Parking at Fortune Jalandhar is a major issue..staff assured us about the parking at night but in the morning our vehicle was badly damaged and what was shocking was the junior staff accepted that it happened at their place but the senior staff didn't accept it at all ... security of your vehicle is a major issue at this place..almost like park at your own risk

Extremely soothing experience here. Awesome rooms, services are also good. Special thank you to Ria.she is such a wonderful person. Her cute smile just made my day. And again Prices are high but worthy. Systems are fine and well-maintained also. Foods are very tasty and vast options are available from continental to oriental, from very own desi foods.overall an awesome experience.

So we had a part hosted for 100 odd guest on 3rd February. Which was co-ordinated by Ms. Manpreet. She did a tremendous job with every arrangement and our needs. The banquet hall is beautiful. The service was excellent. It was beyond our expectations. I am a chef myself and I would like to congratulate the entire team of chefs. They made our day. Food was served fresh, warm and delicious. You know you did a good job when people talk about the food for days. The vegetarian starter and the non vegetarian food, everything was better than we expected. If someone is reading this please pay my regards to the entire team. We are humbled, happy and fulfilled by your sevices. Kudos to everybody, would love to do future events with you. We stayed here for a family wedding and the rooms were clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection including fresh omelettes and coffee. Catered well for adults and children. I would recommend this hotel for family's.

Very bad experience. Landed in Amritsar n by road reached Jallundhur. Kept telling the hotel two days prior to visit to keep the room ready by 11 am. JUHI the at the concierge was well aware n promised. But finally when I arrived room wasn't ready I had to leave the place at 11:30 to reach to my meeting venue for 12' o'clock meeting . JUHI kept saying 5 minutes ma'am, 5 minutes. I had to leave eventually. New , immature staff is inefficient. Not been able to pull off .

Excellent Stay and delicious food. I was deciding between Ramada and Fortune and went ahead with Fortune. My mom told me that this hotel is new one. I said lets try. Since we had no lights from last two days in city and Invertor were down. So, we decided to stay in hotel. We actually enjoyed the stay . Very warm welcome from the staff and food was awesome. Mr. Vaibhav you are doing superb job. Cleaning was AAA+. and views was awesome. Good luck. Keep Achieving new heights .

Parking is a major problem at Fortune Avenue Jalandhar. Our brand-new XUV was seriously harmed. We received parking assurances from the employees. Junior staff accepted that it happened at the hotel, but the senior staff blankly denied it. When planning to stay here, take good care of your car

Amazing ambience of the hotel and will surely recommend everyone for this place ! The staffs are very cooperative and the food is also very tasty and the rates are also very reasonable and proper room clean also happens over there. Safety is good

Everything is good! But the price of the food menu is high enough that normal tea is rs195. We had complimentary breakfast. Service was good at our time most of the staff was new and young so they were not familiar with the property. Have to call 2 to 3 times to get service in the room rest was a good nice property.

Wil give zero star if have a option. Worst food wver had. They served us half cooked cold food. Road side redi food is better than this hotel. I ate just 1 small piece of fish and 1 piece of chicken tikka and i am suffering from gastroenteritis. Never visit this hotel. It was nice gesture from hotel authorities in responding to customer reviews. I also hope that my bad experience at hotel was an isolated one as i have heard good reputation of the hotel. But as in hospitality business the hotel authorities should take it seriously and the corrective measures should be taken immediately.

Its a good hotel for short stay, location is ok, right next to McDonalds , not in the city centre though . Rooms are decent , since its relatively a new Hotel , you will find everything in the room to be neat and modern . But don’t expect rooms with a view, since the hotel is on the main road next to residential area , hardly any view. Gym is very small and has barely any equipments , max 2 people can workout simultaneously. There reception is on the 2nd floor which is slightly weird . They dont have any dedicated parking facility, as long as the place is not super crowded you can comfortably get a valet parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, fresh juices , omelettes , croissants are delicious. Overall a decent stay PS they do offer 20% discount on food , so do ask for that.

I went today 18/08/23 around 1:30pm. And they charged me ₹4,000 include breakfast, Around 4pm. One housekeeping staff member knock the door and just come inside the room and that time m sleeping without cloth on bed and staff said sorry m just went inside the room to check the key I tell the supervisor on duty he said nothing happened I told him to check the camera but they didn’t check and I just handover the key to them and checkout than book other hotel this is my first time I had a very bad experience with this hotel I waste my ₹4,000 because of hotel management.

Have been staying here regularly and the service quality, food and hospitality is all beyond my expectations and the best in town. Staff like Gurbinder and Rohit are extremely polite and make you feel very welcomed every time. Highly recommended

We only accessed the Orchid restaurant which is a good fune dining restaurant. Taste wise it is just about alright. But service and ambience is a plus point. Jalandhar has very fine dining restaurants to pick out of. So this one does give a good dining experience.

Hi friends... I stayed there.... Comparing OYO it's best to stay.... From receiving to leaving all staff are very cooperative., Food and beverages are traditional and continental... As per your choice... Sufficient parking. Overview is very ambience.. I prefer o stay there.. if you in Jalandhar...

Experience in Fortune Avenue Jalandhar is memorable movement of my trip. Interior of rooms is fabulous and had all needy things placed. Staff is very polite and always smiling. Rocking.

The hospitality I received was just amazing from check in to the checkout, I had a train to catch in the morning I had requested for a packed breakfast. I have stayed in best hotel of the country but none them have given me a hot packed breakfast. It’s generally sandwiches and some fruits. But fortune Avenue Jalandhar they surprised me !!

Very nice place ,food was so scrumptious, parking is major problem with this property but overall it was nice experience, all staff behave so nicely starting from Front office Gurwinder guy ,welcome us so nicely, room are good Amarjeet attend us like family ,all staff members are polite and helpful

This is a good luxury hotel with a nice restaurant but the other facilities are not as expected and in awkward places like the gym... The staff are very friendly and helpful...

It’s a very nice property with a very accessible approach to nearby malls, market etc. The food is about average, rooms are good . They need to work on their staff a bit especially the front desk . Overall it was a good experience but I think Jalandhar as a city still needs a good property which they have not been able to give to the people visiting the city . Stayed their around 23rd July 2022 for 2 night

Good New property in Jalandhar. Centrally located and ideal for business traveller. Neat, clean and fresh. More Important to be careful while picking hotel rooms during Covid times. All in all a preferred hotel to stay in when in Jalandhar. The ITC brand association can be easily seen in service delivery standards. Purely a business hotel. Has a McDonalds outlet within the same complex.

No pool but rooms are good but in this price we expect pool..waisy food and rooms are good

I attended a meeting here. Nice amenities and facilities with good quality of food. Overall good experience.
