    Friendly and courteous staff made getting our new car super easy. We were kept abreast during the entire process which was handled quickly. Covid protocols were observed. Fantastic service all around as expected. #honda #atl

    I think people don't know that Honda genuine parts are like 2g less than these other Auto parts. From you enter Honda, the greeting from the security to the staff inside made me feel like I was a millionaire 😄. They didn't have a service part, and I must big up Leon. When he realized the couldn't find the part even though it said on system it was in stock. He came and asked if I would like to leave and he will call. He did keep his promise. Called, I told him I would pick up next day. When I didn't show up he called again. He also made arrangements for me to get parts from someone on his day off. Honda is second to none.... exceptional customer service and great price on GENUINE Honda parts.

    The body shop-The customer service is good. Then again they have to be because the service itself is poor. Firstly, they ordered the wrong part for my car. After me escalating the matter to management for my repairs to meet the deadline, when I received the car it was a poor job. The paint job done was tacky, and reinstallation of parts dismantled was not done correctly 0/10. Would not recommend. You are better off purchasing your parts yourself and handing it to a shop on the road and I guarantee you will get better value for your money and your car will be in a better shape

    The Shuttle driver was the absolute best. Every body just had there heads holding down as if we are not there poor customer service. You walk to one person, before you open your mouth the finger is pointing to some body else. Yow, mi ignorant di dem yuh ci. KMDT.

    The servicing unit is horrible, I have been having an issue for the past yr and even after carrying my car several times for them to rectify the situation it's still not fixed!

    Despite setting a 7:30am appointment and getting there at approximately 7am. I was only able to pick up my car about 4pm when they finally decided to call. I didn't get any feedback from my service advisor and the lady who called to let me know the car was ready was incoherent. I will admit that the car was properly taken care of and washed relatively clean. If the channel of communication was open I'd give a better rating.

    Go somewhere else. Thank me later. I can list many reasons to avoid them. Most recent being a ridiculous policy that they "cannot reverse a transaction" (not special order) that was purchased because the part is not incorrect, and the transaction was already done even though I had not even been handed the item yet. I've always said that this place could never touch any vehicle that I own as persons have brought vehicles to me to fix issues from servicing with ATL. From a center console of an Audi missing all 6 clips that hold it down to the splash shield of an HRV being held in place with zip ties. From here on I'll be purchasing all my parts online or in case of emergencies from ANY-OTHER-PLACE!

    I paid for an estimate after an assessment for over 2 weeks. It was claimed that the system was down and no emails were being sent. However, no contact was made to let me be aware of such happenings. Even after the system was up, I still had to wait and kept calling to know why the process is taking so long. The assessor even missed and area on the car to be replaced. Come on ATL, do better ! I am still awaiting my estimate ($5000 for this)

    I worked at this location none of the advisors were mechanically inclined not like the states where you have to be ase-certified I was let go cuz I had too much experience and my customers complimented me on something each advisor should be doing daily active deliveries, keeping client informed And product knowledge the only thing I miss about this place is my customers I truly pity you guys you're enduring the worst service I've seen in thirty years of the business....But seriously ask Trust me the answer Will not give you faith in the service department whatsoever it's bad when you have to call someone from the back or a manager to speak for you your an advisor the face of the service dept you should have the knowlegde on hand.......bunch of losers

    Experience was a very good one. The health protocols were in place and maintained and the staff was very courteous and considerate. Service delivery was good up to the point of leaving the vehicle for service. I await pick up to ascertain that aspect of the service

    Drove all the way from westmorland to purchase something and I got there before they close and they told me they cannot assist me as if I was begging worst customer service, manager is very disrespectful they literally tried to close before time and didn’t even apologize and it was a blunder on there side. Would never recommend this place to anyone

    Worst place to purchase vehicle. Initially when you are buying they are so nice. But after the sale, they will help with nothing. Cheap oil and they will not give you the first oil change unless it's 5000km. Plus the vehicles have inferior quantities. I would never buy from them or recommend them. Worst place to purchase your vehicle.
