Scam
-
buyer
beware
Ordered
a
grande
dragon
fruit
refresher
and
was
charged
for
a
venti.
When
I
first
inquired
about
the
price
difference,
I
was
told
it
was
tax.
I
thought,
ok,
weird
that
tax
is
over
$2
but
paid
anyway.
Once
I
got
the
receipt,
it
turns
out
I
was
charged
the
price
for
a
venti.
Brought
this
up
with
the
staff
member
who
was
extremely
rude
and
essentially
told
me
too
bad,
thats
the
price
of
a
grande.
The
receipt
did
say
grande
but
that
was
not
the
advertised
price
on
the
board.
I
was
told
this
was
not
their
problem
-
this
left
me
confused
-
whos
problem
is
it
when
Starbucks
employees
are
not
honoring
pricing
posted
on
the
board?
Another
staff
member
jumped
in
and
acknowledged
the
issue
and
that
it
should
be
fixed
so
I
let
it
go.
Now
waiting
on
my
drink,
a
third
member
told
me
they
did
not
have
dragonfruit!
I'm
pretty
peeved
at
this
point
-
what
did
I
just
pay
$7
USD
for?
Then
the
same
staff
member
who
acknowledged
the
previous
issue
jumped
in
and
said
no
no
we
do
have
it
and
proceeded
to
have
my
drink
made
-
incorrectly
at
that.
Then
it
was
re-made.
So
there
was
plenty
of
dragonfruit
for
two
or
more
drinks.
These
folks
are
running
a
strange
operation
here.
