We arrived before the soft opening so I'm going to ignore the things that weren't ready or were overlooked. It's a lovely little boutique hotel with impeccable service. Regrettably, the staff don't really speak English but they were patient as I muddled through my broken indonesian/malay. They did make an effort though as by day 3 I began to get "Good Mornings". The TV could do with a few channels as Netflix requires sign in. Aircon needs to be stronger as it seems to struggle to cool the room down. 2 keycards would've been good so both my brother and I could move indépendantly. Water heater could be a little more consistent but by day 3 it did get better. Hallways should be air conditioned (already installed but not turned on). Again, we were there pre soft so I don't hold it against then. WiFi needs work though. Lvl 1 has WiFi 6 while my room on lvl 3 was WiFi 5. I was unable to backup my files to my cloud. There's a power socket right next to the sink which is a little concerning. Could do with a hair dryer (Mr diy; the big one; cheap cheap good good!). The rooftop bar is cool but I didn't really patronise it as I'm not that kind of guy. The amount of power sockets in the room was amazing and is actually the best I've ever seen in a hotel room. Had I known, I wouldnt have bothered to bring my power tray. 11/10 for this! There was a personalised greeting in the room for my brother and I with our names. Everytime I passed the front desk I was greeted with a warm and intentional tone (as opposed to a routine) and with a warm genuine smile. I don't necessarily need the constant greetings but it was nice. And if they can keep the warmth it will continue to be a lovely stay! Even the parking attendants and housekeeping staff were warm and friendly and open to chatting. And they did not hesitate to break conversation when work came a-calling. Will strongly recommend this place!

Hotelnya kecil, tapi kamar dan pelayanannya luar biasa.... Bagus untuk meeting sampai 20 orang, meeting room ada di rooftop dan langsung tersambung dg tempat makanan dan hiburan, so relaxing...

Such a perfect place to stay while in Jambi Spent 3 nights at the Difan Hotel for a business trip. Surprisingly, this hotel has so many great photo spots. Spacious and comfortable room, Such a perfect place to stay! Defenitely will come back!

Bermalam 4 malam di hotel ini sangat puas, tempat yang sangat layak untuk singgah saat di kota Jambi. Karena masih baru dan pelayanannya excellent. Serasa di hotel bintang lima. Untuk harga kebetulan dapat promo jadi hanya 400rb. Entah harga normalnya berapa. Dekat dengan matahari dan banyak makanan di sekitar hotel. Dekat dengan rumah sakit DKT juga. Untuk breakfast lumayan enak walaupun tidak banyak menu, tapi cukuplah klo sekedar untuk sarapan. Pokoknya rekomended deh hotel ini. Semoga pelayanannya tetap baik dan terus ditingkatkan dengan harga yang masih terjangkau. Tapi di Traveloka masih belum ada sepertinya entah saya yg g tau . Soalnya kemarin taunya pas kebetulan lewat ketemu hotel ini

Hotelnya mewah, berkonsep putih sehingga menjadi elegan. Ambil tipe kamar Deluxe utk 1 keluarga masih aman karena kamar luas dan ada mini sofa dan terima kasih dapat view terbaik (depan). Kebersihan sangat terjaga dgn baik (bersih dan wangi) Utk ketenangan masih di range aman ya walau masih ada terdengar beberapa suara kecil. kamar mandi perlengkapan tertata dengan baik, utk lantainya tidak dipisahkan antara bagian basah dan kering jadinya setiap mandi airnya ke bagian kering (rawan utk anak krna mungkin akan licin) Parkir mobil terbatas tapi tenang saja akan dibantu dari petugasnya. Pelayanannya terbaik, mungkin bisa di percepat proses cek in nya. Penunjuk arah kiblat ada di laci meja. Overall : Sangat memuaskan Terimakasih
