out. Thank you Rickey for the nails!!
