Call it Careless Hospital, it has been in news recently for not taking proper care of a Covid19 patient whose relatives/ bereaved family allege that their patient lost his life because of gross negligence and carelessness of this hospital. Avoid this hospital.

My Dad pacemaker surgery was done from them, few years later after accident, doctor from AIMS Delhi found that pacemaker was installed incorrectly and due to which they could not perform MRI. I would suggest not to do any medical treatment from them as they are not less then thief’s. Medical thief’s. shame on u Mr.Chawla

Worst experience i had in this hospital, my mother expired during hart surgery,they are taking people’s lives. Don't bring your patient in this hospital, to turn his/her bad health into worst one. Dr RAJIV KUMAR SRIVASTAVA did the operation and killed my mother. He is so rude and arrogant. Money is much more important for him and Dr RAMAN CHAWLA than people’s lives. I had a horrible experience at Caremax hospital. We went there, attendant treated and he was talking to doctor on phone. Attendant did tests and wrote medicines too. They charged extra for emergency fee. We told that doctor didn't see us and why should we pay the fee. After to and fro they gave us back some amount. I would give 0 rating if that was possible. Please do not come here for any treatment.

There is a filthy system of money hacking of patients going on where the referrer from small hospitals sends patients to big hospitals and they give tests that are required and not required so that they can earn money for the same. Even when these are not required as the questions are enough to diagnose the medical condition. The referrers get their commission from the bigger so called multispeciality hospitals for referring the patients who could have just taken the required medicine and fared well from the small hospitals itself.

Right now i am sitting in room no. 306 on second floor with my wife’s grandmother. I got shocked when she told me that on the other day the hospital staff changed her hospital clothes after 3 days even after her continuous request. On top of that hospital staff was making silly excuses that there is shortage of patients clothes in the hospital. Doctors no doubt are one of the best. But this kind of behaviour with patient’s hygiene is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If the patient is seeking good treatment, the hospital should also provide good hygiene. Everyone knows that how it feels when a patient who is 80 years plus who can’t move on their own and no one really cares about your hygiene. Ridiculous experience with hygiene.

Hi we had a very bad experience in this hospital. There services are very bad they don’t care that there patients are waiting . I went there sharp 8 clock in the morning and had echo text and have to wait all day to see doctor bcz doctor is busy in meetings and other activities I don’t recommend anyone to visit there
