The customer service is one to be emulated as the atmosphere was filled with warmth and welcome as you entered through the door. I must say they took there time to ensure that everything done to perfection. Will be going back soon to experience the other services they have available.

My visit was spectacular! A nearby Dr, Nicholas recommended me. As you walk in, you get a beautiful warm welcome from Anthony and his staff in present. The scent as you walk in is very spa like, very calming. I got a pedicure and massage by Chardonae. Her hospitality was professional and refreshing. She listened to my needs and literally understood the assignment. I love when they were speaking to me, they addressed me by my name as if they are familiar with me and made me feel more welcomed. They even offer a tasteful watermelon diffuse water to their clients. All in all, I look forward to going back to not only to do my nails and massage again, but also their other services like facial, wax and body wrap! Without a doubt its one of the best experiences I’ve ever received from an organization from the greeting of the receptionist to the amazing customer service upon entry added to the aesthetics of this place is what makes it a must go! My sister gifted me with a pedicure and full body massage session for my birthday.. could i ask for a better gift????! I was administered to by the lovely Chardonea her professionalism and welcoming spirit definitely did it for me!! Extremely relaxing environment with a super professional staff. It’s always a pleasure visiting Spa Blu; facial, waxing, pedicure and I have never been disappointed. The plus is they open on Sundays too!!!! Love it here!!!

Great ambiance. I wasn't completely satisfied with my massage after requesting deep tissue it was more Swedish. But I am very willing to give this spa another chance as the customer service is quite good. I'll try another therapist.
