Very affordable and good quality stuff. This mall is very well decorated and well maintained. Almost all types foods are available in its food court. Stores of many good brands are available here. You can find many different brands clothes here. The staff here is very good in nature and very cooperative. The are sufficient number of changing rooms for both men and women. Online payment and cash payment both are accepted here. There are many food stall around this place where you can find delicious food.

I did shopping from your store upto 5000 rs U cant even give carry bag along with it for that u have charge me 7 rs without informing. 7rs is not a big deal but questions if we have purchased any items customers will not carry products without carry bags. Its your brand duty to give.

I was at Shoppers Stop, MBD Mall, Jalandhar, today afternoon and I was surprised to see they are following all the guidelines issued by the govt very strictly. The staff preferred to show the clothes themselves and everyone was wearing masks and gloves. Then I saw 1 staff doing ironing of clothes he told me we put sanitiser in it so all the clothes displayed are sanitised. I think that's too good. I went through all the communications put across the store and it felt so safe and nice to shop there. Will definitely recommend to everyone to shop there. :)

A Store @MBD Neopolis Mall Jalandhar. No doubt lot of variety is available here but our experience here is not good there. The staff is least bothered about customers...No one is willing to help you find something you are looking for. Above all is all billing counters are not working..when asked they said it is the company policy that 2 out of 3 counters will work. A billing counter was occupied due to a single lady who was standing there from an hour and the other customers were suffering bcos of that, The staff was unable to solve the issue.Another customer at the counter was struggling for his discount coupons at the other counter. They were just taking a lot of time per customer for billing. Totally inefficient staff. Does not recommend this place.

Some of the staff members need to opt for a more professional approach. I had some HDFC bank vouchers, but the sales person at the billing counter on the 1st floor and 2nd floor refused & accepted these vouchers and atlast redeemed on the 3rd floor. Customer services need to be improved.

Fabulous Stores for the buying of ethnic wear. Wide variety, Designed with concept, well mannered craftsmanship. Matched to recent fashion trends. The negative point is sweaters and pullovers available are of cotton or acrylic not of pure wool..

26.10.2023: Today I had worst shopping experience at Shoppers Stop. I had Black membership and entitled for personal Shoppers experience. And this experience turned out to be nightmare. Exchanging an item is so difficult here, looks like system is not designed to accept credit notes generated from return items. Staff at billing counters tried more than 50 times (at three different counters) and system didn't accept credit notes. It wasted my more than an hour. They were not able to settle the account by end of day and sent me home without refund and without product. They will see tomorrow. Overall I had a very bad experience.

Place has got some good variety in apparels. Although staff behaviour has a lot of scope for improvement

It was nice experience but clothes are little bit over priced but some of them offer discount, perfumes side have only some specific brand but good ones, All over it is good place to shop around. They have watches, perfumes, clothes and makeup.

No staff available on cash counter which wasted our precious time moreover not even many options available.

Store is good but people hired for the job they just talk with each other or having gossipss, .. least bothered about the customer demand ... No one to give description Especially clothing section

Well,one of the best store with lot of options and i found the price of the products not very cheap not very high.
