How about some punctuality in OPD ( old and elderly people waiting for almost half a day for a doctor who quickly consult them in haste) , responsiveness at reception (they picked my call and they were having their own kitty party, rather than attending to people queries). Clueless staff, testing patience of patients and it is matter of time someday some people with lose it I think empathy is what motivates this hospital and in general it is doing good work, but the actions says otherwise. So before people lose it, take care of these elements. Amongst the most horrible experiences at any hospital. PS: Rather than inflating your ratings via fake review, have a look at the other-reviews, seems like not a one off scenario, more like a habit P.P.S Certain Doctors are not at all responsive at OPD, People here wait for 3-6 hours without having lunch or breakfast, as they wait for doctors and their arrival time is not fixed they can come anytime, often late, which does not allow people to plan their basic necessities for the day. Often people wait here for their turn from morning 9 to evening 4 pm and they have to go back without getting any consultation. Apparently doctors are too busy every day god knows if they are not at all attending patients, what are they doing. Though they have plenty of time to run their clinic diligently. People don't have too much time to waste, just because they are in need of your service it does not give you the right to exploit them. At lest uphold the ethics of your work. If this behaviour remains the same I will be explaining all my experiences on other social media channels as well.

Admitted one patient, kept him 5 days in ICU, uneducated and miss behaving student staff. So called sister heads and senior doctors are just make money and playing with human emotions. Unfortunately 4 patient died that week due to staff negligence like - ignoring patient calls - not following standard procedures - rude behaviour - non corporative lower and upper staff members - money minded people - Doctors force their opinions - abusive language and manhandling even by lady doctors - They kept our patient two days without oxygen and food. We then fought and showed their ignorance and unethical behaviour. ICU Doctors think they are capable but they fail in many case to prove and we risk patients life in those hands. Someone Senior from government should intervene and teach them protocols and lesson. License needs to be reviewed for all doctors working there.

This is a hospital where we'll practiced doctors are available. The emergency services are very quick. Almost every decease can be cure by professional here. Very neat and clean hospital. Parking is available and a pharmacy is here also. Not far from the city and amritsar highway. It is situated on the road so easy to see. Nurses,doctors and staff are so nice that you will feel emotionally great. If come here for regular checkup there is always a wait of 20-25 minutes on typical weekday. Please come in early if one don't have much time.

It is one of the nearest big hospital to NITJ ..Only 10 ruppes auto fare can take to here ..( PICK THE AUTOS FROM RA ( IN FRONT OF SUKMAN CANTEEN). . AUTOS OUTSIDE NITJ CHARGE VERY MUCH .... Services are little bit expensive but are good ...clean and Hygienic .. somewhat less spacious... Reception is very helpful as it guide people where to go for billing and other things...All in all a good hospital

They have good doctors. But I will suggest them to keep an eye on the nurse also. I found nurses with less experience when my mother was admitted, we even did a written complaint of a nurse. Avoid nurses of this hospital they don't know how to treat a patient and start fighting.

I was admitted as i was diagnosed with 22 mm stone in gallbladder They have firstly proceeded me with ultrasound test where they scanned my body for the stone. Then I was handed by nurse for the bloodtest and ecg test Dr. Vikas Gupta one of the best doctor was incharge of my case He consulted me as the stone was big we need to operate and we proceeded with my admission Since i had insurance, everything was handled by my insurance team at room 46, the I registed by taking ticked from room 5, They admitted me All nurses took very good care of me, special thanks to DR Vikas Gupta and Kajal nurse anju nurse and other I was admitted in B block at 228 room no where i was taken care Meds were already credited under insurance and was taken care by my handler Dr Vikas Did my surgery amazingly the next day of my admission to the hospital They gave me general Anaesthesia and i was out and it just took sir 30 mins to operate and I got discharged in 2 days My gallbladder removal was done with telescopic method and I am good as new, They also have a dedicated dietician, mine was Dietician Sanha mam, she guided me When I was admitted time to time nurses came and took time to time BP check. It was seem-less process and a comfortable. Thanks to Sacred Heart Team. Amen 🙏🏻

Doctors in ICU are so amateur that they don’t know how to insert ventilator pipe correctly! My mom starts bleeding from her mouth ! Also they shifted my mom from one ventilator to another without taking my permission! She died !! The doctors here are careless!! Go at your own RISK !!

My wife was admitted in this hospital and i was astonished to see that how bad a staff of hospital can behave with their patients and their relatives. Rude staff, rude nurses, rude security guards…no humanity at all. Behaviour of security guards were worst. At the time of discharge they did not give even wheel chair for my wife. They are not treating the patient rather they are making hell lot of money by assigning unnessesary tests to us. My wife was having a food poison but they assign EGC and XRay tests. She was admitted @ 11 pm and we decided to shift her @ 6 am in the morning to another hospital. But they continued their so called formalities till 2:30 pm (afternoon) to collect 10,000 just to conclude that she was having food poison. The recent review that you see are all fake comments of Doctor's relatives and friends. They are just making money and playing with the life of the people.

This hospital is situated at Jalandhar to Amritsar road before suranasi. Who want to visit this hospital he can reach through auto-rickshaw at very less fair. He can also came to kapurthala chowk through bus goes to kapurthala in rs. 05. From kapurthala chowk to hospital through auto-rickshaw in rs. 10 to 15. 1.There is no night stay facility in hospital for relative of patient. 2. There is no water drinking facility for visitors at block no 2 (ICU). 3. Parking facility is not so spacious.

This is the no 1 hospital in this region, in first look from outside it looks very old hospital but if we compare doctors, treatment, cost, cleaness and OTs there is no comparison. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Everything is very systematic and so well managed with no harassment. Doctors are well trained and Qualified specifically Dr Abhijot Parmar, Gastric surgeon he is very humble and has excellent knowledge in his field. Every hospital should learn from this hospital.

Really bad experience they are not even humans, nurse was really rude and doctor Jangpreet ( plastic surgeon) was really careless i was admitted a night before as an emergency case but they hadn't even seen what has happened i was bleeding so much actually i was suffering with a severe injury my dog has bitten my lip nd my lip was bleeding continuesly they just gave me an injection nd then they asked me to visit the next morning but doctor was not their next morning i was told to visit next day then after a day i visited again , again i was not examined by the doctor himself they hadn't even cleaned my wound then they again told me to come next day for treatment they asked me to have lot of test they are greedy they're really not humans i was told to pay again nd again for registration each day i have to pay for registration they are not humans they have asked my religion nd caste as well.if your are not Christians please do not visit here.. I am diagnosed with kidney stones on my both kidneys left side 14mm and right side 18 mm with one more stone . Dr. Rajesh sachar done mini PCNL on my right side kidney, with very professionally. The pain is minimal and surgery completed in near about 45 minutes. They used holmium laser. I didn't even get so much pain. All the procedure done so smoothly. The doctor and all the team in the operation room is supportive. Especially the lady doctor who give anaesthesia is very professional. After the operation they put me under observation in recovery room for 24 hours . All the staff in recovery room is very cooperative, and nurses staff took care of me , very well . Not on the day but they are also present there at night to assist you. They checked my BP , glucose drips time to time . The food provided by hospital for patients is also good. Overall the hospital is good .

I visit hospital my relative in very critical situation in Nero , but dr sr reactions were very slow, i personally feel some points (especially dr Bikramjit singh) eg . Not a good listener only focus on owns point, don't have idea or feeling how to moral high of patients relative and also gives looks as irritatative when relative approach.

But when I visit there then I came to know that that doctor is on leave from Last two days. I already told them that I will come from Chandigarh and it's necessary to know about the availability of doctor but the receptionist every time give the same statement that the doctor is in the hospital only and will also available on 29th July . How the poor administration is that. They even don't know that from last two days doctor is on leave and every time she said yes that concerned doctor is there only.

The relatives of the patient ask them many times to see the patient but they come to see the patient after many calls made by the relatives of the patient. They defers the call to one another. One Nurse here named Harleen should be removed from the hospital as soon as possible she have no manners to talk to the people who are eleder to her. She misbehaved with with a patient who is much older than her. I pray to god to punish her for the misbehave done by her with the patient.

My 3 year son admitted in this hospital for 2 days. But, there is no improvement with the medicines. Vomiting and Loose motion both not control after 4 days medicine from hospital. Their is no proper responsibility of doctors (Jaswinder Singh), who is just enjoy to admit the patient without any serious reason to earn the money. They had not even tell me the reason why they have admit gee my son. First time seen a doctor like this. Than, I changed doctor now my son is healthy within one day of medicine.

I have visited this hospital multiple times and the professional behaviour of every single staff is commendable. They know well and they are easily available. The cleanliness and the pharmacy with all the meds in reach are the best part. Although they can work on a better cafeteria but still not everyone is looking for food in a hospital.
