Our guide Howard was the best. He went in the hills and made me a bouquet of flowers. He was very respectful . He gave the flowers to my guy to present to me. I wanted to fall asleep during massage. Can't wait to go back. We got a history lesson and great conversation and personality.

Loved this place. I went back to the resort and crashed! It was so peaceful and beautiful to see. The water felt good and to see these guys put so much work into satisfying customers is amazing. I wish them nothing but the best and to keep it up. I'll be back!

Hands down the best experience while visiting Jamaica!!! I could've done this everyday. Our tour guide Jerry was the perfect match for what we needed. Informative, kind and genuine! If you want an authentic Jamaican experience and love nature then bamboo rafting is a must!!!! Thanks Jerry for the amazing experience!

My wife and I had a great time, our guide was hilarious but informative. We went after it rained so unfortunately the river appeared muddy instead of clear. Wish it hadn't rained but we still loved the experience!

This was absolutely a wonderful, relaxing raft ride down The Great River! The guides are wonderful and the limestone massage is incredible. If you’re staying in Montego Bay expect the trip to the river to take an hour bc of traffic. Worth the trip though Tips: -Wear water shoes and a bathing suit if you want to get a full body massage. -Bring cash to tip your guide and to buy some local food cooked along the banks of the river. -Locals prefer US dollars for tips. -The hike down to the river is a little steep and getting onto the rafts requires you to walk over other rafts, it feels unsteady under your feet. This is not recommended for those with mobility issues. -get the WhatsApp info for your driver. You’ll be on the river more than an hour and it’s crowded through the narrow road with cars parked and drivers waiting. It’s easier if you have his contact information so you can tell him when you’re ready and he can be looking for you at the same time you are looking for him. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS INEXPENSIVE AND RELAXING EXCURSION DURING YOUR JAMAICAN VACAY!

Nice relaxing ride. It rained most of our ride but I don’t mind the rain. I suppose I thought reggae rafting would include reggae music. There were a few rafts that has music but I’m thinking that was additional for special occasions. Our guide Iceman was awesome and very knowledgeable. The limestone massage was great. Bring money for tips, buying your own limestone to take home and food along the river. I was disappointed thinking the ride would be a little longer down the river but it seemed really short. I’ll take the blame for that thought as we stopped to get the pictures wanted. Overall, nice experience. Champagne was given as well as a coconut. I commend these guys controlling the rafts as the stick to steer alone was pretty heavy.

I really enjoyed myself. The sun was beaming but they had umbrellas for us. The young men were very friendly and knew what they were doing. We got a lime massage that was awesome. The ride was beautiful. One of the young men gave us sugar cane with lime juice it was awesome. They will make you a drink and they also have coconut water in coconuts that you can buy for $5..Alo also they were selling souvenirs just before you got into the water. They also have food you can buy..

Great experience...I really had a good time. The massage is a good experience but don't expect some deep tissue massage. It's more about the vibe and ride up river with the music playing, watching people on the other rafts, taking pics, and buying a drink or two. Also make sure to wear cheap easy slip on flip flops so you can slide right into them when you step off the raft

The drive up was very bumpy and it started pouring raining. When I got there the rain was very light but the rafts had umbrellas which was great. Bc if the rainy weather the water was brown from the mud. Limestone massage was great water was super cold! I had the opportunity to listen to my own music take pics grab a drink as well. The actual riding is about 30mins with the stops for pics and the massage. I requested a coconut and my guy Robby was very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area and the rafts I absolutely loved it and will definitely return

We had a fantastic time on the Chukka Reggae Rafting a must the captain was knowledgeable about the environment. He gave us a limestone massage and an optional as part of the deal a bottle of bubbles. You had to visit the centre then pick up another bus 45 minutes to the site ,it was a must do.

The concierge from our hotel set us up on our rafting excursion. I hope this was the company that we went with. Be prepared for some pressure sales and use your negotiating skills as you walk thru the market and on the river. Oliver our guide was great for what wanted. Some guides had speakers and loud music, not Oliver. Told us about the history and how important the community is there. Oliver doesn't work for a company, he works for the community as do many of the guides and people along the river selling things. There is another rafting company that we passed on the river that looks the same, but they are a company looking to make money. Ask around and support the locals before you book.

Very good organized from the hotel. Nice experience on bamboo raft. 3/4h on the raft in a beautiful landscape on the river. The included massage with limestone let the skin very soft. I really recommand this excursion.

The experience was great! Only gave it 3 star not to oversell it . It seems to be a small community business! I loved that and was happy to support... It was great to get away from the beach and interact a bit with the island. See a bit of the communities along the way. The staff was fun and safe.

It was awesome. We bought some real rum punch and it was good. They had a bar on a raft and a grill on a raft for purchasing. The limestone massage was nice. He was very gentle.

It was an overall excellent experience! The tour guide on the bus Okeno was very knowledgeable and hilarious. She made the bus ride to and fro very interesting. The driver Mr Brown made the trip smooth. All the staff there were helpful and friendly. The rafting experience was truly refreshing and relaxing. Our raft captain Mr Donavan took amazing care of us and regaled us with useful information and history about the area and Jamaica. The foot massage was the best experience too!! An overall transformational experience! I would definitely consider coming back again with family or friends.

This is a must do when in Montego Bay. We had one of the best and attentive person driving our raft. David was awesome with the history of the river and surrounding areas. The foot message was everything and made this excursions even more amazing...

This was a great excursion!! These guys work HARD & many often get hurt in the process (as per the several scar on their legs). And the massages were also appreciated! As such, plz tip them accordingly!
