( FOR MORE INFORMATION VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL "JAMAICA WALK BY") Please do not hesitate to book! This place was nothing short of amazing. The property was cleaned and well maintained. The owners... the owners..let me tell you man! They are two of the sweetest most caring persons you'll probably ever meet. It feels much like home, my room was extra clean. No shoes allowed indoors but I didn't mind. Their website gives a good breakdown of what the property has to offer. I will definitely return. My partner and I did a full room and property tour.

There's plenty of steps and tile floors which are very slick when wet and few railings. Important for old folks. Lovely staff. Welcoming and clean and beautiful. We highly recommend this place. Frenchman's Cove, the most beautiful beach, is literally around the corner. You can walk. Tropical plants (forest/jungle) everywhere. Really nice to have a shared kitchen and food to order if you want. Great pool. Just go!

Guesthouse is very nice. Alex and Freida are great host, they do everything they can to ensure you have a great stay. Patricia and Fitzroy are gems, very courteous, kind and good spirits. Patricia went out of her way to cook a meal we requested that was not on the menu. Thank you. The place was clean and had a great view of the ocean from the front villa balcony. Very close to Frenchman cove and Blue Lagoon. The roads were bad but that’s Jamaica. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely impressed by the owners and how they manage this property. Well kept and very clean property. The chef was outstanding and prepared delicious meals each time I was there. Stayed in the Pangaena and the Nile. Both rooms were comfortable and well kept. Swimming pool experience was also a soothing experience. Landscape and grounds were exceptional including the views from veranda. Biggest treat was when owner took me to the gallery to view arts and crafts from around the world. Was happy to purchase such as I could of very unusual pieces

The setting was beautiful but I cant believe how dishonest the management was to us. We stayed in Oct 2021, the room we got was sub standard and we asked for a change which we got. The manager charged us far more than we agreed to and said that he had to pay Booking .com their commission so the only way he could refund us on that amount of money was if we didnt actually stay at the hotel then he could get back from them. After a long debate he said he would send the refund. Of course it never came and Booking.com insisted we never stayed at the hotel. Gave all the evidence of receipt, credit card payments and still keep hearing, we didnt stay there. I am so bombed that this could happen Booking.com even called me and said they would get to the bottom of it to no avail. So, never will i ever stay at All Nations again. It was under $100 but the level of dishonesty is what gets under my skin, the calm way in which the manager deftly executed the injustice as if it was all in a day's work was unbelievable!

I do believe reviews should always be truthful and when we look for a place to stay , we always take notes of what people say in every Google review. We stayed here for 3 days , 2 nights the place was spectacular, we have everything work perfect there’s just a little thing which I want everyone to be aware of. We are given 3 pieces of towels during our whole stay considering there’s a beach /pool day and so many many baths to do ! We ask for more bath towels the next day thinking it would be free of charge since this is Day 2 but no they said it will be an additional room service 2500JMD to get fresh towels. I dunno about people we’ve been to a lot of places pretty much wherever we go they have towel shortage 😂 our bad we don’t carry one to get comfortable. This isn’t a bad review I am stating hoping that the owner will change the “towel” rules and take a little more consideration to the guest since comfort comes first when it comes to a destination place. The food was great ! Our server insisted we should eat outside when we told her we are eating inside since we took the table In because our son has a mosquito bite sensitivity she gives us a face of disagreement and still insist but later on the vibe was change into something okay I agreed you can eat here 😂😂😂 The owner is very nice he serves us our own food and he is super nice and accommodating. Despite of all the towel problemas and the bitter face from the server we love the view, the place and the warm pool . Very clean and nature is super rich in this location. Green trees are everywhere.! Maybe we should carry more towels next time ! 😂 Will still give this place a chance and still deserve a better review especially after meeting one of the owner we would definitely come back with more towels the second time 😂😘

Stayed here in March 2020 for a few nights. Great people and lovely property. Wonderful chef available as an option. Very reasonably priced and so close to beautiful Frenchman's Cove. We stayed an extra night but it wasn't long enough. Next time we're in Jamaica we'd love to stay here again.

the guest house is a great place to stay if we talk about rooms/safety/breakfast (mostly the little castle at the balcony, it’s beautiful). But, in my case, i did a laundry together with my boyfriend and when i got it back 1 of my tshirts was missing, also some tshirts got smaller (but thats normal when you use a dryer in another country i guess) ive told that to the reception but she said it wasnt there and couldn’t do more. I dont wanna exagerate but it had a special meaning for me and they just charged us the same price without even try to find a solution like yeah its just another tourist. i would recommend this hotel just without a taxi and laundry service.

We believe that reviews should be truthful and accurate in order that future travelers would be aware of what they might expect. Our 1st room was in the back villa. There are lots of steps which was okay for us but wouldn't be for less able people. We had a wonderful night sleep on a very comfortable mattress and pillows. They truly were amazing. During the night, there was a bad storm and we lost electricity and water in the back villa. There was a generator only working in the front villa. Now, you would think that the first thing that would happen would be for a member of staff to check on the guests. Nope! Not at all. Our first breakfast was a disappointment. The coffee was a single cup of coffee which was extremely strong. All the fruit served was hard and clearly out of season. The kitchen being used is in the front villa, even though, there's a kitchen in the back villa. By the time the food arrived, it wasn't very hot. It didn't make any sense. After we finished breakfast, it took 2 hours for the dishes to be collected. After breakfast, there was still no concern about our situation, therefore we called front desk, explained that this was not what we had paid for, to be left without electricity and water. We were offered 2 alternatives in the front villa: 1. A room with no balcony for no extra charge; 2. The master suite with a balcony for an extra charge. Now, we had already paid for a balcony in the back villa, so it was very greedy for the owner to charge us extra $70 for it. We paid the extra for the so called "Kilimanjaro Suite" that was nowhere near the standards that you would expect for a master suite, specially with a name like that. The view and the balcony furniture were the best features. The negatives were: - 50% Polyester 50%Cotton bedding. You would think that at least for the master, they would go the extra mile once for the suite, you will spend the extra dollar; - Extremely uncomfortable mattress, pillows and bedding. Hard like the floor and noisy sheets like plastic bags; - No mini bar, tea or coffee facilities; - Jacuzzi bath was out of service; - The shower looked very fancy, as you will see in the picture attached, but in reality, only the shower head was working and it was only hot water, which made my partner rush her shower so she wouldn't get burned; - The changing room floor was soaked even though the window was closed; - The safe wasn't working. We were told they would fix it. Never been given a thought; - Sealing was damaged, needs repairing as water was dripping. The only bright lights were Latoya and Nastassja on the front desk, who were always very friendly, polite and joyful. Big up to them. Now, last but not least, WE WERE NOT HAPPY with Dakota, from the front desk team. She is very unprofessional. My partner was talking to her regarding the hard mattress and bedding and Dakota turns her back whilst my partner was still talking to her, then she stands looking at my partner with a face like who's saying: "Where you're looking at?? What do you expect me to do about it??". Her suggested solution to the problem was to bring a single bed to the room for my partner! What a JOKE! We couldn't wait for our stay to be over even though, the property is located at the door step of the most beautiful beaches in the most beautiful parish in Jamaica. Finally it was time to check out and again, very unprofessional Dakota, sends the housekeeping lady to ask us if we had already left the room because it appeared that she couldn't be bothered to do the checkout procedure in proper manner even though that's what she gets paid for. Such a poor service for the cost of over £700 for 5 nights and we've been in several places in the world and the Caribbean. Never treated like that. That's what happens when the property owners are not present and the staff are not receiving adequate training in customer service. Definitely wouldn't go back. One extra tip, always try breakfast first. Never pay in advance.

Had the pleasure of staying here over the weekend and it was great. The place is very very clean and comfortable. Alex and his staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Only had breakfast but the food was amazing. I would highly recommend All Nation Guesthouse.

Great Experience! This guest house experience exceeded our expectations. The location was awesome and the view was spectacular. We especially liked the proximity to GeeJam which entitled us to enjoy their bar and private beach. I would like to give a special shoutout to Nas and Sarah who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice guesthouse right next to Geejam, albeit with a slightly different view of the sea. The owner was onsite and very approachable and friendly. The view is quite nice. The pool is very clean and the pool deck has a bar hut. The food was good and the front desk went out of their way for us. Solid option in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was excellent. The food was just what we needed after a long day exploring. And the location was ideal. A few take aways is that the water pressure in Kilamanjora was not strong enough, there was no hot water in bathroom in Thetys, and in both Thetys and Kilamanjora the air conditioning didn't cool properly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

OMG! What can I say? Of you're looking to compare All Nations Guesthouse to the Marriott..., don't. It is not the Marriott. It is a "home" with staff who make you feel like family. They will go above and beyond to meet your every need. The property is very clean and well maintained. The food and drinks are excellent. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with nearby beaches you can walk to, at very reasonable prices, this is the place to go!

Clean and fresh! The nicest guesthouse I have stayed in on the island. Beautiful pool available for guests. Other amenities on site like small gym, wash house, food and drinks. The owners are very pleasant with skill. They take pride in what they do and make your stay a memorable one

Very good value for your money! Alex and Frida were lovely and caring hosts. During my one week stay I tried 3 different rooms, because of my last minute booking, and they all were really nice, especially Kilimanjaro. Last but not least, the guesthouse is very well situated close to beaches and route taxis provide cheap transport.

Great experience. Definitely stop off to get some food. We arrived as a big group (hence the many rafts together - we especially asked for this, otherwise you have a more private tour). Please tip the rafters well if you're happy with your experience. 😉
