Good new hotel, in front of Ramayana shopping center and WTC Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is not so big for superior, only 15m2, but it is clean. Air Con is well functional, hot water is good although the water shower is not powerfull. The hotel lobby is not on the ground level, so we need to take an elevator to lobby floor. The breakfast is on a sky lounge at 10th floor with the view to Sungai Batanghari and Jembatan Gentala Arasy. The breakfast menu is standard, nothing special, the menu is same everyday but the taste is ok. Recommended to stay here.

Clean rooms, with standar facilities. Check in fast and simple. Room service nice, udang saos not fresh.

An excellent 3 star hotel. Pretty, neat, and clean. I love the wood ambience of the surroundings, the bed is comfy, the room is pretty, window is big enough to absorb much amount of sunlight. The best part is, I can enjoy my breakfast with amazing view of the Batanghari River & Gentala Arasy Bridge from the rooftop restaurant.

Not really comfortable during my stay here, so full of cigarette smoke, bad small, dirty pillow cover, not kids friendly, and bad breakfast, it's not even 9 am there were almost nothing to eat and the staff just let it be Without checking it, so we decide to leave immediately without having breakfast poor... limited parking area. The only good thing is it is located near the city centre. Won't stay here ever again!

I stayed here for a week at ninth floor. The room was nice, the bed was so comfy, also the bathroom. Honestly, the breakfast wasn't my liking because there were always be chicken porridge as an appetizer, the same kinds of fruits, corn flakes + chocolate crunch, and the varies of main menu itself left much to be desired. All story short, the breakfast was monotone. And the most thing I best wish for was the wi-fi. The first two days I stayed, the connection was pleased. And the rest? I was theatering from my phone.

The room was small. Mine did not have windows but there are rooms with windows. So make sure you asked for room with windows if you need one. Breakfast not too much variation and quality needs to be improved. The view from the resto is nice overlooking Batang Hari river. Location next to the mall so easy to get food and shopping.

The view from the rooftop was good. But it's NOT kids friendly hotel since they have no smoking free room. The room is too narrow as well for that price. There're stains on the wall&bedsheet. Make sure you book the room via online for the affordable price.

It's a great value hotel to stay! Really worth it.. The restaurant is on the 10th floor, so you can enjoy Jambi city view and river from the top.. They also provide various menu for breakfast..and there's fresh juice as well

We can see Gentala Arasy bridge from hotel’s rooftop. Cross of this hotel is Ramayana store. And we could find restaurants around this hotel. Parking space is limited in this hotel. The room is clean, hotel has good service.

The food is not bad, it's pretty good and has great coffee shop upstairs on the 10th floor and has good amenities. Although the WiFi was a bit slow and crashes quite a lot. The room was good, it was basic but it's good.
