We actually like the room, nicely hipped decorated and comfortable beds. However, the pillows too soft and extra pillow not available. The water pressure was great but the towels were old and already had distasteful colors. Other than that, everything okay. We also loved the free breakfast.

Comfy, clean and services was great. Especially this place has much variant foods for breakfast and the taste was really good too. And also, the 'game space' at the lobby was quite entertaining too

Staffs are friendly (security greets incoming visitors), and receptionists are helpful.

Good location since it closed to another business areas such as supermarket and restaurants. It's also located between airport and the Jambi city/downtown. The room is clean and comfortable eventhough not too big. The food is also nice and enough options to be choosen.

Spend 1 night here, the room okey just nice. This trip I choose the smoking room, so the smell of cigarettes were expected. Only short trips, so don't enjoy much Jambi this time. But overall the hotel nice and worth the rate.

All perfect, Bayu in front office helping me a lots. Next to the transmart Mall. Will be stay here again for next trip to Jambi. All staff are very friendly.

Worth the price, extremely friendly service. Rooms are equipped with smart tv so you can Chromecast at will. If you love massage, do visit their affiliated spa just beside the hotel :)

Wah this hotel is cool ! Cozy atmosphere, very good dining experience. During the breakfast, suddenly all staff danced to cheer up the atmosphere, never saw like this before : it's unforgetable moment ! Breakfast was nice.

One night stay here for business purposes. So far good, clean room and friendly staff. Adjacent with Transmart, so easy to get meal and stuff. The price of this hotel was quite over value. But overall is good, may better in the future.
