First taste while visiting Jamaica. I didn't know how to pronounce what they had, but I pointed and got what I wanted. It turned out to be half a chicken, plantain, and festival with some rice. My wife and I enjoyed it together with plenty of food at a great price. We shared a mango juice drink as well that tasted great. This place was busy but still had a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone was nice around us. Thank you for a satisfying meal.

Food is always good quality and so was service. Was even more pleased to see that when I customer accidentally spilled her drink, the security officer quickly rendered support, and she was called back and given a replacement drink. Awesome service.

Food was good enough, it's one of the better choices when it comes fast food. I like the fact that this one in Catherine hall Mobay have a lot of space inside and outside for dining . But it seems that a shortage of staff , especially at lunch rush, have impacted on the service Quality, which also led to longer waiting time in line to make your order and a even longer waiting time to receive the order .

It is soooooo annoying that every fast food restaurant you go to messes up your orders. It's really unfair. I pay for my food and I would like to get what I paid for. This is particularly true at every drive thru, and Island Grill is no difference. We ordered a sandwich and 2 different satisfaction menus, the sandwich was not even in our order and had to be added during the payment, and the menus were asked to be both bbq but 1 was jerk. Food is expensive and I can't even enjoy it the way I asked it to be.

Always a to go too for a hearty, healthy, filling meal. My husband loves eating from here, I especially love the fried fish fillet, jerk chicken quarter, festivals, stem vegetables and corn. Love it.

Everything was delicious. But the wait time was a bit long.

My go to restaurant when I want some nice tasting festival. I love island grill festival and French fries. The soup and the barbecue chicken is not bad as well. I mostly do take out, the drive thru normally long and slow though so I would say consider parking in one of the many park slot and go inside if the drive thru line is long, it’s usually quicker.

I've always loved Island Grill, fast service and pleasant workers....had a few laughs with them.

Island grill is one of my very favorite fast food places. It just has that thing about it. The atmosphere is wonderful and most times the wait time is not that long. They need to make shoppers more aware of the prices for the juices. Make sure that the the costumer understands that when they buy the juice with a burger and fries for example, they will be paying for each item separately and not as a combo.

One of 3 Island Grills in Montego Bay, it has a drive through and it's much easier to get parking than the one on Harbour Street and free parking as opposed to the one at the airport. It can get busy at times but if island grill is what you're craving it's worth it. It's also usually the one tourists flock to on buses going of town. Mega Mart is right there too

They deliver a very courteous, professional and Jamaican experience. The food is consistently done to a certain standard. It is a good place to get lunch or to have a business meeting over lunch. I give them a four because I wish they would do more meat-types like pork and mutton.

Yup. The bomb.com...very satisfying and delicious food for an average of $7USD per meal. You can feed your whole family for like $25 bucks and you get some great tasting food.....yummy

Love their season fries, waiting isn't necessarily bad, during the weekend, it can be more hectic. I do find their prices to be a bit reasonable, good food overall. Still providing good service.

Island Grill food is top class, yet it comes in a neat little brown box. I love their festive.

Island Grill has a fairly good pace I'm serving Customers. There is rarely an excessively long line when I visit. Staff members vary from average to good where customer service is concerned. My two go to Items are Veggie stew go lite and the pressed breadfruit when it is around though very oily it is. Kudos for the vegetarian option.

We visited this place to grab a quick bite after checking our bags at MBJ airport (so this exact location). We were hesitant to order fast food but this was our only option. Surprisingly the food was very good, didn't taste like fast food that we're accustomed to at all. I ordered the chicken breast sandwich & my wife ordered the fish, both were good. We split one of the tropical smoothie drinks which was good as well.

I love their jerk and they didn't have any, I bought their BBQ and didn't enjoy it

If I could give zero stars I would. I called today to find out if the card machine would accept a certain type card and was greeted with a very disrespectful attitude. The person that answered was very rude and arrogant and was ready to argue with me. I was extremely disappointed as I love Island Grill and always recommend to acquaintances.

We went for a late lunch got there just after 2pm told chicken would be 10mins that was ok , 3.00pm came and still no.lunch went up to the counter and waited for another 10ins When did get it the only food hot was the fries. Never again will I go there
