In overall the service in this hotel need to enhanced and be consistent a rejuvenate program of huddle or else’s making sure guest experience is up according standard. The receptionist need to accommodate guest need and catered in smoothly not making it unpleasant or making it difficult I.e can’t transfer restaurant bill to room?? As no deposit stored or else? Its ridicule. I always come to the hotel due to the spa but even the spa it’s not always standby to catered guest need instead we have to long time Live music is shouldn’t be in centered of restaurant, is like karaoke room so loud and making people have louder conversation to compete with the ambiance so not comfort to enjoy food and having good conversation in between. However good thing is they provide good food in their restaurant

The room is cozy and clean.. The hot water needs some time to come out, but overall the bathroom is clean and nice.. They also provide amenities so its quite convenient.. The breakfast menu is superb.. The taste is good, and they provide from traditional, oriental and western food..

Odua hotel is near from Jambi airport. Check in and chek out process was smooth. They also have airport transport every one hour, but you need to check and booking your airport transport to their receptionist. The bedroom was quite small but they provided almost complete toiletries. Sometimes, the water flush smell bad. They have good breakfast in 1st floor near from the lobby. They provided Indonesia and western style breakfast for visitor.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the top floor, there is a loud bird sound, since there are a number of swift bird houses nearby. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast had a variety that was just ordinary, the main course was plentiful but it was a bit ordinary. The coffee was great and was a bottomless cup. Unfortunately, there was no pool and the front desk staff didn't offer any alternatives, i.e. massage or sport room. The décor in the room was nice , but a bit old style. Overall this was a medium level hotel. we would stay there again if we stayed on the other side of the hotel opposite the bird houses.

The service provided was extraordinary, especially Mr. Siswandi in helping clean up the rooms every day. The breakfast menu is also varied and the taste is acceptable to the Indonesian tongue.

Since it is still new, all thing are good. Need to pay more attention to the dining table ,(the furniture), looks old or weak stand.

The roow was cozy! Not to mention I loved they place the interiors in the room. It was great. What I love the most is the food, all of them are my favorite. They are very delicious! The lift was spacious too. This hotel doesn't have a swimming pool but I'm okay with it though. If you want to stay, I recommend this place.

It's very nice breakfast but the room A/C temperature adjuster won't work it's cold freezing and nothing you can do about it. And the hot bath is not work also.

For the price range of this hotel you get a quite good deal out of it. The hotel is relatively new. Our driver said it was only established for two years. The room is spacious and the wall is covered in glass, so you can actually enjoy the scenery of Jambi. The food is okay and you can get a lot of variety of food in this hotel.

You may choose this hotel as one of your opinion on your destination. I got proffessional & good service during spend my time in bussiness trip in Jambi. Keep your hospitality up, team!

Stayed here for almost 4 weeks in total, 2 weeks each consecutively. I think this place is value for the money. Nice and polite staffs, gorgeous and helpful receptionists at the lobby, and covid19 protocol is also applied. Some improvements needed on breakfast variety, but others are okay.
