So this McDonald's Frenchie is good. Food was so so not that yummy and fresh but technology is far better than anything. You will feel like you are in foreign. Nice work with good service too. Diaor is pretty Good👍🤩

It’s a relatively less known McDonald of Jalandhar city. Less busy than other outlets. Good seating capacity and a separate party room is also available. The staff is good and looked actively managing the stuff. The problem is parking as there is space for only 4 cars to park. But the adjacent street (before it) solves the problem. It’s a good place. 👍👍

Hallo, was with my family today hir for lunch... Restaurant is looking good.. in front was clean.. but the toilet was not clean and toilet seat was broken... very risky from our.... and my wife say that ladys toilet was very stinky also...... food was good... hope in future is everything fit and clean... best regards from Germany

I usually prefer burger king over MCD just because I haven't found burger king near I tried it after years and really impressed there are barcodes on the tables to order online and there are heavy discounts. As my previous experience in every big food franchises in india, If we go at the counter instead of helping the employees always try to oversell the meals but this barcode thing is easy and full or surprises. I got happy meal of rupees 99 (burger, colddrink, fries) with a discount of 20 percent. I would love to go back again to try some more items.

Had the Mac Cold coffee for the first time. It was DELICIOUS!!!!! Must try.

EVERY TIME WORST SERVICE AT THIS MC DONALD LAJPAT NAGAR JALANDHAR'S - DRIVE WAY !!! Getting half order at window and half order have to wait outside in parking to get the order Delivered but no body turned back from there. So irresponsible!!! Mc Donald brand is degrading over this poor service.

The food was yummy. However, the experience to order the food was bit frustrating as their service. Executive asked me to order from the self ordering panel which did not work followed by that I was asked to use the McDonald’s application for ordering which didn’t work either. So finally, I had to visit the counter and place my order.

Very prompt and very well trained staff. I had especially asked for some hot water for some medicine and the sir at the service counter made no fuss, took my glass and gave me fresh boiling hot water. The manager Mr Vikas Sharma was very helpful in getting our order changed due to some issues. All in all this place is packed during the evenings but service and staff behaviour is exceptional.

I recently visited the newly renovated McDonald's in Lajpat Nagar, Jalandhar, and I was blown away by the changes. The interior of the restaurant has been completely transformed and now has an awesome and modern design. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a meal with friends, family, or even alone. In terms of food, the quality has not changed. The menu at McDonald's is diverse and offers something for everyone.I was impressed by the freshness and taste of the food. The burger was juicy, the buns were soft, and the fries were crispy. In addition to the great food, the value for money at McDonald's is excellent. The prices are affordable, and you get a good amount of food for what you pay for. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the newly renovated McDonald's in Lajpat Nagar, Jalandhar. The new interior, combined with the delicious food, makes it the perfect spot for a quick, convenient and enjoyable meal. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Usually burger is good here. But last time, I didn't have good experience. Filled tikki was not upto mark and very hard to chew and taste was spoiled

We enjoyed a lot in Macdonald's . The lightning system so perfect and the employees are very cooperative . They give all the customers quick service with warm smile on their face . Karanpreet manage all the orders and their staff also very good,,😍😍😍.. Moreover the parking system is so good. Noone can face any problem regarding that..we can also arrange birthday party and small get together with our family as well☺️☺️

Very bad poor service....... Order 2 mac aloo tikki burger plus large peri peri fries but didn't received the peri peri seasoning nd deducted full amount . Make sure when you get order whether you are giving the same exact thing or not nd there is alot of difference between a normal fries and peri peri fries

I had only online payment option but they denied for online payment and asked me to order online which takes too much time I'm very dissatisfied with this McDonald's.

McSpicy burger doesn't taste as good as it does at other locations. They refused to redeem the app's offer. Should have went to either Domino's or Subway. Bad experience.
