Really great sandwiches. Love the variety of vegetables they offer with the sandwiches. Just one thing the proteins are a bit too salty. Otherwise its great. COVID protocols are been observed and social distance. Great customer service also.

The staff here at Subway Portmore are very friendly, helpful and patient. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean. My sandwiches are always fresh, from the bread to the vegetables and I always enjoy them. I tried the new Waffle fries today it was a 7/10, some pieces were too hard to bite.

The workers are so kind and friendly and the cashier is calm, love when they ask us what we want and they just keep going😍

Staff are courteous, even security. Place was clean, and quiet.

Great customer service!! The breads and vegetables are always fresh along with other produce. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. Sandwiches are delicious and made to perfection. Have a variety of drinks to choose from. Healthy food for the family. Open early in the morning (Breakfast Menu) and late at night. Remember to get your Sub Club Customer Appreciation Card.

Great options for subs, service speed could improve

Building your own sandwich the way you like it is a nice novelty that takes some time to get old. Choose form your favorite toppings, dressing and bread to create a sandwich that taste different from the last. Or make it the same, the choice is yours.

Good enough alternative to the unhealthy fast foods that are prevalent in society. There are many healthy options and some not so healthy options, so something to suit just about everyone. Vegetables are always fresh and in abundance. Bread, meats, cheeses, vegetables and sauce/dressing options are good. Only negative is that it's a bit pricey for the half sandwich and the full sandwich also.

Like everything at Subway my favorite place for sandwiches

I purchased a tuna sandwich and a steak 6 inch sub. When I explained to the server that I would like lettuce among the other options that I would normally get on my sub, he said I CANNOT get it. After spending $1,650 for just the Philly sub. All that was served was sweet peppers, cheese, onions and mayo. Literally after eating it my stomach growled. I even said how do you mean I cannot get it and that is what I always ordered and I even would get sweet onion dressing. No the only thing I can get is what is there because it is customized. Customized…. Never again!!!!!! Awful service, do not purchase if you don’t want to regret wasting money for food that had not even budged your stomach. And then after cashing he said it’s the other steak sandwich comes with everything but this one you cannot change. News to my ears, because I only knew it to be one. Then my uncle said is this we got for our money. 😂😂😂 Service and customer service has reduced significantly and training is needed! For all my years going to that Subway in Portmore, never experienced anything like that before

Nice place to catch a quick snack. Line can be slow as I've only seen 2 servers there. Seating area is small too. Not suitable for a group. Subs are delicious though.

O boi I had hectic evening trying to catch the one in portmore before it close, even though I called in before that I was on my way, however the traffic was terrible snd i reached 30 minutes after closing time, but when I go I really did want the sandwich so bad, and I had my whole family heart set on it, but when I reached they day they are closed and I am late so I can't get it, I told them we all get ready from my home and I specifically come direct to there, not going or passing thru to somewhere else, this is where we left to come and I plea for them to make the sandwiches, however the supervisor by the name Ms Silma assist us and made the sandwich, she do remember the phone conversation with one of her staff, I must comment on her customer service skills, she knows that service is her goal, she has great customer service skills, and the security officer, Richard Mitchell was very nice and pleasant, and customer service skills was great. And we did enjoy the sandwiches.

They had a limited amount of bread... but the sandwich was good thou

Little expensive compared to usa prices, I used to buy at least 3 times a week can't to that here, although the sub was good but the price need to come down some, sorry.

Best Sandwiches.

Pretty standard Subway restaurant. Sometimes the service is good. Depending on who makes your sandwich, it may or may not last until you get home. Place is always clean.. In-restaurant dining area is small but you can also eat in the food court area.

One of the newer if not the newest location. Pleasant setting. Relatively modestly equipped. Really a grab and go setup as the dining area is quite compact.
