We
believe
that
reviews
should
be
truthful
and
accurate
in
order
that
future
travelers
would
be
aware
of
what
they
might
expect.
Our
1st
room
was
in
the
back
villa.
There
are
lots
of
steps
which
was
okay
for
us
but
wouldn't
be
for
less
able
people.
We
had
a
wonderful
night
sleep
on
a
very
comfortable
mattress
and
pillows.
They
truly
were
amazing.
During
the
night,
there
was
a
bad
storm
and
we
lost
electricity
and
water
in
the
back
villa.
There
was
a
generator
only
working
in
the
front
villa.
Now,
you
would
think
that
the
first
thing
that
would
happen
would
be
for
a
member
of
staff
to
check
on
the
guests.
Nope!
Not
at
all.
Our
first
breakfast
was
a
disappointment.
The
coffee
was
a
single
cup
of
coffee
which
was
extremely
strong.
All
the
fruit
served
was
hard
and
clearly
out
of
season.
The
kitchen
being
used
is
in
the
front
villa,
even
though,
there's
a
kitchen
in
the
back
villa.
By
the
time
the
food
arrived,
it
wasn't
very
hot.
It
didn't
make
any
sense.
After
we
finished
breakfast,
it
took
2
hours
for
the
dishes
to
be
collected.
After
breakfast,
there
was
still
no
concern
about
our
situation,
therefore
we
called
front
desk,
explained
that
this
was
not
what
we
had
paid
for,
to
be
left
without
electricity
and
water.
We
were
offered
2
alternatives
in
the
front
villa:
1.
A
room
with
no
balcony
for
no
extra
charge;
2.
The
master
suite
with
a
balcony
for
an
extra
charge.
Now,
we
had
already
paid
for
a
balcony
in
the
back
villa,
so
it
was
very
greedy
for
the
owner
to
charge
us
extra
$70
for
it.
We
paid
the
extra
for
the
so
called
"Kilimanjaro
Suite"
that
was
nowhere
near
the
standards
that
you
would
expect
for
a
master
suite,
specially
with
a
name
like
that.
The
view
and
the
balcony
furniture
were
the
best
features.
The
negatives
were:
-
50%
Polyester
50%Cotton
bedding.
You
would
think
that
at
least
for
the
master,
they
would
go
the
extra
mile
once
for
the
suite,
you
will
spend
the
extra
dollar;
-
Extremely
uncomfortable
mattress,
pillows
and
bedding.
Hard
like
the
floor
and
noisy
sheets
like
plastic
bags;
-
No
mini
bar,
tea
or
coffee
facilities;
-
Jacuzzi
bath
was
out
of
service;
-
The
shower
looked
very
fancy,
as
you
will
see
in
the
picture
attached,
but
in
reality,
only
the
shower
head
was
working
and
it
was
only
hot
water,
which
made
my
partner
rush
her
shower
so
she
wouldn't
get
burned;
-
The
changing
room
floor
was
soaked
even
though
the
window
was
closed;
-
The
safe
wasn't
working.
We
were
told
they
would
fix
it.
Never
been
given
a
thought;
-
Sealing
was
damaged,
needs
repairing
as
water
was
dripping.
The
only
bright
lights
were
Latoya
and
Nastassja
on
the
front
desk,
who
were
always
very
friendly,
polite
and
joyful.
Big
up
to
them.
Now,
last
but
not
least,
WE
WERE
NOT
HAPPY
with
Dakota,
from
the
front
desk
team.
She
is
very
unprofessional.
My
partner
was
talking
to
her
regarding
the
hard
mattress
and
bedding
and
Dakota
turns
her
back
whilst
my
partner
was
still
talking
to
her,
then
she
stands
looking
at
my
partner
with
a
face
like
who's
saying:
"Where
you're
looking
at??
What
do
you
expect
me
to
do
about
it??".
Her
suggested
solution
to
the
problem
was
to
bring
a
single
bed
to
the
room
for
my
partner!
What
a
JOKE!
We
couldn't
wait
for
our
stay
to
be
over
even
though,
the
property
is
located
at
the
door
step
of
the
most
beautiful
beaches
in
the
most
beautiful
parish
in
Jamaica.
Finally
it
was
time
to
check
out
and
again,
very
unprofessional
Dakota,
sends
the
housekeeping
lady
to
ask
us
if
we
had
already
left
the
room
because
it
appeared
that
she
couldn't
be
bothered
to
do
the
checkout
procedure
in
proper
manner
even
though
that's
what
she
gets
paid
for.
Such
a
poor
service
for
the
cost
of
over
£700
for
5
nights
and
we've
been
in
several
places
in
the
world
and
the
Caribbean.
Never
treated
like
that.
That's
what
happens
when
the
property
owners
are
not
present
and
the
staff
are
not
receiving
adequate
training
in
customer
service.
Definitely
wouldn't
go
back.
One
extra
tip,
always
try
breakfast
first.
Never
pay
in
advance.
