Relax and Good place Great Hotel, If travelling for official trips prefect hotel Under your budget. Rooms were great sound sleep that you wish to have. Inroom dining was amazing ( very coperative ) team. Breakfast could have been better , Specially layout its seems to be congested area overall in the restaurant for breakfast. Valet service could have been better ( We waited for 20 mins for our car to arrive also offered if we can collect ourselfs). overall Good Experince.

Its in the centre of the city and very well approachable from any side. Located in a less crowded traffic area. Neat and clean. Buffet is lavish. Altogether the best or one of the best in Jalandhar. 👍👍👍

Very very poor service at restaurant. After sitting for 15 minutes one person came to ask water and then gave empty glasses and post that water came after another 10 minutes. We said we will have buffet and when I saw there was not even a single bowl. Then as usual no one there to attend then I myself went and ask them to place some bowls but nothing came. Again we waited for 10 minutes but nothing changed. Then we came out without eating anything. I also gave review on reception and said we are going without having dinner but the people sitting on reception don't even bothered to get the mess cleared. One can try to clear the things but they didn't do anyrhing. If this kind of service is being offered then no one will visit. Try to improve service.

Worst reception staff and worst service ever. Unfortunately due last moment schedules had to stay in the same "Out of the Earth" hotel for 4 times in the last one and half month. Every time there is an internet issue and some one will come and just fix it and it will work for 5 minutes. Internet is a basic need, but still they are not able to provide that. When we complain it to the reception, His Highness Mr. Avhishek will ask you not to disturb him and for such issues we have to talk to IT manager who will never be available in the hotel. Even today am stuck in this hotel and posting this review from my mobile data. This hotel is good, if you want to relax, totally isolated from the world, without any communications (no WhatsApp, office emails etc). Or if you still want to stay in this property, better get a Wifi- Dongle or make sure you use a Jio Sim card before you check-in. We should thank the management for one thing, they have arranged a very big lobby, as they are expecting many guests to be there as that's the only place where you can access hotel wifi. Thanks once again for making me sit in the lobby till mid- night just to finish my office works.

Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out and beyond. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast and dinner at the restaurant within the hotel was great. As an European traveler to India, I recommend this hotel.

My stay in Ramada was definitely amazing, everything was perfect and up to the mark, but there few areas of improvement which is that the rooms does have a good internet speed, I stayed in room 424 everything was perfect about the room I got the city view room but the WiFi Speed was so poor, second point is the Breakfast I paid for breakfast but I had to do early Check out at 5am, I requested for the pack breakfast, which they provided as well but it seems that the breakfast was outsourced by a local bakery, the fruits and sandwiches they gave were not fresh. If you cannot provide the services you should also tell the person that it’s not possible why to give something to your customers which are paying good amount to stay in this hotel, I’ve stayed in multiple 5 star hotels in various cities and most of the time I do early out and also take pack breakfast but what good quality Breakfast is been provided by those hotels Otherwise the stay was good the staff was good

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Food was good. Breakfast staff were very accommodating to me and my morning cappuccino every day! It is a nice picket of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle outside. And close to everything. Seemed to be a popular destination for weddings!

Absolutely the worst service. Our washroom shower leaked and we had to call several times to have someone come fix it.they didn't. Then finally did after my husband had to yell at the housekeeping manager on day 3 of our stay. Shower still leaked. Service in restaurant was horrible, staff did not care to attend to guests at all. Worst part, husband left airpods in hotel, and we called to get them back. Manager keeps telling us they are looking into it. What's to look into? We are tracking them, we sent pictures and location. I still have not been given any answer. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The worst service Hotel. Taps are leaking. Water is coming out of washroom due to blockage but no response. I booked it for first night. They sent a big list of things in decoration for which so high price is charged but it’s a big lie. Think before you chose this hotel

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Food was delicious and with many choices.Specially the Staff in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin rather also on checkout, also giving directions to spots.This location is near to bus stand.I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if i visited jalandhar.

Went for a family dinner. The service was very poor by the staff. They were not at all attentive and had to be called frequently. The food quality of buffet was average. Many better options available at this price.

Room is average with exhausts not working in bathroom. Charging points are on one side of the bed. Breakfast service is so slow and even at 8.30 things were not properly ready as per menu. Food is also not great. Overall an average service

Food is excellent that is why we visited two days in a row but was highly disappointed as the same dishes were being served in the lunch buffet which were being served in the dinner buffet the previous day. There is no doubt that those were not fresh and were the leftovers of the previous day. Please look into this matter or else you ll loose the loyalty of your customers.

It's name do not justify it's standard. I am not talking about the hotel. I am disheartened by its hall and banquet. It's ruthless to see the poor quality washrooms. No wifi. Underground parking is flooded with sewerage smell. Still vallet was good. Well done. Their good service is appreciated.

Nice and Clean Hotel. In the time of pandemic, the hotel staff is taking all the precautionary measures and are still making sure to treat their guests in the best way possible. We have planned to have my brother's wedding here. Will post some pics after the wedding.

This Hotel has good rooms along with a some great halls. They also have 3 halls in the basement which are fit for marriages,parties etc. Covid precautions are do taken care at this hotel. It has Wheelchair accessible entrance. Only problem is that parking is small.

We stayed at Room no. 219 for an In-house engagement , unfortunately the rooms weren't clean, thr were dust and smudge marks all over the tables n lamps , the washroom seat was kinda broken and slipped left n right , the shower door dint close properly and all the water made its way all over the washroom upon bathing .. the phone lines might have worked once or twice as they are always busy even when u tru continuously for like 20 times, one had to call the hotel phone no. From google and ask for thr services and yes our fridge dint work inspite of complaining nobody came. The checking process was quick and all the staff was supportive and fast but the above points really need a check. All n all if u do not have a in-house function i wudnt recommend this hotel. P.s. special complements to the chef , the Malai kofta at the engagement hosted on the 17th was out of the world.

My main attraction in the Hotel was this pool. Awesome size and well maintained. Had a good time there. I have not seen such huge pools in any resort or hotels in this category, and I am not sure there won't be anything so good in that town.

Very nice experience. Rooms are very well planned and designed. Staff is very courteous. I lost my purse with cash around 14k. The staff spotted it and identified the owner through my name on credit card. The manager personally came to our room to hand over the purse. He waited till I was sure everything was there intact in the purse. Highly appreciable. Breakfast buffet was also good. 👍

Evening buffet at Rs999 per person is reasonable. Food quality is average for this sort of price. Final bill payment of about Rs6500, they will not accept cashless or card payments. Waiter insisted on cash only payments . Please improve on payment methods.

Not stayed there but seems ok type , food preparation was just like any normal restaurant which I experienced. during a some ceremonial function. parking arrangement needs to be improved. parking staff service need much behavioral improvements.

I simply loved their hospitality. Everyone and everything is so professional. They leave no stone unturned to serve in the best possible way. My recent visit to the Tokyo restaurant at Ramada was a great experience. We had Japanese tea served at the start. And we were then going ahead with starters such as dim-sums Black Garlic Chicken, and Shanghai cottage cheese. It was a great stay, and I enjoyed my weekend to the fullest.

We were attending a wedding and stayed at this hotel. Didn't have high expectations as other hotels We stayed at didn't meet our expectations. Off course living overseas we are used to a different caliber of service. Checked in at the front desk with Deepak. Our hands were full and our baby was sleeping. Deepak efficiently checked us in and called the bell boy to help with our luggage taking care not to disturb our baby's sleep. Without asking we were checked in to a room away from the elevator so we woldnt be disturbed by noises. Such kind care was really appreciated. The whole staff paid close attention to not disturbing us and getting us to our room. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Awesome service Ramada!! You changed our perception!!! Keep it up and we will definitely stay again when in town.

Rooms are cleaner, top bed spread had stains, cafe going through renovation from ages still not open, staff is friendly but it will be great to get espresso and nice cafe. Bar has very limited choice but able to nice drink, I guess depend on customer demand. Massage, Salon, Sauna and Gym services were good. In restaurant service and food quality were good. If you are non vegetarian then must try Rogan Josh. Buffet has a great variety.
