The room is comfy, shower is working well, need to improve on the tv channel and slipper provided. Breakfast taste is okay but need improvement on the variation of food. Service is excellent particularly from Ms.Sharah. Free airport shuttle is provided.

If I could give the hotel 10 stars I would. Besides the obvious hype of the location it is important to remark that the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous with great food options, tons of stuff to do around and the pool… The hotels is otherworldly. The general experience is worth every cent and the quality is the same of much more expensive places. I would definitely come back to Jambi only to stay here again. One of the best hotels in the world in my humble opinion.

Integration information order customer, between Aston Resevation with Travel agent (Traveloka) is so bad... I order double bed n non smoking room which is available on Travel Agent the day before I came... unfortunately when I check in The Receptionist said the room with types we want is fully order one month before, there is only available twin bed n non smoking room... Coz I'm so tired after running tight schedule and flight Jakarta to Jambi. So I have choose that without another option... Another services on room and breakfast menu is good as per standard Aston on another city .... Just little annoying me when breakfast time, some guest after using swimming pool with wet dress can join to breafast/restaurant room which is maybe their water dro

Comfy and strategic place to stay in Jambi. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They offer various breakfast menu with pool side seating area. They also have free shuttle to airport. Minor thing, the fridge in the room is not working.

The internet connection is sluggish and often disconnected. We came here for business purposes so wifi is mandatory. We asked the staff for help, but nothing happened even after so many hours. The room is nice, and the breakfast buffet is alright. However they could improve the cleanliness. The lettuce they serve for breakfast is dirty (you can see on the photo). Please wash your veggies properly! Especially when they’re meant to be eaten raw. It is very unhygienic.

ASTON Jambi Hotel & Conference Center is strategically located close to the center of Jambi City. Just 5 minutes to the shopping mall and business area, 7 minutes to the government offices, and 15 minutes to the airport. They have excellent services. Thank you for free room upgrade.

I often stay here during my visit to jambi. The room was clean. Staffs were kind. The breakfast were so so, the variety of food is very limited. But during my latest visit on early july, their food tasted delicious, guess they've improved.

Good location, good price. Room was spacious and clean. Cold AC. Unfortunately, the walls and doors were rather thin. Can hear people talking in the wall during the night and neighbouring room dragging chairs.

The room is very comfy and cozy. Some staffs are very friendly and helpful. But some other are not quite friendly. They served varian food and tasty.

Good places surronds by city. The food are variety here, so you hv many options to taste many tradisional food. Some of the day they serves Pempek, Lenggang etc. They also provide pool and gym fasilities here. You must be enjoyed your time here!

Everything is nice here. Acces for vehicle to the lobby is too tight, so large cars will be difficult to turn to the lobby. Motorcycle parking is too tight also.

Actually, this hotel is not my priority when stay in Jambi. In my opinion, Aston group have been decreased gradually in terms of room quality, hospitality, and so forth. I really do not recommend to stay in this hotel when have trip in Jambi.

i had fun while spending my staycation. the room was great, the service was excellent. oh, and the food!? don’t make me write a full paragraph to describe how delicious they were! it is located in the heart of Jambi City where you would also find lots of Batik Stores and there are some coffee shops also local snacks near the hotel. FYI, you could also enjoy the city view from Aston’s Sky Longue.. totally recommended!

Rooms and service are good, only torn towels are not good. At the time of preparation for the wedding ballroom, the air conditioning on was too tight, the committee was very hot before the event.

Most of the staff are very helpful but some are 👎👎👎👎👎. Kids ask for sausage which is a very cheap item. Think they are holding the item Pay 2m a night for a night What is a few piece of sausage. Air con & fridge in the room have to be improved. I buy a fan from grab. Housekeeping also need to improve.

Reception was efficient. The AC in junior suite was not cold but they fixed right away. No bath tub. Not much to see in vicinity. Food was good although slow ordering.
