Where do I start? Wish there was a negative rating. On 4 Sep my elder brother got 102 degree fever. I took him to this god forbidden hospital as I am new in Delhi and this hospital was the closest one to my house. At 12:30 pm we reached the hospital. Our case was assigned to Dr. Abdul Sathar Sait. The doctor was not in his chamber as he was on rounds. We waited and waited and the queue for waiting patients got bigger bigger. There were patients who were waiting earlier than us. My brother’s token number was 19. At around 1:35 pm the doctor entered his cabin. Most of the patients there were saying that this hospital try to give patients IV as soon as they enter the hospital and they insist to admit u even if u hv minor fever. It took another 2 hrs before my brother’s number came. This idiot doctor recommended my brother ecg without testing anything else. Within 5 mins we went to there ecg lab. At the ecg lab there was no technician and the nurse there told us to get ecg in emergency ward as all the technicians were busy in emergency ward. We went to emergency ward where we were told that there r no additional beds to get ecg and to go back and wait for ecg. In the end we literally got so frustrated that we left without ecg. I called my family doctor in my hometown who recommended some antibiotics for my brother and told me not to get worry. Long story short my bro got absolutely well. I am speaking from my personal experience avoid this snail pace doctor Abdul Sattar Sait and this 3rd class hospital. The staff there is really rude and full of morons who think themselves as some govt. officials.

Total mess, patient waiting time always miscalculated /misguided by staff every time for all the patient . General waiting time 2-3 hour for each case.

One of the doctor there named Dr. Faraz prescribes anti depressant to each patient purposely, no matter for what ailment they visit him, he prescribed Placida (anti depressant) to each of my knowns who visited him in span of last 3 years. Just ask the Doctor Faraz if he himself takes anti depressant when he have a pain or cut in toe. Its just because patient get addicted to his treatment he is doing so. This must be looked on a serious note by authorities as this is not a good practice.

Waiting time is arround 2 to 3 hours in every situations.there is no professionalism everyone directly go to the doctor chambers.Managments system is totally unexperince.The only things is good that alshifa is cheaper then other hospitals.

Great experience as a first timer. I visited the emergency as I was in a lot of pain and frequent vomits. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Turned out I had perforated appendix. Dr. Motilal performed my surgery and I was taken good care of. The staff and Doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how everyone really took their time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.

My mother was admitted here. She was admitted in emergency. She was for 2 days on ventilator. Alhamdulillah was discharged now. She is Ok l now. Thanks to Doctors. All staff of this hospital is very polite and helpful. patient care and admin staff also good and helpful.

The staff here is very rude and even after deducting the money from the account, they tell the patient that the payment has not been done, they take twice the money and do not even talk properly, even the deducted money is not returned in account. Tell the patient to go back or pay again, just keep making fun of them. Here no one listens to the patient, whether it is the director here or a senior staff, all just enjoying the money of the community, they have no fear of God.

Dr Eram Khan, practising Gynaecologist at Alshifa Hospital needs a special applause for her dedication towards selfless maternity services that she renders. I visited her for my sister's case which was a little complicated owing to age and health issues but Dr Eram Khan reassured us and took our case and explained everything in detail everytime we seeked her help. She delivered the baby via normal birth without any complications. She always emphasises on normal delivery and is always so reassuring to the patients. Have not seen such a devotional doctor. My personal experience has been great with Dr Eram Khan and would recommend her to all pregnant women searching for a good gynaecologist with genuine approach for treatment.

Dr sadiqa Suhail worst gyne ever, she broke my baby’s leg while delivering through c-sec. After delivery she never called me or told me wt to do or wt to eat or exercise after few months etc etc …it seems she didn’t care at ol, it was my first baby and a horrible experience ,struggled a lot n still struggling cuz of her.💔i was all alone not everyone is lucky to have army to take care of them,I wish dr had done her part of job atleast.

The worst hospital. They are just looting people. They will just treat you as a customer not a patient. Moreover the enquiry girls the nurses ward boy even the sweepers are very very much rude. After reading 39 review only because of the behavioural issue I am sure now what they have done with me is very common and why hospital management is not taking any action. Arshi, today at 1 am I was admitted in emergency on 10th December and she was very rude and because there was no bed she said to me now you are okay get up and stand here we have more patients waiting. She was all time rude and very unprofessional even the doctor is taking her side. This was my last time to visit alshifa from now I will ask my friend and relatives not to go there. Pathetic experience for a patient who is already unwell and suffering From their behaviour also. I have made the video I have the proof . They are very unprofessional please do not visit. Semi private first floor Room no 113 Very caring and supporting staff. Dr Khusboo and Nursing staff also very caring. They also guided us how to take care of new born baby and mother after discharge from hospital.

My wife was treated and operated by Dr.Fatima M Ghanchi on 20th November 2023.She is the best gynecologists doctor you can ask for at Al Shifa.She has great amount of knowledge in her area of treatment. She has operated my Wife successfully alhamdulillah even though She had some complications.Dr. Fatima Ghanchi was so caring to us as if she was treating her own relative. Even after office hours she was always ready to advise and assist over the Fone. She is very competent, committed and caring. My rating for Dr.Fatima Ghanchi would be 5 out 5. But the hospital rating I would give 4 out of 5. Cleaning staff was exceptional. I was in A2 private room. Nurses/Sisters were doing wonderful job. But I felt that they are overburdened specifically in the night shifts. Dr. Farhat was also very good for baby treatment.

One of the worst hospital and worst management, staffs behaviour really worst worst , I never seen in any hospital like this before , and now come on treatment God save us , they are making money , they are making fools to patients , I consulted for stomachache and they given me Vitamin syrup and vitamin D syrup , and a syrup for Cold , such a careless doctors are on duty , why they take mobile on duty , even I visited Medanta I never need any doctor with thier mobile or on conversation on Mobile when patient is in front of him. Such a bleddy worst management, staffs are also not following covid protocols , at reception they are not using mask neither taking sanitizer

Doctors are good. Hospital is neat and clean. Front desk staff can be little polite and responsible. I visited this hospital recently, non of them were wearing mask. As they are the representative of the hospital, people meet them first before meeting anyone else. They should wear mask and be polite with the clients. Inspite of telling them that they are wrong, no one was bother to act. They just replied in a sarcastic way 'thank you for telling us'. Very unprofessional. This is what they are representing to the people about the hospital. As a personal decision if such people will be the representative of hospital, I won't come again and neither I will recommend anyone. Safety is important to everyone!!!!

It is very bad hospital I had worse experience with this hospital as the nursing staff of the hospital like theif when ever your eyes distract they will take away your medicine from your drawer and said they have given us during treatment. I highly not recommend this hospital for any one. I was in room 115 at Alshifa hospital and the service by the nursing staff was an incredible experience. I had a surgery and every single process was handle amazingly and I am well satisfied with the doctors,the surgeon Dr Mukesh and housekeeping not the least the guards too… alhamdolillah!!.

Al Shifa is an excellent healthcare facility with an ethical and patient centric approach. We found in Dr Abul Faiz an exceptionally good doctor, eponymous as his faiz is shared and spread with generosity, dedication and deliberation. The nursing care in ward by the nursing team and ward staff under the guidance of mr Shahar Hussain was also competent and professional.

Guys don't consult with Dr Iram a big red flag for your baby. She keeps on writing medicine and doesn't know the right doses. She thinks that patient who come to ashifa totally jahil gawar! Alhamdulillah i have changed the Dr on right time otherwise she might kill my baby with her wrong medicines.

We are blessed with baby girl last week with normal delivery process. We are very much thankful to our Doctor (Dr. Fatima Ghanchi). We moved to Hospital and consult her from 1st month of pregnancy. She was always ready to answer all our doubts and queries. She first listen our concerns and then suggestted us accordingly. It was really nice experience of entire duration of pregnancy. We were facing some difficulties and complications at the last moment. It was not an easy task to handle the situation, we had to be very much conscious related to my wife and our baby. Our Doctor (Fatima Ghanchi) handled all the things very easily. She did an amazing job. She is an amazing doctor as well as her behavior was very much polite thought out the delivery period. We highly recommend the Doctor (Dr. Fatima Ghanchi).

Sumaiya Kan is a working in Dialysis unit, she is very rude and behaviour very badly with her patients and claims that she is doing them a favor by providing dialysis.

Very good experience. Friendly doctors and staff. Staff's and others provide good service for everyone. Very clean full atmosphere in inside the hospital and i noted that, any dog's not inside the hospital and also out side the hospital. There's have good parking area for two Wheeler's and four Wheeler's.

Hospital may seems good at times but the Doctors are very late in their timings. Need to correct it. On website timing is mentioned as 10:00 AM for one of the Gynecologist. We have taken token at 9:45 AM and it's now 1 hour waiting for the doctor.

My experience with Dr Eram Khan throughout my pregnancy was incredible. Her medications, suggestions and advice helped me to deliver my baby via Normal Delivery. She is polite and kind and available for her patients 24×7 via WhatsApp.

My wife was under consultation of Dr. Eram khan (Obst and Gynea). She was very humble and very patient because during the pregnancy tenure my wife was encircled with so many issues but Allahmdulliah, with the grace of Allah and with the help of our gynea, we overcome all the hindrance that crossed our path.
