My sandwich was picture-worthy right out of the bag! I love chickfila but this time my fries were soggy, like super soggy but my sandwich was awesome! Went again (3/15/23) and it was lovely. Food was super good and have redone the building and parking lot. A lot more user friendly. Will be going back again soon. No sogginess involved lol

Usually have a great experience here however, today's visit wasn't the best. Several items missing when the order arrived. On the plus side, on duty manager quickly corrected the issue, gave us two gift cards and a milkshake. We stop here on a fairly regular basis so, I will update this after a future visit.

I usually am not negative, but this CF locations indoor service hasn't been good for a while. Seldom has more than one register open. They often have 8 to 10 people behind the counter, but you have to throw something to get their attention with a question or ask for a refill. At 7 pm. on Monday, they weren't busy, but it took 20 minutes to get two shakes. Several patrons tried to get refills but left without success. Two managers were visible, but they didn't help. Too focused on cleaning equipment. Strange how service changed after renovation.

This chick-fil-a is clean and well-maintained, with fresh flowers on each table. The food was prepared quickly and tasted delicious. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables and chairs were wiped down after each use. Nice place.

This Chick-fil-A location is very well kept, service is great, and my food is always tasty! Never had a bad dine in experience

One of the best, cleanest Chick-fil-A I’ve been in. The services was fast and the restrooms were clean. As always the staff were very friendly. This location seems to have the drive through figured out in a way that keeps the traffic flowing. Some locations I’ve had to wait a while to get through. Not here! Next time we are passing through I’ll make sure to stop here!

Food was as expected and quick, but service was not up to Chick-fil-A standards. No sauces that I requested, no straws, and no napkins. I ordered two nugget meals.

Asked for a medium fry with a large Dr. Pepper, and got barely any fries in my fry box, along with a medium-sized cup. My sandwich did not match what I ordered, but the service was overall fast with a nice atmosphere.

Sorry, the employees seem to try very hard and I have always liked Chick-fil-A but it is totally not worth the wait at this location due to the fact that the entire town of Williamsburg seems to converge on the place. Nice employees and food as expected but nowhere near worth the wait or hassle to go anywhere near lunch or dinner time unless you have all the time in the world.

Chick-fil-a has a level of quality across most of its stores that is at the pinnacle of the fast food industry. While this location keeps most of those quality components in how they operate, one consistent issue is they NEVER fill the fry container all the way. This is my local store and I can't rememeber one time they have filled the fry container up. See pictures of what I mean.

Very well organized friendly staff. The amount of vehicles can be overwhelming, but it is good for the business. I have always had a great customer service and food experience here. I love the Cobb salad. It is a very good portion. Not like the regular small salads. The extras on it are an excellent choice. I love the unsweetened icead tea with lemon. Recently tried the brownie and it was amazing! I had no idea they sold them! Hight recommend!
