Excellent rooms and staff. Stayed overnight, was a stopover for me at Jalandhar. To my surprise rooms were as good as the best hotels in the country. The breakfast and the dinner were also good. Decent breakfast spread.

The ambience, staff, food and the hospitality, everything is just superb! Very good option to consider if you need to stop midway for a night stay specially while on a trip ahead, it's just on the highway. They were considerable enough to pack a few things for our little one who didn't want to eat early since we had to leave as early as possible after having breakfast. The buffet breakfast menu was good and quite a lot of variety including donut, cupcakes for kids. Overall a nice experience.

Not recommended at all for food. My parents recently visited the restaurant in the hotel for dinner. They ordered a vegetarian soup and was served with a chicken soup. Even after checking with the staff couple of times they didn’t agreed at first that it was a chicken soup only until the restaurant manager came in. This might be something very casual for the restaurant Staff but is definitely not cool. My parents follow a strict vegetarian diet and they were served with chicken soup that too during the auspicious days of Navratri. The restaurant did offered to swap the soup or to waive off the charges but they need to understand that it’s more about the feelings not money. While we are not visiting this place again, I hope that this does not happen to anyone else.

Good place Excellent food. We came from USA and thought of trying this place instead going to our routine hotels. Glad we stopped here. Very good service and staff. Most importantly Chef Vinod Rana. We are sure Mr Vinod Rana is bringing a lot of fan following and adding value with his charismatic hospitality and amazing dishes. We enjoyed his food so very much. We even noticed other guests talking about the food in reception and lobby. My take is: great room, amazing chef. Although one may find a bed but the quality of food is hard to find. You’re right Mr Rana “Food is love”! We loved your food, thank you!

Staff's behavior was unpredictable, like too nice to even describe. They were so helpful. Food was incredible, there were so many delicious items that our mouths were already filled with water. It was our first school trip and they made it amazing!!

This facility and the staff is just unreal!! We were visiting from Canada and have travelled all over. Certainly this was our best hotel experience in India by far. Incredible staff and management. Cleanliness and ambience was top class. Food is just super. I still can’t get over the smile they treat you with from the moment you enter the facility and then consistently when you run into any staff member in the hallway or restaurant. We were on a business visit on Jalandhar. We Stayed on 16th May 23 on 2 rooms. I would say this hotel is Benchmark for good hospitality, being in Jalandhar which is a Business hub. The quality and cleanliness of rooms is excellent. Right from the electric kettle in the room to the hair dryer in the bathroom. Everything is fine and the taste of food they serve is also very good. Overall I liked the stay. Would surely consider staying again when we visit Jalandar next time.

Didn't had the time to interact much with the hotel staff, but one person that I interacted with was Mr. Jai Dev, he is the front desk operative and is very polite and fun loving. His story is also inspiring, attends his college during day time while handles the entire hotel during the night.

Highly recommend!! We had Jaggo party at this location. I really like the ambiance and customer service. They know how to treat guests. We had 80 people get together everybody was impressed, Food was amazing. Chef Mr. Rana and Miss Chandani helped us a-lot with choosing menu and decoration.

It was a great stay in Jalandhar. I am so happy that my wife researched and booked this place for our Jalandhar visit. The hospitality was top notch and the people were helpful and friendly. The food was amazing too. Special thanks to Geetanjali for taking care of us during the breakfast and also to Harveer, our cab driver, who took us to visit Golden Temple and the Attari-Wagah border.

One of the most amazing place with lots of positive vibes. It's a beautiful place, the ambiance is good and quite wide menu to choose from. I suggest them to play some elegant or slow music as per their theme. ✨✨

I visited here for a office trip. I was unable to find the route through Google map and hence was frustrated. I visited the city for first time. However once I entered I was amazed by the hospitality and courteousness of staff. The Hotel is new, and glittering from all corner. Rooms are big and well decorated.washroom with all modern amenities. Truly value for money. The food is okay, they have variety in the menu Overall it exceeded my expectations compared to the price I paid.

We visited here for birthday party. It was good experience being there. The staff services was good but food too good. The thing the most I liked was the dessert part 'the brownie' by Razia chef. The brownies had unique taste. It was too yummy

It was a pleasant stay in here. The WiFi is something they need to work on. You can only login in one device with the given credentials. However, they provide guest account on request. It has a very nice Gym facility. They have very polite staff and offer very tasty food. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

New property, rooms are very good and spacious. I stayed for one night and find good ambience. Food was also good and tasty. It has gym, spa, saloon and party hall.

Stayed here for a night with my family including my 13 months old baby. Was extremely shocked and disappointed with F & B team. Asked for 2 bananas for the baby, they sent me those along with a bill of Rs.330. While from Oyos to the 5 stars of the world have a complimentary fruit / cookie basket for the guest. They sent me a bill of 330 for 2 bananas which mind you is even more expensive than their fruit platter rate.. Hah! While we ordered some food for the baby they sent us a tablespoon of rice along with little curd like they were doing us a favour. We called in for water bottles in the evening, even after making 3 calls we finally got them after almost 2 hours. Being in the hospitality industry, such behaviour was extremely saddening. Also speaking of the hygiene, the towels were not clean plus one of the towels had a big bunch of hair stuck to it. Don’t not recommend !!
