The serene ambiance and lush greenery created a soothing atmosphere to enjoy a wide variety of teas. The staff's knowledge and passion for tea were evident in their recommendations and explanations about different tea types and brewing techniques. The menu boasted an impressive selection, from traditional classics to unique blends, satisfying every palate. However, some might find the prices a bit on the higher side. Overall, Tea Garden offers a tranquil retreat for tea lovers to explore and savor an array of flavors.

Jalpaiguri has been rightly called the land of “Tea, Timber, and Tourism”. With vast stretches of forest cover, undulating green slopes of tea gardens, rivers and their surrounding natural beauty, as well as extraordinary wildlife species, this mystic land attracts numerous tourists throughout the year. As part of the Dooars region, Jalpaiguri landscape is sprinkled with thousands of tea gardens which are also the mainstay of the district’s economy. The total area of Jalpaiguri district is 6245 sq. km of which tea gardens constitute 1987 sq. km. Thus tea gardens are a major portion of the landscape and tea tourism has been initiated here to take tourists through a fascinating tour of the knowledge of tea production, processing and manufacture.

It is a huge tea garden behind our jgec campus. It fulfills the necessity of the beauty of the nature, especially for the hostel boarders of jolu. This garden is the perfect place for morning walks or jogging or evening hangouts or picnic. And the most beautiful thing is the railway line that passes through the heart of the garden.
