Bad hotel room but good spa facilities

Less receptionists more cleaning personal! Maybe one English speaking rececionist! The clean stuff was very friendly, but only 1 guy compared to 3-4 receptionists for a small hotel. Cleanup windows! Cleanup joints between tiles. Cleanup sink and mirror. Cleanup furniture of the bed.

My room has rats on the ceiling, so you can't really sleep well. Smokes get in the room from gap under the door, and my aircon was leaking but fixed immediately (kudos). So yea. You get what you paid for. I'm not returning tho.

Spacious room with affordable price. I like their free jacuzzi and sauna. They only provide single bed, no twin bed nor extra bed .

For the room i think so flat. But for the Service, well is good. I'm dissanpointed for the price menu because price in room is not same with on receptionis. I think for this goods need more improvement.
