Great gym with great equipment and best sir in Jalandhar.

I have been to the premium most gyms in jalandhar but the coaching guidance I got at fitness zone is far superior than any other gyms. Coach here has a lot of experience in body building combined with proper stretching routines. Focus here is to make you more fit and healthier not just on body building. In general, the small size of gym keeps you more focused, must visit!
