Very unprofessional staff. They dont even call the dermatologist to check the skin type before the sessions. They dont take feedbacks, Staff is not trained properly and give incorrect treatments. Because of them, my skin has burnt patches and rashes and now I have go through skin treatments from last 3 months. I would never recommend anyone to take any kind of treatment from kaya jalandhar branch. Worst service providers ever!!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this clinic! Specially if you are from overseas! They do not know what they are doing at all. I went for chemical peel. The lady just wiped my face with some cheap wet wipes and straight went to apply the chemicals on my face! Like lady aren’t you suppose to wash face and take my heavy moisturizer off so the chemicals your putting on my face can penetrate well into my skin? I had to ask her for it! And about the peel! My skin looks like I got nothing done. If you get peels on a regular you know how your skin looks the first day itself of the peel.I wasted 4200 on nothing. Save your money and find better clinic!
