I’ve been to Jamaica 2x once in 2019 for thanksgiving then again for my wedding in 2023. And every time Unique Tours Jamaica has given me and my family a first class experience. The tours were incredible! They were on time for everything I booked. Each person I encountered was charismatic & More than helpful through out the tour & I would absolutely recommend to everyone.

The tours were okay. Our driver was 30 minutes late, we were told that he went to the wrong resort. Our first stop was the river rafting, which was beautiful. We weren’t even completely into rafting when the owner contacted me & stated that we had to leave because they had to pick up another group. Mind you THE COMPANY was 30 minutes late picking us up in the first place. So, the captain of the raft had to take us back immediately, while all the other your companies were still on the water. We weren’t even half way down the river. Once we left, the driver informed us that we had to stop at a residence to pick up a different van. We picked up the couple and went to the next stop which was the ATVs. The course was great. Our experience would’ve been much different if we used a different company to book with. I’m glad I did a trial run because the yearly vacation I take my 20 family members on is in Jamaica this year and it would've probably been a headache. I’m thinking you must book the VIP experience to receive appropriate service.

Thank God for Anthony(hope I spelt it right) Not only did he make sure we had transportation, each day & night he told us the most popular places to visit. Made sure we ate some of the best of the best in Jamaica! Always on time. Unique Tours was the BEST!

Highly recommend this tour service. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Makes sure you wear closed toe shoes. If you zip-line you will need on a top that covers your stomach. Zip-line through the jungle you will need a sturdy stomach (it’s a bumpy/adventures ride), but you get to see Jamaican life & sunscreen (the mosquitos are VICIOUS). All of the tour guides were amazing!!! If you horseback ride in the water, be sure that you are under 230 lbs (they will confirm your weight by weighing you). Overall 10/10. These are yours that can last all day! Be ready to get up early for your shuttle.

I went to Jamaica for my birthday and had the best time. Water rafting with lime stone massage was amazing and relaxing. We were then taken out for a night out of fun on a bar strip ! One of the best experiences we had in a long time. We went to do a full-day tour with Unique Tours and the experience was amazing. Our driver was so funny and accommodating, he stopped to get us coconut and fruits on our way to the tour. Make sure you take a change of clothes for the ATV, it gets pretty muddy lol. We definitely will be back, we love Jamaica.

Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. I booked unique tours for 6 friends a week in advance. I booked and received an Email of confirmation once I paid. In that email it stated that I would receive a email/call the day before our excursion. The day of our planned tour, I noticed I did not receive an email. Panicking I tried to find a way to contact them. Finally after calling with no answer, someone messaged through What’s App stating they would PARTIALLY refund me. ON THE DAY OF OUR TOUR! I replied that I would not like to do that and I would like to continue with what I paid for. Whoever is in control of the messaging is EXTREMELY RUDE. They stated they sent an email and received an email back saying incorrect email address. NO ONE FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD THE CORRECT EMAIL. Which was a mistake on unique tours because I would’ve never received an initial confirmation and receipt if I didn’t give them the correct address.After much back and forth and being told it’s not their fault that they got my email wrong; we were told it would be 2 hours before we get a driver and head to our tour. Huge inconvenience. Once on the tour (we had 3 stops) our driver basically drove us and put us out at each stop. Didn’t explain a thing except when to be ready to leave. Just very unprofessional overall, For a company that is not so cheap, I expected WAY WAY MORE. Do yourself a favor and book with the many other tours here. Luckily we only booked once and never again. Could totally ruin someone’s vacation

Went to Jamaica on a girls trip, we originally scheduled with another company who totally dropped the ball! we contacted this company and they were super amazing & accommodating. Everything went smooth from pick up, right through till the end. Unique Tours are theeee best! Anthony took care of all our needs Dwight (our driver most of the time) kept us safe and was our protector during our trip! Book with them if you want a lux, fun & safe experience! Excursions can be super long and exhausting you don’t want to be in a bus full of people with multiple stops and a long ride!

Anthony really saved my girls trip. Due to the rain we didn’t want to do our rafting excursion and ended up staying at the hotel. The next day Anthony was so accommodating and helped book us a boat party & snorkeling last minute. This was truly the highlight of our trip & we had so much fun. they only catered to celebrities they was 1hr 30 minutes late car was tour up he cleaning the car before we got in and had to get gas so i cancelled on the way was very uncomfortable and can’t get a refund it felt like last minute planning

Had an amazing time, everything was organized and timely. Staff was accommodating and friendly which made the whole experience better. Bamboo Rafting was a great experience and although we weren’t able to do the cruise due to strong winds. They provided a solution swiftly with an offer of jet ski and doing the cruise the next day instead. My friends and I had the time of our life jet skiing !! Overall, I’m super satisfied with this booking and would highly recommend !

When I initially booked my service almost 3 months in advance it was a very easy process. It was a large party of 10 booking an excursion and travel for a club night. The totally cost was $1800. The group decided we did not want to do the club night but only the excursion. I contacted Unique 2 months prior to the trip. Per their companies policy patrons are entitled to a full refund if requested 30 days before. I honestly only wanted to take off for the club travel which was $400. After a lengthy back and forth they agreed to the refund. The refund never came which forced me to contact them again. The number they gave was disconnected and I was only able to reach out through email. Eventually I requested to cancel the package trip due to poor customer service. On the day he excursion was scheduled I get a text from the driver saying he was outside. At that point I was super confused. I showed them emails stating that I requested a refund from 2 months ago and they had the nerve to tell me I was in the wrong. I NEVER utilized any of there services and to this day almost 6 months after my first request, I still do not have my hard earned $1800. So if you book with this company just be aware of changes or anything that may come up because they will surely take your money and RUN!!!

Booked a horseback and river rafting excursion, to my surprise not what I quite expected. The horseback ride was nice but I wouldn't have chosen this particular style knowing ahead of time what company would be hosting my excursion. The rafting was also pleasurable but amenities not well explained.Instagram photos and videos are misleading for the horseback riding. The horses were mange, miserable, and skinny. I state this because my boyfriends horse was very much so hungry that the horse stopped several times to graze during our excursion while riding. Also the location that was advertised was not the location we were taken.

Anthony was very responsive. He took care of us while we were with him. He got us back to our resort (which by the way was an hour away from Montego Bay) safely. We enjoyed each tour and met great people along the way.
