Average rude owner poor customer care policy

In the evening of 24 April 2022 i went to the Ram Garments with my wife. There was a very rude person in manyavar section whose name is jaswinder. First He was ignoring us and trying to show busy himself with other persons. then i asked him again, then He was started argument with me. In the end he was too loud and he imitated me in bad way and he was about to fight with me in front of my wife and their other staff and customers. i felt so ashamed and i left the store without reporting this issue to their manager. so that's why i am esclating this issue here

Hi, This is Manjit Kaur I am sharing my worst experience of visit at Ram Garments I was there for around 15 to 20 minutes. I went on the third floor for the Kurta set. There were two or three person was there who were busy in talking and laughing very loudly with each other. Then I called them for help one of them came to me which was looking senior among them. I asked him for the kurta set he replied me in very rude way that we don't have and he got away. Then I tried looking by myself other sizes and stuffs. The same guy came and said to me in very rude and loud way that dont do this mam our stock is getting messey. I feel very ashamed at that time then I got out from there. So guys don't go there if you don't want to be insulted

Despite of fabulous stuff and variety of range in products I would give one star just because of the folks on the cash counter. Their behavior and attitude while attending a customer is horrible. Specially the guy sitting on the first counter where perfumes are showcased. This guy is seriously absurd. It could be possible that he is the owner of shop ( going by his pathetic attitude) however while attending the customer there is a level of courtsey and good behavior expected.

Love the quality and variety. It's first time I found a one place for everything. Belive me and there size stock is amazing as well. Being a tall personal (6'3), it's hard to find readymade wearables, specially if it's Kurta pajama. But here I found a variety of colour choices, size and type. I loved the kurta pajama. While they should work a little of prices. A little high but quality wise no compromise. Enough space available for parking as well as the dressing room aka trail room is okay as well. They even take GPay and Paytm. Which was again not expected and saved my day. Recommended. Average cost for 1 pair good-quality kurta pajama is Rs.2299.

Good and big collection of clothes for he whole family. They also offer clothes from various international brands.

RAM GARMENTS: Not Recommended: Typical 1980s concept of big shop with more salesmen than customers. And the service offered and salesmen’s behaviour makes you believe why it’s not a self service store. The shop is big and confusing. The categories are brand wise rather than design or specs wise which forces you to hop from Brand to brand repeating the same to each salesman. In the end, after all that you have gone through working, nil discounts ( they have their own printed MRP sticker) and devoid of any warmth. Typically they treat the customer with disdain in a shop that’s 99% void of customers. I am Not sure, why these typical Bollywood type seth owned businesses are still there. Absolutely NOT recommended. Better buy online, you would thank yourself.

Great customer service from the Men’s floor. I needed a few outfits for a wedding event and got recommended exactly what I was looking for. Easy to be overwhelmed by options so it’s good to have that added benefit of thoughtful advice.

Ram garment is good place to buy all brands clothes.

One stop place for all family members. I bought my clothes from here and they literally helped me, even they were about to close in 5 mins. Thank you guys.

Awesome collection of suits for ladies. Prices are negotiable. So be sure to negotiate with them. The staff is helpful and gives good advice as to what will be best for a customer to buy. But always also take into account the price part.

Had a great experience shopping here. Sharry was extremely helpful. First he ordered us a taxi to get home then he organized the delivery of my tailored clothes directly to my hotel the next day when I was unable to pick them up. Perfect experience, thanks for the wonderful help Sharry and team!

Good place for western wear. Unisex. Very good variety and price category. Good options available in brands too. Ethnic wear with cheap prices stuff available here. No customisations for wedding but still you may find one outfit with accurate fitting. Good location with ample parking

All items are available and branded stuff is good price is high so it's okay to have it if u have lots of 🤑 money

My husband shopped here in October just gone for a kurta for his sisters wedding. We received a high level of service from a young man there (don’t know his name but has a stylish cut with a ponytail) he went above and beyond to find us the best outfits that we were looking for without being pushy. Everything fit perfectly & arrived on time.
