I had broken down just outside of Jamestown and needed a place to stay, I was clearly frazzled but the man working was so kind and patient with me and helped me get set up with a room. The room was smaller but felt cozy and home like, it was clean, with a queen bed, felt like a safe place after a long day, and didn't break the bank after needing to get my car repaired. So grateful to the person who helped me and the inn itself. I would absolutely stay here again!

Unfortunately just found a string of bug bites near my neck the next morning (stayed in room 12). The sheets of one bed in the room looked quite dirty so I slept in the other one. Guess they both weren’t great choices.

A quaint and quiet motel. Stayed there 4 months and had no complaints. My room was comfy and toasty, there was always plenty of hot water, and the owners are super-nice. And you just can't beat the monthly rate of $550 when most motels are $300 just for a week. My experience there was first-rate.

I'm staying here now and I gotta say it's really amazing the people are very friendly and for the price my room is great and I get to learn history about Norway very good place to stay at

I showed up at230 in the am and the staff was very helpful. Great room, great price, great service.

Just arrived. Found bed bugs in the first room I was given along with a strong stale cigarette smell. I kindly asked for a refund at the front office and said we would be on our way as we have not spent any nights at the motel. Was told there is absolutely a no refund policy and to prove there are bed bugs. And even if I bring proof I can not get a refund. Was told I was not allowed to "slander" their name. Was eventually given another room that still has hair in the bed sheets and blankets. A stain in the sheet of who knows what bodily fluid and urine stains on the mattress pad. I had chosen to stay here as it was a family owned business and I prefer to support local as much as possible but will sleep in my truck from now on before i ever stay in this hotel.

Stayed here to try and support small business. That was a mistake. Rooms smell like stale cigarettes, checked the sheets and would doubt if they ever get changed. Hairs all over the sheets and the pillows, mold in the shower. asked about a refund as it felt disgusting to stay there. Got told absolutely no refunds and they barley even wanted to give us another room. Not that it mattered because there was the same issue in the other room anyways.

This place is a very good place. I stay at lot's of places and this place is defiantly at the top of my list to stay when I am in the area. Disregard all the bad reviews. When someone is unhappy they post the worst possible and fabricate their stay. The place has nice rooms that are clean and for a very good price. This is a hidden gem. Also they sell a hole pizza for 5 bucks..... If I were to give constructive criticism it would be, You should cook the pizza just a tad bit longer :-)
