As an Ex- Sbux shift supervisor, I was bothered by the response of the employee, where I am glad they are not considered “Partners” of Starbucks. Me: Can I pay with the Starbucks App? Cashier: This is a Franchise! Me in my mind: How does that answer my question? Me: Smiled and asked how much is the grande coffee. Response was very rude and out of place. Its a simple Yes or No Sir/Madam. Many franchises uses the app for payment.

Scam - buyer beware Ordered a grande dragon fruit refresher and was charged for a venti. When I first inquired about the price difference, I was told it was tax. I thought, ok, weird that tax is over $2 but paid anyway. Once I got the receipt, it turns out I was charged the price for a venti. Brought this up with the staff member who was extremely rude and essentially told me too bad, thats the price of a grande. The receipt did say grande but that was not the advertised price on the board. I was told this was not their problem - this left me confused - whos problem is it when Starbucks employees are not honoring pricing posted on the board? Another staff member jumped in and acknowledged the issue and that it should be fixed so I let it go. Now waiting on my drink, a third member told me they did not have dragonfruit! I'm pretty peeved at this point - what did I just pay $7 USD for? Then the same staff member who acknowledged the previous issue jumped in and said no no we do have it and proceeded to have my drink made - incorrectly at that. Then it was re-made. So there was plenty of dragonfruit for two or more drinks. These folks are running a strange operation here.

Nadesha was extremely rude and impolite! She did not greet me, offered a smile or anything of that sort. Starbucks has lowered their standards of customer service big time with this employee.

So their are two starbucks locations at the Montego Bay airport. I tried the one near gate 16 it is smaller and less busy then the other one. It is not good however. I ordered a Bagel with jam and a latte. The Bagel was inedible, somehow it was chewy and hard at the same time. I suspect they microwaved it for some inexplicable reason. The latte was ok.

I literally paid twice as much for a quad espresso at this Starbucks then I did at the Starbucks on the hip strip and in Fairview. The prices at the airport Starbucks are way overpriced. Please do not visit here until they correct their prices.

Be careful they have Phantasie prices. Advertised prices are just a guide they charge sometimes 100% more. Depending on their mood or what?¿ Better go some place else.

SCAM ‼️ The employees are absolutely overcharging and pocketing the excess money. They ask for cash only even when CC and debit payment is available. They are blatantly rude and lie to your face. AVOID at all costs.

Ordered a drink, was told we don't take canadian cards I asked is it just here her response was I all know is about my department and we don't take canadian cards (very rude and extreme attitude for no reason) I just walked away.

I bought a coffee frap and it was disgusting I didn't try it until I already left. It has to be made with like sour milk or something. Pretty much just wasted eight bucks they also didn't take debit or Visa but didn't say anything until I got to the counter.

Staff extremely rude. Overpriced for the cost of a tea. 6 dollars with no receipt. They are scammers and unnecessarily rude. The small kiosk near gate 16. The tall girl on shift with Cameron had a lot of attitude. 11:30am

The service was reasonably fast. They opened at 7am. My drink was made correctly and was tasty. Even the ladies at the counter were pleasant. I was apprehensive at first because of the reviews, but I didn’t have any problems.

Staff are rude, move ridiculously slow and a coffee shop doesn’t open until 11 am? Well below the Starbucks corporate standard

So happy to get a coffee but annoyed she put in cream. Excuse was, there isn’t any milk. Really Starbucks!!

They are not willing to accept a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Payment is desired in cash. The price is $7 for a medium-sized cup of cappuccino. Take advantage of the fact that they are exclusive at the airport. It is not clear to me why Starbucks does not organize its branches

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was arrogant & indifferent. Didn’t care if I was there spending my money or not. The food was over microwaved & tough. Difficult to eat. Would never go back.

The prices are a lot higher due to being in an airport. They did not have strawberries available to make a strawberry acai refresher. They advertised blueberry muffins but didn't have any of those available either. Staff was not friendly and everyone there seemed miserable. Unfortunately, they seem to be one of the only options for coffee in the airport.

Omggggg they steal your money BE careful. My drink was 6.41$ and the guy ask for 8$. When I ask my receipt after, he was stress. I could see it. He gave me my receipt and it was 7.41$ but he only gave me 2$ back. Two shoots of vanilla and hazelnut was added but never ask for it. Told the girl working with him. She gave me 1$ back but refused to give me more. So I’m assuming they do that to all people buying and making huge amount of tips at the end of each day. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 This should be reported. I can’t believe we allowing that kind of behaviour.

Nice Starbucks on MB airport

The RUDEST lady I found in this country. I said good afternoon and she only screamed at me and said "we're closed" she didn'teven looked at me. The worst of all is that actually weren't closed, they just opened 5 minutes before but she wasn't ready. She shouldn't be working on costumer services.
